We booked for 5 days, with an extension before departure. The staff is helpful and friendly. The pool was a lifesaver in the heat. The breakfasts are good, I especially liked the rice porridge, it's a pity that I had it once. Cleaning on request at the reception.
P.S. change money at the airport, the rate is more profitable than in banks. Unknowingly. We took a taxi to the hotel for 80,000 soums, which is 4 times more expensive than from the hotel to the airport) it takes 13 minutes to drive.
The hotel is in the center, away from the road, so it was quiet and nice. Breakfasts are just right, so that there is not much but enough. There is a cafe nearby, you can eat heartily.
Special thanks to the manager Otabek, who helped us in a difficult situation, although we are strangers.
The hotel is located in the city center. Despite this, it is a fairly quiet place. The reading area and the swimming pool. The staff is polite and attentive. We checked in a couple of hours earlier. The room is tidy, air-conditioned, has a TV and a kettle with a fridge. Bottled drinking water is free of charge. The breakfasts are hearty
It 's very cozy . It's quiet and peaceful especially when you relax there and their breakfast is also very good. Everything is clean, the most important thing is that there is no smell of the room.
Overall a pleasant hotel. Wide comfortable beds. But for me there was 1 fat minus: I asked for a quiet room at the reception. They gave me a room with windows facing the street. It would be all right, it's not too noisy from the street. But until the middle of the night, disco music was blaring somewhere nearby. It was not realistic to sleep with the window open. And in the room, despite the heat outside in April, the battery was burning. It was very hot and stuffy.
We liked it because we used to live on this street until 1999 at 37. As they say, homesickness. The staff is great and friendly, they cleaned at least every day, you just need to ask.
It's not worth booking and staying at this hotel!! In four days, they didn't even bother to change the bucket, not to mention the linen and towel. The pool is one name, but in reality it is cold even at 30C outside the window. The breakfasts are poor and tasteless, everything is cold, it is unrealistic to warm up because the microwave is broken.
A good hotel, cleanliness is good, breakfasts are good, the atmosphere is friendly, the staff liked it very much, they help in everything, thank you very much to Murod And Otabek
In general, it is normal, there are some shortcomings in the form of fallen tiles, a leaky toilet bowl. There were 2 towels, although we stopped by in the fourth. But if you ask at the reception, they will help you quickly.
The place is good. Cozy atmosphere of courtyards with swimming pools. The work of the staff is amazing, they felt caring and respectful attitude. The rooms are ordinary, the breakfasts too. Overall, a very positive impression.
Convenient location. There are many cafes nearby. Good linen and towels. We stopped 2 times. For the first time, we were charged space money for a transfer from the airport, as we realized later)) but it's your own fault. Both times in the room (different) something wasn 't working . Either the toilet bowl or the shower head was leaking. At the same time, there is an announcement that no one is responsible for valuables in the rooms. Therefore, I did not want to ask to fix it in our absence. A sad breakfast. The second time at 8-30 (breakfast before 10), everything was hot. I probably should have waited, but we couldn't because we were already on our way to the airport. The territory is beautiful. Clear.
It's not the first time I've stayed at this hotel. I was with a child and alone. Convenient location. There are nearby places to eat, a bazaar, pharmacies. The airport is 10 minutes away. It is located in the center. It is very convenient to travel from there to any place. The staff is helpful. They will do what you don't ask. There was even a case when a child urgently needed to get medicines at 12 at night. We've done everything. The breakfasts are also good. A woman always cooks in a variety of ways.
By numbers: I always asked for the 1st floor. It smells a little damp, but tolerable. I was on the 2nd floor in February 2023. Great room. But to be stolen, you need to ask. There's nothing wrong with that. I recommend this friendly hotel. I will definitely come there.
A spacious room. The best mattresses..
But there is only one closet in the dark hallway (there is a lamp, but it's still dark there). The bathroom is also spacious, but everything is stale (the shower stall does not close, there is no toilet drain button).
There is shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste.
The socket in the room is falling out. It's scary to use
A cozy hotel.
The reception staff is helpful and helps with questions. There are 2 refrigerators for common use at the reception.
The breakfasts are of the same type, if you come later (after 9), you will have to eat what is left.
The room was never cleaned (there were 3 days), even the garbage was not taken out, we had to either throw it out ourselves or personally give it to the cleaner.
There is a small swimming pool, but again the cleanliness is questionable...
We liked the hotel immediately, the comfortable and beautiful courtyard, the staff is very polite, and the accommodation is not expensive, we will be with you!!!
We stayed for one day.
There is an air conditioner, but there was no remote control.
They said we should look in the nightstand.
I didn't find the remote control, I found dust on the closet and under the beds). Unpleasant smell in the bag.
Friendly staff.
Free water in small bottles.
Morning breakfast.
In general, everything is fine.
Cons: The shower does not work, reception does not pick up the phone after 22:00, it is very noisy.
Pros: breakfast is normal.
