I found the waitresses to be overworked and tired. As a traveler, I have never tried this franchise, and frankly, I was upset with the service. They have some sort of Ipad on the table, but ours was dead, so we were given a menu.... only to be told 30min later we need to order on the machine.....the one that was not working. They did not speak English nor did they want to, and they definitely don't know what hot chocolate is. This hot chocolate was like drizzled chocolate that you put on a pancake. Now, let's talk about all the items that are not available on the menu why have it on the menu if you can't give it to your customers? Really disappointed by their service. However their prices are reasonable and portions are not too big or too small and their bubble tea is very tasty.

С обслуживанием все идеально, все проходит быстро, четко. Еда вкусная, в принципе как во всех наших Шоколадницах, но эта самая любимая. Очень люблю кофе здесь. Что не попробуешь, - все вкусно. Каждый найдет что то для себя. Персонал молодцы, очень дружные, улыбчивые и стараются для своих посетителей. Официант Карим лучший официант, он сделал нам этот день. Делает все четко, но с юмором. Ждали не долго, но а также есть приложение в котором можно сделать заказ заранее и через 10 минут прийти уже на готовое. В общем то, отличная кофейня! Атмосфера приятная, запах внутри очень приятный, в принципе уютно и хочется оставаться там на подольше. Спасибо!
