An interesting and ambiguous hotel))). On the one hand, there is a good building, spacious and large rooms, wide Windows (unwashed), location in the center of Zhanaozen, beautiful territory. On the other hand, there is a very weak restaurant with tasteless food and an incomprehensible waiter-barmer, complete lack of service, broken fittings, a huge number of burnt-out light bulbs in the room, lack of attention to detail, unprofessional staff of teenagers. There is no gym.

A great Hotel, a quiet place, guarded! I liked the working staff and their attitude towards customers! I especially liked the service (the bartender-waiter). I advise all guests to visit this hotel comfortably like at home. 👍👍👍👍
