Since February 28, my husband and I have been in isolation for 10 days at a hotel in Sharjah. A foreign country, a language barrier, complete isolation in 4 walls - all this made our vacation unbearable. And thanks to Svetlana, we resolved all the issues that were bothering us. She reacted very quickly to every request. There was concern and concern in her every word. And even when we were already at home, she continued to write to us and ask about the state of health and the flight. Svetlana! - You are our guardian angel, our soul was calm with you!!! Nice hotel. Everything is clean, in the restaurant, on site, in the rooms and on the beach. The territory is very small, but quite cozy. You can go beyond the territory along the embankment and find many restaurants on the way to Dubai, you can go along the embankment to Ajman towards the hotels, there are also restaurants at the end, but it's a long way to go to them, but a beautiful view of a small bay. All the staff speaks English well enough, Russian is very bad, but they try. Everyone is trying their best for the guests, smiling, friendly, helpful. But the entrance to the 9th floor is only for VIP guests who have reached a certain level of Marriott Bonvoy, I was not even allowed to look. The hotel operates on different food systems, I had all inclusive, but it's not the same as in Turkey or Tunisia or Egypt, it's worth considering. Most of the things in the hotel are in extra charge, there is only one thing in the room that can be selected from the complimentary list: a sewing kit, a shaving kit, etc. The beach is clean with good umbrellas and sun beds, clean. There is a kind of pier and breakwaters, but they are not allowed on the pier. The water is very shallow before lunch, and after lunch it is acceptable. Probably all hotels in the UAE have such specifics of providing services, but it was unusual for me, but my stay at this hotel was quite a success.

The buffet is quite satisfied, there is enough choice. Everything is delicious, do not find fault. An abundance of drinks and desserts. The service is excellent, the attitude of the staff is at a high level, even in small things. Its own beach, sand from the desert, cools down quickly, fine as dust. Everything is comfortable in the room. If the ventilation system didn't howl and it would be possible to dry things, then it would be ideal. If you just want to relax like us, reboot and "chill out", then this hotel is perfect. The shops are far away, we did not get out of the warm sea, in between we cooled down in the pool. That's how you can survive there. The hotel itself is interesting and comfortable.
I recommend. I decided for myself that I want to go back there.

The room is considered for two, but they put a separate bed for me after our request. For the third day now, we have been trying to ensure that the room is serviced for three (towels, water). I had to write a note to the cleaners that there were three of us in the room 😂😂

The hotel is gorgeous! Everything is 5+! Beautiful, clean, spacious. In addition to common things, the rooms have an iron with ironing board, a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, 2 bottles of drinking water per person every day. Towels are provided on the beach. The food is excellent, buffet, a wide variety of dishes. The names of the dishes are also in Russian. What is very convenient is that dinner is until 23:00. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception. The hotel offers its own taxis, excursions.
Among the disadvantages: the sea is closed from all sides, the horizon is not visible. Fill it with stones. There is no sense of open space.

We stayed in this hotel, definitely did not regret it! The location is ideal, private beach, moderately crowded and calm at the same time, excellent restaurant, wonderful breakfasts, by taxi to anywhere in the city within half an hour. The staff is polite and attentive. It is worth walking 50 meters and the promenade, the public beach, a lot of beach bars. We walked to the Marina. Right in front of the wheel, which is a 10-15 minute walk away. The pool is not big, but there are no people either. The guests are mostly on business, not tourists. The rooms are spacious and cozy. We have been to many places, including the UAE, and there is something to compare it with. We had a rest with a child of 4 years old, overall the impressions are good, a beautiful building, close to the airport, a cool children's pool, very convenient access to the sea, ideal for children, the sea is sooo warm.
However, the reception work spoiled the impression, we had a night flight, arrived at the hotel early, check-in at 15, breakfast is not included on this day, we asked the reception to check in early, since with a child, they said they would try, in the end no one tried several times, they came up, said "in an hour", then "an hour later" , in general, they kicked off ))a huge disadvantage is that there are few Russian-speaking staff, given that more than half of the hotel are Russian 😅😅 and in general, they respond to the reception with such a look as if they were not given change from the ruble😅😅please pay attention to this, there is not enough hospitality, alas …
They wanted to have breakfast, only for a fee, and they named such an amount that they could eat in a Michelin restaurant, given that the breakfasts did not differ in a special abundance of delicacies🤷🏼♀️

