They refused to make an appointment for the repair of a leaky wheel because of "we have a priority of overshooting, you only have a first-come, first-served basis." The paid attitude (loyalty) to customers in violation of the law on consumer rights on refusal to perform the declared services. I will not be doing "anything" and I will not write a statement in MARCH, of course… But draw conclusions about the attitude towards you-customers. And I, in turn, will NEVER contact you, there are more competent tire installers in the area.
