I broke a tire on the road, I needed a car service, this was the nearest one. I called the number, they said that there was no queue, I could come, even at an estimated price we agreed in advance. As a result, when I arrived and called the number, they said that everyone had already gone home and that I had "mixed up" the tire service (although I was at this one on which the number is indicated 506-**-** ) and I need to get to another one in 10km. I drove, the tire deflated with every km I drove. As a result, I somehow stumbled to the appointed tire repair, which did not work at all. And when I called to ask why they deceived me so much, saying that they would definitely accept and repair the wheel, they hung up with the words "fool".

I received good professional advice. A human approach to the client, not a commercial one. I recommend it, even if it is a little far from cities, but close to people. The attitude towards the client reduces the distance from the client's place of residence