I had a rest in September. Great for relaxing! Three restaurants, visited only two. I am very pleased with both of them. The food is varied and very tasty. We have been vacationing since September 9, 2024. A very beautiful hotel. We checked into a room with a sea view without any additional charges. Bathrobes, slippers, iron, kettle are provided in the room. The room is not cleaned very cleanly. But we didn't litter either. They give you water every day, if you don't have enough, you can ask as much as you want. It is cheaper to take an excursion at the hotel, opposite the reception, The food is varied, there is enough of everything, a gorgeous pool, they take places in advance, There are always empty seats by the sea. There is no entertainment. It is very pleasant to sit by the sea in the evening.There is a bus service from the hotel to Dubai Mall three times a week. A separate taxi is expensive.We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Everything is conveniently located.They respond quickly to any request. Good evening! We visited the hotel with my mother for the first time! Very decent food, good choice. Special thanks to the Arabic cuisine restaurant and its chef for the incredibly delicious barbecue. The rooms are comfortable, everything is clean! The hotel itself is pretty. The early closure of the pool was very frustrating, as people come here to relax and swim, and not sit in the evening by the numbers.
On the day of departure from the hotel, the restaurant staff and the reception staff severely frayed our nerves with their unflappable smile. Having handed over the room at 12.00, my mother and I expected a transfer at 13.15, respectively, we managed to have lunch at the restaurant (we had an ALL-INCLUSIVE tariff). After entering the restaurant, we calmly went to lunch, had lunch! An employee of the restaurant saw me in the hall and shook a check for 390 dirhams in front of his nose, smiled and left with this check in an unknown direction! We were not even warned at the entrance to the restaurant that lunch might be paid for at the all-inclusive rate! Before finishing lunch, we dropped everything and went to the reception, where your employee continued to smile maliciously, saying: well, you handed over the room!? And none of the restaurant staff warned you that you can eat for free at your own rate!
A question for you: should we warn your employees about this? Please explain to the reception staff that their duties include not only smiling at customers and issuing unreasonable checks!

We stayed at this hotel with our family. The hotel looks very beautiful, spacious, and the staff is polite. If there are difficulties with the language, they communicate calmly through the Yandex translator. They settled quickly. No bail was taken. Rooms are cleaned daily. The room has everything you need.
The beach is great, clean, the only drawback is often low tides and it gets very shallow (but for children it's super). The pools are excellent, both for children and adults. Lifeguards are always on duty near the pools.
We took breakfasts and dinners (you can change them for lunch). If you plan to leave, half board is enough, as most excursions include dinners. At breakfast, the food is monotonous (it gets boring in 8 days). Among the disadvantages, it was surprising for us that neither tea nor coffee were served at lunch or dinner, only cold drinks. You can go for dinner for free or to an Arabic or seafood restaurant (located on site). We haven't been to Arabic, but we went to the sea several times. Insanely delicious! Even if you come for free, you are given a choice of several dishes from the menu, everything is brought by the waiter, the portions are large. We took assorted seafood from them for 199 dirhams for a fee, it was also delicious, but it was too much spices for me.
Excursions can be bought at the reception, a very friendly woman, Fatima. The prices are cheaper than those of the guides. We took an excursion to the desert from her, we really liked it. I also liked the sightseeing tour of Dubai. Free buses run daily from the hotel to Sharjah shopping malls (you can also get the schedule from Fatima).
Overall, I liked the hotel, I recommend it!

The hotel is beautiful, the surroundings, but recently it has deteriorated very much. Taking a sunbed here at 8 a.m. is already a problem, the food has become much worse, there are no cheeses, everything ends quickly, there is a minimum set of fruits, they used to give a consistently delicious turkey, now it appeared for the first time in 3 days. The fish is not bad, you can eat it, but you can only dream about red fish for breakfast and lunch and dinner.
The numbers have become bad too. The last time they were put in a room where some kind of squeak is constant, the door in the shower barely holds, it's just dangerous to live! When settling in, the dirt was terrible, the cleaning also leaves much to be desired.
Three stars exclusively for the past years, as well as 2.
For this price, I do not understand such food. If you buy lunch / dinner 165/185 dirhams per person, then the Address hotel in Dubai costs 200 dirhams, but the food there is like in good restaurants in Moscow. There are no shuttles to Dubai Mall, there is nothing around.

The hotel is just GREAT!!! I really liked it, literally everything. The room is chic, clean, spacious (42 m2). There is an iron and ironing board in the room. The balcony is large, we had a view of the city.
The restaurant is very cozy. The menu is varied: lamb, beef, chicken, fish, seafood, vegetables, fruits. There is Indian cuisine on the menu. There is a children's kitchen. The sweets are simply ROYAL.

