We have always bought in the stores of this chain, for recent purchases this is something. We bought a pen with an erasable rod to fill out the diary, and in case of failure, it was easy and neat to erase, as a result we could not fill it to the end, I went the next day to buy a new one. I found the same ones in the store, I started checking them 1, 2, 3.. they don't write, I asked the seller: why don't they write? She replied: so these pens write fitfully on purpose (I have one question why pens that are not that fitfully after 2 minutes they stop writing at all? And there's not one like that) okay, I thought, they advised me to take another one, I took a few to fill it out for sure. I saw an eraser in the store with a sharpener on the other side, I asked: whether the sharpener sharpens well. They answered: yes, of course, in the end, she never sharpens at all. I am very disappointed in your store, why sell obviously not high-quality goods and deceive your customers?
