The hotel is very beautiful both inside and out. It is located within walking distance from most historical attractions. The service is excellent. The staff is friendly, attentive, responsive, well-mannered, always ready to help with any question. Swimming pool, sauna, hammam, massage - everything is fine. They are completely closed for the client. The rooms are clean, everything you need is there.Breakfast is a buffet for every taste. Special thanks to the cook, he cooked delicious. We were in early April, the weather was pleasant. My daughter and I were very pleased. I recommend this hotel!

We were at the hotel in October 2024. The hotel is new and beautiful. There is a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi by appointment. Sauna and hammam for money. Registan and other attractions are not far away. However, Suzgarandskaya Street is not suitable for pedestrians, you can break your legs.
The breakfasts are very tasty, the service is good. There are a lot of Germans in the hotel, some English-speaking foreigners. The only drawback is that the Internet does not work all the time and the TV too, it is connected to it. Once there was no Internet (Wi-Fi) for a whole day. Maybe it's not essential, but it's annoying. The hotel is quiet, the neighbors have not been heard, although there are a lot of people. The air conditioner was not turned on, it was not hot, the window was opened. I really liked Samarkand, I recommend everyone to come here and admire the beauty

My wife and I liked everything.
Very reasonable prices.
On the downside, we haven't changed the Wi-Fi password for two years, as a result, there are a lot of passengers and hanging in the evenings.

We are very happy with our stay here, the rooms are clean, beautiful, and only here we met that they also give two towels for the feet :) the breakfasts are excellent, the staff is caring and polite, there is a swimming pool and sauna (1 hour per day is included in the price), you can have coffee in the courtyard at any time, the location is convenient.

Everything is always fresh and beautifully served. Well, it's impossible not to fall in love with Administrator Amir. Such a responsive and attentive young man. Thanks a lot to him. Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable with him. The hotel has a sauna, a swimming pool, and a Jacuzzi. Everything is provided for individual use by appointment. I recommend it! I am very pleased with the hotel. The hotel is located 980 meters from the main Registan Square. A very beautiful hotel with a courtyard. New. It was opened in May 2022. All rooms are spacious, everything is brand new and shiny. Friendly staff. There is no elevator, but they will always help with suitcases. All soap and soap trifles are available. The bed linen is of high quality. Good breakfasts. There is a swimming pool and saunas. They work on request (even if they turn it on in the middle of the night). The hotel asks you to pay with either a card or local currency (dollars and euros are not accepted). Audibility in the rooms. Overall, I really, really liked it. Siab Market is 1.5 km away. There are no problems with taxis in Samarkand. Yandex taxi works perfectly. I recommend it!

A good hotel with a super area with a swimming pool, but there are quite a lot of disadvantages and shortcomings.. for example, I booked a room with a hot tub, but it wasn't there. The boy at the reception said I'm sorry, I don't know how it happened. In general, I was left without a bathroom. There was also a lamp on the table, but there was no outlet. It's just worth it for beauty (why????!). I couldn't order room service, the two guys at the reception don't understand what I'm saying to them at all (although they know Russian). And it brings inconvenience that in 2-3 days of staying at the hotel, the reception staff changed four times and each time there was a new person. It is quite inconvenient when I found a common language with one, but there is none

The new hotel, opened in May 22, has 32 rooms. It is located 10 minutes walk from Registan.
We were met at the airport at 6 a.m., immediately checked into the room without any additional charges. The staff is friendly, but without badges - you don't know how to handle it.
It's great that there is a hammam, sauna and swimming pool. After a hard day, that's it. But the water in the pool is cool.
The Internet went off on the first day, and there was no hot water on the second. But the staff tried to make amends as best they could.
