It's a great idea to connect a restaurant with a museum. Several beautiful halls, cleanliness, order, interesting decoration. We ordered an Antique room, a very beautiful small room, and many interesting historical artifacts. Everything we ordered from the menu was very tasty, especially the barbecue salad and kebabs. They brought us wonderful pomegranate wine and fragrant bread. The service is at a high level. The whole evening is accompanied by beautiful Azerbaijani music and dancing.

This is probably the biggest restaurant I've ever visited. It's just huge, a restaurant town. There are a lot of halls and rooms. Everything is very beautifully decorated and tasteful.A few themed rooms for relaxing dinners with family or friends. I really liked the salad of Cumin tomatoes, cherries, dkua and basilica. We tried it for the first time. We appreciated the kebabs and lamb and chicken lula. Feihua compote complemented these gastronomic delights. Thanks! Let's go back! I recommend it!

A gorgeous place! We spent 3 days out of 5 days on a business trip there! Atmospheric, insanely delicious, friendly! And the tour of the museum is above all praise) The staff is very responsive and did not even kick us out when we got impudent and did not plan to leave, even after the restaurant closed. To say that you liked it, to say nothing! In general, I recommend anyone who will be in Baku to visit!

An unusual restaurant and museum in the center of Baku. The menu is varied, mainly represented by dishes of national cuisine. The place is very popular, so if you haven't reserved a table in advance, you'll have to wait 15-20 minutes. Friendly waiters. I would especially like to thank our waiter, whose name is Kamran :-) There is live music playing in the restaurant.

Atmospheric and quite tasty - we were in April 2025. A tourist should definitely go - the restaurant has a museum of Azerbaijani life, you can walk around all the floors and watch. We are absolutely thrilled!! I liked the idea of the museum restaurant. Each room is dedicated to a separate theme and is filled with various antiques. Live pop or traditional music is played in some halls. We also really liked the Azerbaijani cuisine. We ordered chicken with pomegranates and chicken with chestnuts. We took a lot of beautiful photos against the background of colorful interiors. When we arrive in Baku, we will definitely visit this restaurant again.

An amazing place! Tourists should definitely visit it. The restaurant is huge, there are many halls, each with its own theme, in some it would be just a pity to eat. We were in a hall with national music. Very attentive service, after ordering food, while cooking, we were given a tour of the restaurant, the tour is interesting, and the scope of the restaurant is impressive. Payment for the tour - how much will you give. The food is beyond praise. We took an assortment of kebabs, it is designed for two, we took it for three (two men and a woman), everyone ate, ate with difficulty. We took the local beer - I liked it, and the pomegranate wine - I also really liked it. They gave me a few more wines to try, advised me which ones should be taken, which ones should not. A very pleasant attitude, as friendly as possible. We are very glad that we decided to celebrate the beginning of our vacation there. A wonderful restaurant. We thought it was a tourist place with inflated prices, but no. Delicious, very colorful, excellent service and prices are not higher than other restaurants for locals. The restaurant is an active museum where various antiques and utensils are collected. It is divided into different thematic zones and many separate rooms. Very large-located on 2 floors. I recommend a mandatory visit if you are in Baku.

I ordered a salad of crispy eggplant, but here it is not the same as in Nargiz. I didn't have enough tomatoes and sauce. Overall, it was delicious.

My curiosity got the better of me after watching Heads and Tails, and I ended up in this restaurant. I wanted to experience the museum restaurant for myself. Is it really as beautiful as it looks from the screen?

I took dolma. She is really different in Azerbaijan. This restaurant uses lamb meat and almost no rice. A juicy delicious dish disappeared from my plate in minutes.
I chose tomatoes and cherries for the salad and it was perfect. I didn't know that cherry and basil are such a wonderful combination of flavors.
I tried lamb legs with chestnut. And then the surprise comes again - three simple ingredients give a wonderful taste. I appreciated it as a meat eater! 🤤
Desserts are not a strong point in Azerbaijani restaurants (Turkey is in the lead here)

