We've already taken beef ramen three times. The first one was at the concourse in Galileo, and it was much better there, in Galileo, when giving the dish, the girl asks how much greens to add, how much to add this spicy liquid / seasoning. At the point on the Gallery, everything is generally wrong, they ask you before ordering how sharp it is, you don't speak sharply, and then when you receive the dish, you have half a plate in this seasoning. They didn't ask me what kind of greens I want more, which one is less, they threw everything and eat it)
Atmospheric tables, delicious noodles are cooked, fresh, but the attitude itself seems to be lame
Perhaps this is due to the flow of people and there is no time to pay every minute of attention, but because of this, such reviews
I came to this institution for the 3rd time. I remember that I ate here for the first time when the place just opened and everything was wonderful: both the food and the staff. The next time I came back a few months later, it got a little worse. The staff was not very friendly, but the food was still of acceptable quality: although the broth was a little thin, it tasted and was quite good. The meat was also quite average. The noodles were normal. Both of these times, I was asked for the size of noodles and they were cooked in front of me. The food was ready within 15-20 minutes.
This is the third time I've been here, and this place has just gone horribly wrong. I ordered a spicy ramen, and my friend ordered a regular one. The difference between them is minimal. Spicy ramen doesn't burn or feel spicy at all. I would also like to note that the noodles were cooked in front of our eyes in two minutes, just throwing everything that came to hand. The staff didn't seem particularly interested, and until I contacted them myself, they weren't going to ask me about the order.
The taste of ramen should be mentioned separately. The broth is tasteless and bland, the greens were put randomly, and the noodles taste like soap (or is it because of the broth?). The meat was just plain boiled and bland. A Chinese tea egg was no different from an ordinary overcooked egg.
To sum up: the place has gone terribly bad. The once delicious ramen has turned into some kind of slop.
I don't recommend it.
I have repeatedly visited this institution. Initially at the concourse, then it opened here and there was no limit to joy. I was so wrong. It hasn't been long, prices have gone up, but come on, the point is clearly more expensive and the service was decent, with comfortable seats with windows through which your dish is served and you enjoy eating your delicious ramen.
But the last visit disappointed me. I'll start with the dried meat that's on the cash register, which I understand was added to my ramen. The service is rude, the menu is duplicated on two monitors with different prices. The cook is on the phone with the visitors.
Despite the fact that I sat outside the window, as I reported at the checkout, no one bothered to make a delivery through a specially designated place.
Now about the most important thing - the taste. How delicious it was on the concourse and just as disgusting here. The broth is not cooked, there is no saturation, there is no salt. Noodles do not have uniformity and a chosen size. The sharp filling has stopped being sharp, but there are a lot of particles that need to be chewed separately or choked. There is a minimum of greenery. The meat, as mentioned above, is dried dried meat from the rack.
We bought new plates, which supposedly had no broth.
No one needs such an institution with the competition nearby.
A month or two after the opening, the kitchen was just great. A separate plus was the feature with individual windows for each individual customer, where your order was brought directly to your window. At the time of October 2024, everything is not so rosy. Portions have become noticeably smaller, and no one brings food to the windows anymore. For this, a minus point. But at least it's still delicious. It will get worse here too - you can forget about this place. It's a pity.
A great place to have lunch/snack. Noodles are made right in the establishment, so it turns out very tasty. We used a regular wok, the meat of the vegetables is not enough, but this is compensated by noodles with a delicious sauce
The place has gone bad. About 4 months ago, the dishes were good, I try gongbao for the second time: there is no sharpness, the rice is bland and sticky, the portion is not at all 550 grams... The first time I tried the dish in this place, it was delicious and everything was fine, there was enough for two portions in excess!!! Now it's hard to get enough for one person at all... I also tried to enter a couple of times before, but there was no figure on the point. In general, if you are thinking of going here for this type of dish, then it's better not to. : (
I'm writing as a courier, please teach the staff how to pack soups. Soups were repeatedly spilled into a bag from this establishment. Nothing has changed in four months. Every time they say that we packed it carefully, and every time the lids just fly off the mold. The customer is unhappy, and the courier is fined 32 rubles. Wrap the soup container with cling film or foil before packing it into the bag.
The broth (the base and pride of Ramen) is just empty. I asked for a little bit of sharpness - they put their tongue in the tube. The girl apologized and offered to add more broth. It didn't fix the situation. I ate noodles (which, by the way, the cat didn't cry for the size of the plate).
Beef is a separate story. Just boiled, cold, not tasty. Like from another fairy tale ... about the greedy and not very smart. The worst ramen. It is easy to cook better from "doshik".
I highly recommend it.
If you want delicious fresh noodles, in which there are no fresh vegetables, more noodles in volume, with salt, pepper and rich flavor - you are here. This is really the best I've tasted of all the local noodles.
