Pay attention to the details of the product when buying in this store. If you open the package and see that the product is not the right one or it does not suit you, the seller will not change it for you. I am writing because I was faced with such a situation and I was simply told that this was not their problem and they would not change it for me, despite the fact that the technical description was not complete on the site. Usually, any store makes a refund or replacement within 14 days. It's strange! I even sent an official letter of complaint , but I never received a response . You will have to apply to the consumer protection of Kazakhstan!
