11/27/2024 , I changed the tires for winter ones (which I took from them), initially when they called , they said that the tires were available. Upon arrival, they removed the summer ones from the car and then it turns out that those that I buy have a defect on one wheel. They offer 50-100 p more in price (but the brand is China and the tread is also 6 mm). They just lure and deceive people. I took the ones that are more expensive. Then , before leaving , I called them by phone and found out the price for tire service - 65 rubles . In fact, when the work was finished, 93.20rubles were announced to me. When asked where such a price comes from, another million additional services arrive from above (lubrication of something, screws, etc.). Accordingly, no one informed me about this in the process and did not ask if I needed it. They just put you in this position in fact. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TIRE SERVICE!!!

Today, on 10/25/2023, I changed my car for the winter. I was dissatisfied with the quality of service. I change my shoes here every year and everything has always been fine, what happened? They served for a long time, two hours, the nuts were unscrewed manually, no, you see, there were always the right heads, but now where have they gone? Balancing was not done. While working on my car, a client came to buy used wheels, the employee got distracted, went with him to solve issues, i.e. wait - they will answer you. He doesn't know how to knock out a check either. In short, I spent a lot of time!!!! I don't understand what happened to this tire fitting. I'll probably have to give up their services. Upset. Back in spring and summer, everything was OK, the workers were different and the quality of services went to a minus

It is more expensive than everywhere else, by about 30%.
It was the longest tire service in 20 years of experience as a motorist.
The nipple in the sensor was broken (but I will be objective, no one is immune from this, metal oxidation has not been canceled), however, they did not even try to unscrew it, they put an ordinary nipple. I unscrewed the spool myself, at home, in 2 minutes. I went to an adequate installation, put the sensor in place.
This tire service is blacklisted.

The work is being done well, the specialists are normal. But the equipment must be verified and calibrated in time! Especially the wheel balancing machine - which, as usual, is a pity for money and time. They calculated everything for me, even taking into account what might not need to be done, and it came out to 74 rubles, but after work they counted 88 rubles for me. I came to buy used tires, but they have already been sold for a long time. I changed 4 wheels. In the middle of the work, the master changed. The pressure in the left tires turned out to be 2.4 (as I ordered), on the right 2.2 (as per standard). On the same day, I made a camber-convergence (on another service), now the steering wheel looks to the side. When changing the rubber, the discs are not cleaned, as a result, I had to pump 1 wheel 3 times in a month. The nipples were not changed, the old cracked ones were left. The disk was rolled out like the norm, for this 1 *.

Well, I happily parked the car. After 2 days, the result was not long in coming. Question: What did I pay for? 10 points out of 10 for tire service.