There's nothing to broth about. Even over-salted, not rich. But the most surprising thing was that they didn't put daikon radishes in my mouth and gave me ramen without it. And when I asked about it, he is still preparing. So why give away a dish without ingredients.
We were completely disappointed in this place. My first acquaintance was good, but at the moment, there are no words.I ordered beef soup , I will not write that what I wanted was not there .I understand that there are different situations .
The work of the staff, at the level of "order and leave", although I wished you a pleasant appetite, is already something. I understand how to work with the Chinese, and there are a lot of them there, but when people come who understand you well, you need to somehow play the role of a good staff.Behind the screens, sneezing, coughing, swearing obscenities and it's all behind a thin screen!
According to the dish , it's not that , the broth is not rich , they asked about the size of the noodles , but they still threw different sizes. The beef is dry , as if it had been lying for a long time , there is almost no daigon at all, probably the minus is so beaten off .
A friend ordered noodles, but she didn't like them. For almost 40 rubles , I expected a little different , I will not return to this place anymore .
Everything is fine. Hot, hearty soup. Rich taste.
It's a pity that they don't lift food out of the windows (you need to go to the checkout), but these are small things. 😀
The point on Galileo is top, but here it's just specifically let down. Behind the curtains, you can perfectly hear employees swearing and watching TV shows (I got into a conversation, like some bad customer threw a plate in the trash. R.S. I agree with the staff - I subscribe to all your words).
I ordered a portion of ramen for 18 rubles. It was so surprisingly super sour compared to the last time (Galileo) that I couldn't finish the portion.
I decided to wash it down with Coca-Cola because pipiao is sour, but it was the mistake of the century. Hiroshima Nagasaki started in my stomach, the air was coming out of all the cracks. I got home with God's help. While the holy soup was coming out in the form of a flood, the longest bunch of my life came out of me (as if I was hanging out 20 decks of cards without stopping). In short, after the pill, I was released, but the sediment remained.
10/10 farts to this institution.
Disappointment, assorted noodles in unleavened sauce with tough beef that does not chew, there are almost no vegetables, a very insulting acquaintance with the institution, I will not return
It's not tasty, the broth is not rich, but just greasy from oil, 5-6 pieces of lean and dry beef, a lot of noodles, very little daikon, disappointment (
Rice with fish is filled with sauce so much that the taste of the dish is absolutely indistinct (photo attached). The deepest disappointment is that if you are unable to finish your portion (and they are huge), it is impossible to pack with you - there is simply no such "function" in the institution. In total, more than 1,000 Russian rubles were given for 2 dishes of average quality, half of which had to be simply left uneaten, because "we don't do it with ourselves."
We took ramen for 12 rubles and 16 rubles . It 's the same thing . The sets are the same in appearance and taste. Perhaps they mistakenly put beef in a set for 12 rubles (thanks for that) .
We chose noodles of 2 mm . The staff decided to make us a mix of all sizes))) why I chose noodles is unclear .
We came to you after the review in tiktok. What 's the point of these blinds? You have to go for orders , and the concept of the institution is that the supply comes just from under these curtains .
I took two positions out of three,
Ramen with Chinese kimchi and Lanzhou ramen with beef, both very much liked.
I highly recommend this place, but I do not recommend taking an additive in the form of a tea egg.
Good staff, kind and polite
The atmosphere is pleasant but a little noisy, due to what is in the shopping center
The order was issued quickly, we did not wait long
The food is very tasty
I recommend
Hong Kong cuisine. Spicy. Located in the shopping center near the Nemiga metro station. There were only five in the assortment. It is very tasty, but for those who love this kind of cuisine.
Twice I took ramen with beef - top for my money. Cooked perfectly, delicious and rich broth, but the second time the beef was cut thickly, otherwise there are no questions. An interesting concept of individual seating with partitions and serving dishes through a curtain.
Ramen didn't really come in, when asked to do it sharply or not sharply, I said not very sharply, but apparently there is no such option and I was given as many spicy spices as the one who asked sharply, daikon is not very much and it's kind of tasteless, pasta is generally cool, but because of too much it didn't work out to enjoy them very much, there are a lot of green onions, maybe someday I'll try to take a mild one, but most likely I wouldn't go there a second time
Noodles are like noodles, but the employee Elizabeth is just a smart girl! Catering establishments are based on such responsive employees) thank you to her for helping me and my friend with charging)
I love this particular cafe with food, but in the gallery..disappointment ((a man served us, spoke softly, neither hello nor goodbye, a dissatisfied face (ordered chicken, they punched us at a strange price (although we repeated twice that we would have chicken)) and as a result, fish and rice were brought, but the rice turned out to be dry 😭
