A lovely hotel, located in a quiet location, but all the attractions are within walking distance. The hotel has a spa complex where you can use the pool and laconium daily for 1 hour for free, and a hammam and sauna are available for an additional fee. Several times they turned on the hammam for free. We were provided with a free breakfast upon early arrival. By the way, he, like all the others, was very tasty and varied. Guided tours, etc. can be arranged at the hotel. In general, we liked everything. The staff is very kind and helpful, speaks Russian fluently. The hotel itself is new, fresh and beautiful. We cleaned the room every day. Good luck and prosperity to Shohjahon Palace!
Great new hotel. The area is the old town. Crooked streets, old houses, authenticity is just over the edge. We took an enlarged room, but I think the usual one is good. It's quiet (sometimes the local Speedy racers really rush around). The breakfasts are delicious. The choice is limited (the hotel is small), but everything you need to have a delicious and satisfying breakfast. The omelet is made with different fillings, there were porridges, the milk was great (kaymak just flies away), fruits and vegetables are all delicious, samsa is great, coffee too. We were in January, I was afraid that we would freeze. But a powerful air conditioner for heating solved all the problems. I recommend. As well as Samarkand itself for 2-3 days.
Life hacks:
1 in five minutes, at the exit from the old town, there are a lot of shops, you can buy food and everything else cheap. And eat.
2 I recommend the Samarkand restaurant. It's beautiful and delicious and, oddly enough, quite inexpensive. He eats a lot of locals. And we have almost no such restaurants (there are several halls with 500 seats in total)))
