It's cozy on the one hand, and the center is on the other. A bunch of great pubs: from classic pubs of the last century to newfangled bars. The whole area is covered with graffiti, which is also a kind of attraction. You can also walk to the banal sights without using vehicles. The rooms in the hotel are a little cramped for the broad Russian soul, but in principle they don't have much space there, so it's fine, I recommend it.
P.S.: there are no photos from the hotel, but there is a photo from the bar in the same building (next door)