The beach is flat, with white sand and a bunch of shells, there are always lifeguards on duty. The sea is clean, the territory of the hotel is also clean

The hotel is very beautiful, I liked it 5 out of 5. What I'll note about the case:
1/ sea view room on the 8th floor, beautiful sea view. We noticed that the windows are dusty, it is clear that they have not been washed for a long time. I am not one of those who will specifically point this out, but I was asked to give an assessment and recommendations for the 3rd day of my stay, I honestly noted that it would be great if the windows were washed more often. After 5 days, the windows of the entire hotel were washed. Honestly, I don't even believe it's because of my profile, but it's still nice that we took action so quickly!
2/ meals. Diverse. There is always any kind of meat: lamb, beef, chicken, fish, seafood. In general, a healthy buffet, because despite the abundance, they did not gain extra kg😅
3/ service. It's been a long time since I've seen such helpful staff ready to blow the dust off you. This applies to everything: cleaning, helping with children, restaurant service.
I would like to wish them to keep the service at this level!
4/ guests are vacationers. Decent, not noisy, although mostly all with children of different ages. It is clear that people have good manners, which is very pleasing. You will not see drunks here, alcohol is not poured here (there is a strict ban in the Cartoon), so if you relax, then only culturally in the room (take with you from duty)
5/ the beach is clean, convenient for children: the presence of a breakwater allowed us to swim even in strong winds and high waves (red flag on the the nearby beach).
We were very satisfied with our stay at the Cartoon Sheraton, I recommend it to everyone! I don't want to leave, good luck to everyone!

There are many positive reviews written about this hotel! Really, a great hotel for a family holiday! The service, varied meals, staff, rooms and the outside area are all at the highest level! There is always a Russian-speaking agent with excursion programs in the reception area - I really can't tell you the prices. Buses run several times a day to major shops in the city. The hotel is adjacent to the city promenade with a soft running track about 3 km long along the coast. However, you will not find tennis palms here... The city beaches closest to the hotel are equipped with free toilets and showers. But the hotel's beach with sun loungers and soft sand is, of course, better than urban beaches. Although it is very pleasant to walk along the water's edge anywhere!!! The only thing is that if you go on excursions, the hotel is quite far from the most famous attractions of the UAE and the transfer to Dubai and beyond is not the cheapest. Keep this in mind when choosing a hotel.

My choice was based on a favorable offer at a convenient time for me. The hotel is on the first line with its own beach. Accessibility of the urban environment and close to the airport.
And here I am for the second time. Nice hotel. The territory is small and cozy. If you are a lover of walking, then outside the hotel, within walking distance of shops, restaurants of any choice and variety.
Of the advantages: close to the airport, the first line (private beach) with white sand, a swimming pool under palm trees, which allows you to be outdoors and in the water all day, friendly staff. Now there is a new administrator here and she has started yoga lessons, a wonderful undertaking! (Thanks from me personally). The rooms are cleaned daily, clean enough and timely filled with small things for daily use. There are 3 restaurants (main, fish and local cuisine). Everything is very clean, the staff is responsive, courteous (thank you! To everyone who works there) There is something to strive for in terms of filling the dishes presented here, because the choice is not very wide, but for me personally it is sufficient, and if you want to pamper yourself with something, then you can walk to cafes and shops.

I am currently staying at this hotel 2.04.24. The overall impression is not bad. The advantages are an excellent form factor, a small but very well-groomed territory, gorgeous pools surrounded by palm trees, for children and older with a depth of 70-90 cm and a small paddling pool for kids under the roof, which is great, a large adult pool overlooking the sea, very clean, which is important. In the evening, the palm trees are illuminated with garlands, the pools are also illuminated, very beautifully. The rooms are large and comfortable, there is a bathtub, a shower, a toilet with a bidet, comfortable mattresses, fresh bed linen, not worn, a huge plasma with Internet access, YouTube and so on, no problem. Wi-Fi is good throughout the territory. The beach is small but cozy, the sand is shallow, the approach is gentle , the kids are fine, sun beds with umbrellas are free, towels are given out, but you need to borrow, the first day underestimated our compatriots, came at 8 a.m. barely found on the last line far from the sea, went to borrow at 7.
There is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, and taxis are always on duty near the hotel. Cons - the food is not close to 5 stars, of course you will not be hungry, but also do not spoil, the choice is not rich 2-3 hot dishes, salad and fruits are not rich. I was surprised on the first day at dinner I wanted to take tea, (they took breakfast dinners) no, they said that tea was only according to the Old inclusive system, drink water and fruit drinks, 2 times the watermelon drink was fermented, they did not dare to drink, at breakfast queues for scrambled eggs for 10 people , coffee is natural but tasteless dechman. There is something to compare, we started our vacation in Dubai at Radisson Blu, where the breakfast was bombastic, red fish, Brie cheese, the choice is huge, the coffee is excellent - here it is a complete disappointment. The second minus is cleaning the rooms, maybe we were so unlucky, we took 2 rooms on the 2nd floor, cleaned only when you catch them on the floor, yesterday, for example, we left immediately after breakfast for the whole day at the zoo, arrived at 4 p.m., the cleaners did not enter any of the rooms, although they rub in the morning on the floor, I had to talk in raised tones and make round eyes growl at the reception!!, when the cleaning takes place, you notice that they clean so-so, in the children's room, glasses after soda were not washed, just turned over, in the bathroom the mirror was splattered with toothpaste, also not wiped, so, the beds are made, vacuumed to towels are changed. To sum up, the family-friendly hotel is very good, it's great to relax with children for a few days without fuss, the food and service are lame, we chose between it and the coral next door, it's good that we chose this one, since there is a construction site next to the coral on the other side, we saw through the window how dust is blowing on the hotel.

