We were inside, it was nice and cool, the air conditioners were working. We could sit outside, but it was too hot for us. The service is normal, there are no complaints. The kebab is delicious.

Hello!
I've been to Shipudim on Tole bi a couple of times. Everything is fine there. I was on Auezov, not everything is fine there.
The waiters work slowly, talking like I'm their girlfriend. I ordered fried vegetables for the barbecue, zucchini was brought instead of eggplant. When asked why there are zucchini and not eggplants, the waiter told me that eggplants are expensive!🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
Then a replacement was made. But!!!
Both the zucchini and eggplant were not cooked. And in general, there are disadvantages in the kitchen. I no longer go to this chain of establishments! That's why you get three stars.
