Their Shashlik is amazing. The service is also impeccable. Being one of those tourists who can't speak Russian, this restaurant's waiters and waitresses make me feel comfortable by kindly assisting me in making the order.
The price is also reasonable enough, which makes Shipudim @ Ablai Khan Avenue one of the prime spots you won't want to miss while visiting Almaty.

I strongly advise you to visit. The kebab is delicious and juicy. I have been going there for many years and it is always very tasty, not expensive and you can spend time with friends and family. Very comfortable seats. The service is at the highest level. There are promotions. I advise you to walk. If you want a barbecue, then go there!!!! Well, past the barbecue, they have a lot of choice of different food and once again I will say that the prices are very good!!!

It's a good place. The waiters are polite and efficient. Administrators are attentive to the little things. The kebab is incomparable, I especially liked the duck kebab. The dishes are fresh and hot. It's a great place, I like it. I was on a two-week business trip, and this cafe was located near my hotel, we went to have dinner here, and every time we were recommended to visit this or that place, we were disappointed and thought it would be better to have dinner at chipudim... According to the prices, it is quite democratic, and the taste of the food is excellent, we tried almost everything on the menu, and I was not disappointed in anything. I definitely recommend it

I ate lamb kebab, surprisingly, but it was delicious. Not a single vein, the meat is tender. I hope it will continue to be so. Not a minus, but it's cool: to get to the toilet, you have to walk a kilometer through a complex maze :)

We went to iftar with my wife, it's very good that water and dates are served on iftar, so let's say at the expense of the institution, a good and necessary compliment.