We chose the hotel because of the silence, we don't need animation. We love silence.. the beach is clean, but there are not enough umbrellas. And the tribesmen take up sun loungers and come at 11-12, when they need to leave the bright sun, and there is no free place for people. The food is good and delicious. We do not take salads, they contain what we did not finish for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are a lot of fruits, pineapples, plums, melon, oranges, apples, kiwi, watermelon. At the end of the rest, the food is boring, but it's everywhere. There were always soups, yoghurts, dates, nuts. The pastries are delicious, but we didn't take them, we don't like sweets, but we tried. Cleaning is not very good, but on vacation I do not get upset over nonsense. Toiletries were placed as needed. Water was carried regularly, tea and coffee too. And every day we changed the towels, they were boiling white and a lot. The rest was a success. The sea was warm, because of the low tide it went far away, but we sat for an hour and enjoyed the sea and the sea air.

We had a rest in early July 2022 with our son. Great hotel in Sharjah. Its own beach, swimming pool, excellent cuisine (we took breakfast / dinner). The rooms are clean, comfortable, everything you need to eat. Of the minuses, there is nothing special near the hotel, it takes a long time to walk in the heat. We took a taxi to the market in Sharjah, I recommend it, there is everything from fruits to dried shark.

We had a view of the sea.
A separate delight from the hotel territory: shady pools under palm trees, a small but cozy beach, always clean, long entry into the sea (shallow) + fences in the form of buoys and breakwaters: for those with children, this is great, but for adults you want more freedom and depth, but this is not critical. Also, there is a volleyball field and a ball on the beach that do not go unnoticed, the ball was extremely rarely lying useless to anyone😁

I had a rest at the end of April this year. I really liked the hotel. It looks like a castle. Everything is clean inside, the rooms are very cozy, the staff is friendly. I am especially delighted with the food, the kitchen is on a high level, the dishes are varied and very tasty. The hotel has its own beach, very clean and the water is clean. One minus, there's nothing to do in the evening, it's very boring.

We had a rest with our daughter's family (granddaughter is 1 year old) in December 2023. I really liked it!
The hotel is interesting, full of labyrinths, beautiful.
The sea is warm, there is sand on the beach and in the sea, there are always free sun beds, pools for kids and adults, the child was delighted!
But they are very strict about the order on the beach, for example, the sunbed cannot be rearranged as you want, following the sun, only with the permission of the beach employee. And closer to the water at all can not be rearranged. But there is a plus in this, the beach always looks neat.
Bed linen and accessories in my daughter's room were changed every day, I have never! I didn't go to the reception about this, I lived alone, I had enough of everything. But as it turned out later, I accidentally pressed the red button that glows from the outside of the door and prohibits the maids from entering the room🤣
The menu is good, including for kids you could choose: porridge, pasta, mashed potatoes, cottage cheese, sour cream, soups. A lot of meat. I don't think anyone was hungry. However, after a week everything was already "boring" and choosing food, they were capricious🙃
There is not much place to walk outside the hotel. We walked along the seashore several times, like an alley. Not very interesting. No discos or animators were noticed. So this is a place for a relaxing family beach holiday👍👍👍

This is the third time at the hotel. In general, everything is fine, and the restaurant, and the pool, and the beach are clean.Everyone is friendly. But this year there were no basic hygiene items in the rooms - important discs, ear sticks, shower caps, soap was put in 1 piece and then not every day. When I started clarifying with the service guys, they said it was only for suite rooms. In a 5-star hotel, it's even a shame to save on such a trifle. Next time, I guess I'll have to take toilet paper with me.
And overall, the impression is good, free buses to different malls 3 times a day. This is a good bonus!. Let's come back again!

A beautiful gentle entrance to the sea with a gentle sandy beach, the sea is warm, but the sand is not hot, we were in late November-early December. Delicious food, quite varied, does not get boring in 10 days. The only drawback is that there are rooms where the windows do not open at all, and the air conditioner blows very cold air, even if set to a high temperature. If you do not like air conditioning, it is better to take a room with a balcony, but it is more expensive. If there is a balcony with a view of the city, it will be noisy until about 2 a.m., as there is a busy road with buzzing cars under the windows. The best and most expensive option is a room with a balcony overlooking the sea, it is almost always quiet and the air is fresh. I am very happy with my vacation.

There are a lot of car and auction showdowns in Sharjah itself. Therefore, it is ideal to buy something with you on a trip.