Shirvanshah restaurant. A great place in Baku to try the local cuisine. I came specially at lunch on a weekday so that there would be places. The service is very polite and cultured. They will serve you in any case in the highest class. The place is positioned as a restaurant-museum. It's really beautiful inside. Of course, no one offered a tour, but nevertheless the interiors are impressive. A kind of caravanserai in the best traditions. The food is served very quickly, the waiters are well-trained, polite and courteous. The restaurant keeps its brand. The menu is varied. You will find anything to suit your taste and wallet. The dishes are big, so you won't order much. The average check per person with wine is 40-50 manats. It's probably more profitable to take a whole bottle, I'm talking about wine. Since there was one, I took a glass of pomegranate wine, which was very tasty. The average price for a glass of wine is 9-10 manats. I recommend this place to visit.

It is clear that Wednesday 11 is not the peak of attendance, but if wrestlrun always works like this, then the administrator should burn with shame in front of the guests.:
1. One of the waiters is clearly with a runny nose. We are all human beings, and the weather is such that it's a matter of minutes to get sick, so why force a person to work, putting guests at risk?
2. Kitchen. Not only that, not all menu items are available for ordering (saj? - only after 2 hours; is the fish on the grill? - there is none; homemade lemonades and compotes? - we can offer bottled food), and the cooking level in no way corresponds to the "legend" of the establishment (at home it is bland and overcooked as if they wanted to make porridge, the entrecote is salty so much that the taste of meat is no longer felt, eggplant rolls without a hint of nuts, perhaps such an author's recipe, crispy eggplant salad is just it sticks to the teeth due to the excessive amount of starch, potatoes with chicken, as it always seemed to me, implies that the chicken in a serving will be slightly more than 2 pieces of 1x1 cm, but the grilled salad is good without question).
3. A separate point is the service fee included in the bill. Stated in the menu as 10%, it is calculated as 15% in the bill. When asked to clarify how it happened, the answer was yes, starting today (I remind you Wednesday is the middle of the week) it has become 15%. It wasn't fatal, but it was extremely unpleasant, as well as the fact that the dirty dishes didn't get in right away, and I had to remind them twice about the need to bring drinks.
As a natural result, I was disappointed that the restaurant did not meet expectations. It is possible that there was some unfortunate combination of circumstances, but there is no certainty that it will be better next time.
Fortunately, there are enough other establishments in Baku where you don't have to blush in front of invited friends.

We came to this place because there were high ratings on the Internet. The atmosphere is pleasant, in a traditional style.
The food is disgusting. Since the price tag of the restaurant is above average, I wanted an appropriate level. Salads are bland. For example: Pomegranate consists of beetroot, mayonnaise and decorations…
We ordered a barbecue of chicken and quail. The chicken was brought in different parts of the carcass, not fillets on a skewer.
The quail was half-cooked, but the administration deducted it from the bill and apologized.
The bread is cold, not just from the oven. Kutabs are edible, but not straight to be super tasty.
We tried it in other places, much better.
The dancing was late and there was only 1 number.
No one took us on a tour of the various halls or even offered us one.
This restaurant is like a bitter candy in a beautiful wrapper.
I do not recommend visiting. It's better to go to a less publicized place where there is live music and they cook with a soul, delicious!

It's very strange where so many positive reviews come from. I visited this restaurant on 04/29/25 with my colleagues. We made a pre-order so that we wouldn't have to wait long. We arrived, they tell us that the entire pre-order has been canceled. They say we got confused and didn't cook anything. Well, let's say..the order was placed and delivered in about 45 minutes. At this stage, we realized that we wanted to order more desserts. Time has passed, they are gone, we have reminded you. But no one brought them back. The food itself did not impress us either, neither the beautiful presentation nor the story. They just put the plates down in silence. Two mugs were brought for tea for four people. And the big minus to everything is the smell in the hall. Either the smell of old carpets, or the cleaning agent. I was waiting for my food on the street, because it's impossible to sit waiting for food with such a smell.
My colleagues didn't get everything they asked for either. But they did not forget to include these items in the bill. When we complained to the waiter, he began to complain to us that there were a lot of us. The restaurant is huge, there are a lot of staff, it's strange that they couldn't handle serving a banal lunch.
