We often come here for lunch with our grandchildren and friends. Convenient location, near the Sary-Arka shopping center,park,market,flower market,Moscow shopping center,city polyclinic #6.
The cafe is bright, cozy design,clean toilets, there is a summer playground. The menu is for every taste. I really like the children's menu. Kebabs and borscht!!! They are the most delicious here.The waiters are efficient and polite.The prices are acceptable.There are a lot of couples, children, many celebrate their holidays here.

Everything is fine, the place itself, the staff and the food. This is not the first time we have come to you. I like everything. Only one thing , BUT! I am very sorry for the waiters that they are standing. It's so hard to stand on your feet. Maybe you would have made better conditions for them. For example, there is a call button on each table. The waiters would have been sitting somewhere and a new customer came, pressed the button once, the waiter came and took the order. Etc.

We love this place with our family. Delicious, perfectly cooked meat, kebabs and any meat dishes. Salads are also on the level. My son loves a barbecue made of hearts here.
It's great that in Shipudim, even with a full landing (this is not uncommon here), the kitchen remains at the highest level.

I didn't think I'd ever write a bad review about this place. I will not write anything about food, since we have been coming here for several years and everything is always very tasty here. Here's the thing. I suspected earlier that they had something wrong with charging 10% of the service. But the last time I was just outraged. Of course, we split up and left, but the sediment remained colossal. So what are they doing? The bill is divided into three parts: bar, kitchen and service. Firstly, the bar in the bill did not match the prices with the menu, it was 300 tenge more expensive + 10%, the kitchen seems to be on the menu, but also + 10% and already for the final amount, taking into account 10% of the kitchen and bar, as well as + 10% cheat for discussion. As a result, for a minute + 4000, only the service turned out. I did not make a scandal, but it is already a mess to throw 10% on the already inflated% to the waiters. A complete deception!!! I am very disappointed and it is unlikely that we will go there anymore!
