Its very nice hotel, cleanliness is exceptional , great staff that are helpful here i can not miss to mentiom Receptionist Ms. Fatima, Ali and Ms Diyora at Dinning area. All in all our 4 nights were full of happiness and stress free.......

Shosh Modern was a very comfortable hotel with beautiful decor. We were very impressed upon arrival.
The staff was welcoming and friendly, always ensuring we had everything we needed. Breakfast was very generous and diverse. The wifi worked well!
Highly recommend!

The most terrible attitude towards the guests that I have only seen, the receptionist is a girl, met us at the reception, two rooms were booked for me and my brother, he stopped by earlier, asked for his room number, to which I heard at least 4 times that you can not even enter his room, since there is no stamp in the in my passport, I explained to her that I had brought him medicines, and the man needed to be bandaged, to which she told me we would do it ourselves, but you can't come in!what????Are you not friends with your head at all??the package from the pharmacy was in my hands, the management can check the cameras. when my brother came down, the same girl repeated everything to him in exactly the same tone with disdain, exactly like to me, that she would do the dressing for him)))The conflict was resolved by calling the director of this hotel. Honestly, I don't know why 5 stars are worth it, but apparently only locals lived there, took girls there for entertainment ,booked 2 rooms a month before arrival, we arrived, we say there is no reservation in such a name, they showed them the correspondence, they say oh, we don't know the other shift forgot to make a reservation most likely, how can you forget to make a reservation for 2 rooms in addition, a month before arrival, it's okay to rent a room. In the morning they say your time is up, it's time to move out, we are shocked to think where to move out?they say this room was booked last night how can you put a room on the reservation when people are there, it's a PPC , okay next, the night shift is very dirty dandruff on the head is more than snow in the mountains, it smells terrible, they don't understand what they are being told,

The hotel is located far away, surrounded on one side by a noisy highway, on the other by a railway. You need to get to breakfast within 30 minutes, otherwise there is nothing to have breakfast with. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. Comfortable beds, pleased with the presence of a refrigerator in the room. All the staff are friendly and were ready to answer any questions. The breakfasts in the hotel restaurant were varied and delicious. The hotel is located in a convenient location, you can walk to the train station. We rested with our family for a week at this hotel. Very cozy and nice hotel. Quiet, calm and clean. There is a bus stop and a train station nearby, the metro is a 5-minute drive away. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are cozy, clean, very pleased with the presence of a refrigerator in the room.

In our room 203 during the week there was an unpleasant smell of sewage (so the managers did nothing with it).
No one ever dusts under the beds, the windows are in the same condition.
In the final, the water supply pipe to the toilet broke, the day was without water in the tank, but if you turn on the supply, all the water was on the floor.
I do not recommend the hotel, for this money there are plenty of good places in the city.
