What is a cooking master class? Well, I thought everyone had a set of products and we cook under close supervision and according to the recipe from and to. In fact: 10 people at the table, someone cuts onions, someone dries greens, someone cuts a baguette. In 4 hours of the master class, you can dry the greens, wipe the baking sheet and cut the meat into pieces. Then all this, which 10 people did together, is beautifully served and served on the table, you eat. The dishes are unusual, there is no desire to repeat at home (in general, we talked with the guys at the table, the opinions are the same). I'm not talking about tasteless, just too unusual combinations, I don't want to repeat this at home at all. You don't get any knowledge (which can't be found on the Internet). It's not worth your money for sure. Would you go again? Of course not. Among the advantages: a good atmosphere, beautiful serving, high-quality products.
