This airline doesn’t give me to fly because the woman who work in table desk said I can’t fly to Armenian if I don’t have evisa.. but I’m Indonesian I can do visa on arrival at the airport! I was checking in official Armenian government site that I can get my voa in Armenian airport, because of that I lost my fucking flight from Moscow to Yerevan.. I tried to contact this airline but there’s no respond, I’m very disappointed,, why that woman who work in table desk so fucking stupid doesn’t know anything!

Yerevan-Moscow flight. Everything is on time, inexpensive. The plane is old, but clean, comfortable enough seats. In-flight water, tea for free, food for money. Payment is made only in cash in euros, dollars and drams.(it's not very convenient and there is no information about it on the site, or maybe I didn't see it)What else is needed from the airline).

I bought a ticket for this airline on the route Moscow-Yerevan-Moscow in 6 months. Initially, the ticket was inexpensive with departure at night. after a while, the price became the same for both night and day flights. I wrote to the website asking to change the ticket for a more comfortable time. Thanks for the transfer without additional payment!!!! It's rare for a company to do this. But 2 weeks before departure, I find out that the departure time has changed by almost 2 hours towards an earlier one. Write to the site again - why didn't a new itinerary receipt arrive? He also requested to reserve a seat at the beginning of the plane as compensation. They found me in Viber and agreed to assign a seat at the beginning of the plane for free. Then they fell silent for a while. And then, about 4 hours before departure, a call from an Armenian number to my Russian one. We have assigned a seat at the beginning of the plane as you requested. Thanks! The flight is without complaints. The service is also excellent at such a reasonable ticket price. But most importantly! We bought tickets Moscow-Yerevan-Moscow 8 months before the trip at a very good price, and 22 days before the trip, the airline just canceled the return flight.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They offered alternative flights that either destroy two days of vacation because the departure is 2 days earlier or you need to look for a hotel for another 2 days, because the departure is 2 days later. Last year, we flew with this airline, everything was fine, but I probably won't trust my vacation to such a company anymore.

A very unpleasant airline!Starting with sky-high ticket prices, ending with the unfriendly and impolite attitude of the staff. During the last flight, half of the plane's passengers were left without even water!For unknown reasons, the staff stopped distributing/selling drinks before they even reached the middle of the plane. It feels like your airline, realizing that it has no competitors on this flight (Saratov-Yerevan), using the monopoly, does what it wants!It is cheaper and more pleasant to fly through Moscow.

Today we receive a notification about the cancellation of the return flight 5G709, they offer to exchange tickets for neighboring dates 08.09/12.09
Everything would be fine, but on the arrival date, a ticket was purchased for another connecting flight

Let's start with the fact that when registering online, the choice of a place (regular) is paid, 1200 rubles.
Although others are either free or 2 times cheaper. Further, the seats are very very narrow, the knees immediately rest against the front seat, and if it is thrown back, you can get injured (my knee hurt a little) my height and weight are standard (163 cm, 75 kg), I'm afraid to even imagine how uncomfortable people are taller. Another point that shocked me is that there are no free drinks, in general, no water, no coffee. For a flight lasting more than 3 hours, they offer at least a pancake of boiling water. The toilets stink, there is garbage and urine everywhere (I understand that this is the fault of the passengers, but still I have something to compare it with)Then the luggage, we waited for it for more than 30 minutes.
I think I flew for the first and last time with this airline, it was very, very uncomfortable for me to fly on this plane (9.05 yerevan Nizhny Novgorod at 14:40)

A very decent airline. The flights left on time, there were no delays. The planes are not new, but in good condition. The pilots are handsome, taking off from a U-turn is powerful. I tried to book seats, but the payment did not go through. At the airport, it turned out that these seats had been booked for us after all. We were also booked back to the same places. We flew for 3 and 3.5 hours. There is only tea, coffee, and water in flight. By our passport control pass, the suitcases were already rolling on the tape.

It is impossible to buy additional luggage, only at the airport and for each kg - 4 euros (the equivalent is 500 rubles). Instead of 1200 rubles. A rip-off , not an airline!!! Take tickets from other airlines. I do not recommend it 100%!!!!

It's just a quiet horror, not only have the planes seen the First World War, but also a delay of more than 4 hours.. No food was offered. Don't fly this AK anymore, their Boeings are leaky, so they have to be repaired often, because of this delay. Their fleet consists of 2 planes, so while one is flying and the other is broken, you can wait for hours for a replacement.

We flew on the Yerevan - Vnukovo flight on June 15, 2023. The flight was on time. There were a lot of children on our plane, the youngest of them was less than two months old. He was very worried and cried a lot. A caring and attentive flight attendant immediately offered her help. We felt calmer. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and hot coffee.
There is a golden rule in a wise book that has been tested by time: "In everything, treat people the way you want them to treat you..." I want to thank Shirak Avia for the help and support and for the great service! My mother was flying from Milan with a transfer to Yerevan. The flight from Milan was severely delayed and she barely managed to catch the Shirak Avia flight to Moscow. The phone was not working, there was no communication with my mother. I wrote to the representatives of Shirak Avia in Whatsapp and all the way, while my mother was flying to Yerevan, they were in touch with me, tried to help, called a representative of Wizz Air, organized a stroller and supported me in every possible way. As a result, mom caught the flight and everything turned out well! Thank you very much to the staff of Shirak Avia and special thanks to Ruzanna, who was in touch with me for all 4 hours!

Since I woke up at night and was going on the road, I didn't have time to eat, but there are health problems: while taking medications!
The kindliness, humanity, coupled with professionalism, which the flight attendant Narine showed to me by giving me her food, cannot be compared with any airline: maybe they have an outdated fleet of airliners, the seats are not too comfortable (although everything suited me), etc. - but the human factor is above all!

It's a very good airline. I once bought a ticket for my mother-in-law, met my uncle and sister and saw them off, then I flew from Moscow myself. It departs on time, the plane is old, but the cabin is clean, the flight attendants are correct. The only drawback is that the chairs are very uncomfortable.

The official information on the Shirak Airline's website does not correspond to reality. I bought a Yerevan-Moscow ticket and, according to medical indications, I was unable to fly. They made a forced refund, canceled their seat reservations on 06/29/2023, and the flight was on July 5, that is, they could safely sell tickets. I had a certificate from 06/21/2023. Then I provided them with a certificate from 3.07, to which I received a reply that I had withdrawn the reservation on 06/29/2023, and I have a certificate from 07/03/2023, so we cannot make a refund of the ticket. Then I send them a certificate dated 06/21/2023 and I am still waiting for an answer to this letter. I do not recommend this airline. I had round-trip tickets, and the flight of the Yuter airline Moscow-Yerevan, which was 06/21/2023, and 3 hours before departure I made a forced refund, providing a certificate, they returned the money to me on the third day, and Shirak Avia just stupidly ignores the letters.
