We arrived in the city on January 17th. It was late when the rear wheel was punctured. We put a spare tire, we understood that we would not go far, it is not clear what the weather will be tomorrow. We started looking for a tire service that works after 22:00. We were lucky to have a 24-hour tire service not far from us. The price of the issue arrived at 20p. 30 minutes of time and we already have our wheel put in place.

The code was paid for, the application was blunted (application service error)
We paid with another card, arrived home, and received 2 SMS messages about the debit. And it turned out that we paid for the service 3 times. In the morning, we stopped by the guys and explained the situation, the guys contacted the supervisor and asked for a contact number, promising to check and resolve it during the day. A couple of hours later, they called back, and there were indeed 3 payments, and they asked me to pick them up in cash.
The staff are adequate, they do their job efficiently, they are not rude, the issue was resolved in the shortest possible time.

I have been serving there for years and always make sure that people there know their job. For comparison, I changed my shoes a couple of times at other tire shops, everything is not the same... It would be hard to do something differently in this matter, but it is here that everything is done simply, clearly and with the right approach and quality!!! In general, they definitely advise this tire service, it goes so far for me that I was not even too lazy to get in and write a review!!!

They change the rubber normally, glue the punctures. There is almost no queue, the staff seems to be fine, they are working.

In the morning, they found new bolts, drilled out the secrets and put everything in. The tire repair director has already been engaged in this, he made the impression of an adequate person. We agreed and parted amicably.
To sum up, I would not go here again until the skills of the employees are mastered at the proper level.

Otherwise, there are no questions or complaints, everything is fast and clear. Although the employees have changed recently, there are no questions about quality. The price is acceptable, average in the city. The last time, the re-fitting of a 15" casting kit cost 40 rubles.
