Big & clean rooms, nice prices, good location

A pompously beautiful ceremonial banquet hall. An average hotel on the riverbank, almost always full of guests, but it does not interfere, it is quiet. There are rooms in need of renovation. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous.a huge breakfast buffet.on the top floor there is a good beauty salon with all services.

He lived in a standard double room,
There was no window to the street, there was a window - there was no street behind it, there was a corridor and doors to other rooms outside my window, I was very surprised...to put it mildly!!! The room is very stuffy, I had to sleep with the air conditioner on. The bathtub is tiny, I have never seen such a bathtub, it is a plastic cocoon, made of fiberglass and painted yellow. The sink is tiny, the shower cabin in this "cocoon" is of medium size. The bed is normal, I slept well. I went to the hotel at four o'clock at night, at 4 a.m. I just went to bed, and at 08.26 a.m. the locksmith began hammering something very LOUDLY for a long time and very intensively!!!! I endured it, got up, found the booklet, found the administrator's number, called the reception, with indignation in my voice I tried to find out what kind of "bullshit" it was!? To which I was rude to say that the door is being repaired and actually we already have the right! I cursed and went angry, and not getting enough sleep in this creepy microscopic bath....I went to breakfast, I was not very satisfied with the kitchen, but figs with it. I came home from breakfast and went back to bed. And lo and behold, the hotel also has a puncher!!!! That's where I ended up staying in the room. I did not take pictures of it, I did not plan to leave a review. But Yandex persistently reminded me of this))

When we come to Ust-Kamenogorsk, we always stay at this hotel. Spacious rooms, luxurious breakfasts, located by the river. Friendly staff! I recommend

I read reviews, and I'm surprised how people write that this is a good hotel, terrible rooms, passing from another country, found this hotel, and then they gave us a room that just stank of cigarettes, the whole bathroom was dirty, a cupboard with crumbs, came to the reception changed, did not even apologize, gave another room, it was more or less clean, we were very tired, and it didn't matter, there was a small bottle of water in the room, and apparently there was no more, the phone was lying, but there were no numbers to contact anyone, run to the receptionist again to ask?!in general, I will never come here again, and I will not recommend it to anyone, such a beautiful building, but it's just terrible inside, especially for not a little money

Very decent interior space, standard rooms are so-so in size, but there are no complaints. What is really impressive about this hotel is the restaurant. Great cuisine, really unusual and very tasty salads. And, of course, a good location.

Из хорошего: вежливый и улыбчивый персонал, в номерах чисто, уборку в номерах делают каждый день, довольно вкусные завтраки, удобное местоположение гостиницы, отлично работают горничные.
Из минусов: существенно дороже аналогичных отелей в г. Алмате, Астана и Шымкент, номера ниже стандарт плюс очень унылые (прям капец унылые и пошорканые, но чистые), еда доставляется в номера довольно вкусная, но существенно дороже, чем аналогичная на доставку из других заведений, работа прачечной (глазками одежды) особо не впечатлила, я лучше глажу свои рубашки...
В целом хорошее заведение, но не за эти цены.

The last time I stayed at this hotel was 15 years ago, not much has changed. The breakfast and rooms are not bad, clean. It's time to make repairs in the rooms. But the most annoying thing is the plastic capsule in the bathroom!!! The washbasin is only for hands, very small for washing.

The breakfast is not bad, the rooms need to be refreshed, of course, but clean. There is a problem with ventilation from the kitchen. We lived on the 5th floor, and it felt like you were standing with a cauldron of red-hot oil with garlic and it smelled all over the corridor.

One of the best hotels in Ust-Kamenogorsk, but I must say right away that it is also one of the most expensive and much more expensive than hotels of the same class in Almaty and Astana. Honest 3 🌟. The rooms are clean, the furniture is normal. Economy rooms are small and some have no windows outside. Very quiet at night. The breakfast is a good buffet, but without a huge variety. Special thanks for the fish and turtle on the forehead :). The staff and service are very good. And a mega unusual bathroom :)

Some administrators are just like from the past, when they provided us with the service of staying at their hotel))

Номера неплохие. Завтраки очень хорошое, шведский стол. Минус это спорт бар, официантов не дождёшься. Да и в ресторане не очень. Мясной ресторан неплохой но цены очень выше средних. Одному посидеть ( с пивом и покушать) минимум 15- 20 000. Писал в 21 году. Сейчас 23. Номера совсем устали. Завтраки стали много хуже. Спорт бар закрыли.

Как мне сказали: "Один из лучших отелей в городе!". По мне обычная "тройка". Завтраки скудные, персонал не приветдивый, расположение долековато от транспортных развязок. А цены конечно космос.

Часто ходим на конференции, в ресторан. Еда отличная. Разнообразная. Персонал внимательный. В номерах не были, но в холле всегда чисто и опрятно.

Отель знавал лучшие временна. Нормальный средненький отель, достаточно для командировочных из всего что есть в Усть-Каменогорске по качеству комнат на 3-4 месте. По общей оценке твердая 2. Есть неплохой ресторанчик при отеле. Расположение огонь на 5

Отель не плохой. Требует ремонта внутренние помещения (коридор). В номерах мебель удобная, но уже изношеная. Интересно оформлен сан.узел, единая кабина полностью. Не удобная раковина. Очень маленькая. В номере все организовано удобно для проживания и работы

Гостиница немного подшатана.
Ванная комната непонятная - как будто выдернули её из Тальго или самолёта.
Есть завтрак - на хорошем уровне.
Следует обновить номера.

Очень хороший отель. Завтрак шведский стол. В номерах чисто комфортно. Есть кондиционеры. Большой холл на первом этаже. Хороший ресторан, респект сушефу, очень все вкусно. Короче это одна из лучших гостиниц в городе.
Из минусов: нет чайника в номере, нет утюга, непонятно где можно отдать постирать одежду и потом её высушить и погладить.

Номера старые. Отель устал. Персонал хороший. Завтрак приличный. Расположение конечно хорошее. В ресторане не был. Самая фишка это завтрак и ребята которые вас обслуживают.