Bottom line: I don't recommend it
Not a very pleasant hotel. The smell from the bathroom sink. Breakfast is a separate story: we arrived at 9:30 everything is empty, the next day we arrived at 8:30 there are no places. The room has not been cleaned in 3 days, at least just to take out the trash.
In general, it's not a bad enough level for this money.
There was something to compare in Uzbekistan
, it's a pity, I didn't manage to be in this hotel enough
The beds and mattresses are gorgeous
My wife and I didn't like it very much. We rested for 8 nights. Expectations were higher, as we had already vacationed in Samarkand, and there was a very good level of service in another hotel for a lower price. What didn't you like here:
1. Although the room was spacious, with high ceilings, it was kind of shabby. The bathroom door creaks loudly, and a shelf has fallen off in the shower stall. Some stains on the bed linen, on the walls. The cable is sticking out without insulation. A large square hole in the ceiling of the corridor, covered with a cardboard box.
2. We contacted two administrators. One, younger, was friendly and helped to exchange dollars on the first day. The second, middle-aged, is very inhospitable and unfriendly. I was constantly talking on the phone. You go to the reception desk, he communicates with someone, tells in detail how well he is doing, does not pay attention to you, you wait 10 minutes. I asked him to take out the trash (I brought it to him in a bag on the counter), he said with displeasure: "Women have to endure this," but he took it anyway. Why is this attitude? Because my wife and I have different surnames (it says on the entrance to the hotel that only a man and a woman can live together "after the registry office)? Well, if you asked, I could show you the marriage certificate. He barely greeted me through his teeth all day. I thought hospitality was important for Uzbeks.
3. There could be a lot more to write, I will write briefly. Pungent odors from the kitchen (fried meat) they went straight to the room from about 5-6 in the morning local time and woke me up. The breakfasts are tasteless and indistinguishable, spoiled products (bitter butter, sour watermelon) came across several times. There was no Wi-Fi at all, they managed to use mobile Internet from a local SIM card. Noisy: the receptionist was talking loudly on his mobile phone at one o'clock in the morning and at six in the morning, stomping up the stairs, slamming doors with all his might, disturbing sleep. We will definitely not stay at this hotel for the second time, fortunately, there is a choice.
Salomalaikum is excellent for everyone, the hotel is pleasant, the service is good, the administrator's room is clean, there is a washing machine, I advise everyone, the price is good, pleasant people thank you for the hospitality thank you for the administrator's good girl
The service is good, the staff is contact and friendly. The rooms are clean, the pool is convenient, the location is convenient- the center is nearby. We haven't tried the food) the price - quality ratio is just right
We were with my wife and son in early April. Good location of the hotel. The room is spacious. There is a large bathroom, only a small shower cabin. (possibly in other rooms and more). There are many cafes and restaurants nearby for every taste and budget. The bazaar is also located nearby. Special thanks to the administrator Beck, who helped with the trip to Samarkand. I recommend contacting the hotel directly for booking.
It seems that the hotel is trying, clean, but noisy nearby around the construction site, there is no refrigerator in the room, there is a pool for cooling from the heat and this is not bad))
Great hotel!
In a quiet place, but right in the center of Tashkent.
A young adequate team.
The service is excellent.
Excellent breakfasts.
I recommend it to everyone.
They did not register my entry correctly, I had to argue at 2 a.m. to finish, walk to their branch and as a result, I paid for 3 hours of sleep like a day without any discounts and bonuses for their own jamb...
The service is good, the staff is polite. The bathroom leaves much to be desired. In the room where we stayed for 2 days, the glass shelf on the sink in the bathroom was located so low that I touched it with my forehead several times while washing.
The bed was dirty, that is, the linen was in someone else's hair, eyelashes and crumbs. They didn't change it corny, but just laid it out.
There are no hangers in the closet
One cup per family room
The toilet seat is not fixed, it just lies there, you sit down and slide off
The room and bathroom are cold, and the bathroom itself smells damp
I do not recommend the hotel
One of the advantages: a good unsealed mattress.
A rude girl at the reception, very rude, not worthy of their money, very deplorable, as if they spent the night at someone's house, this is not a hotel, but a hostel even worse
The room was clean, but there was a smell of cigarettes! There was no toilet paper. On the downside , there is no refrigerator . The bed is nice, big, comfortable, the linen is clean. The room is large. A shelf was broken in the shower . There is also a phone, but it does not work (it is not even connected to the telephone wire), but in general everything is fine. Breakfast is normal.
A chic hotel, very polite staff, most importantly responsible and responsive.
Nice cozy rooms. We lived with our family. And the breakfast buffet is something.
There are separate family rooms. The mattresses are super. Thank you Shosh Palace Hotel! We will definitely come back.
Overall, the hotel is not bad, but the rooms are already in need of renovation. Breakfast is also not varied, but you can eat enough. The staff is polite and friendly.
We lived for four days. Friendly staff, clean rooms. A minus star, because we chose a hotel with a swimming pool, but we arrived and it was without water, we said tomorrow every day, as a result, we scored only on the eve of our departure
My favorite hotel in Tashkent!!! Not far from the city center and the airport at the same time, while standing away from the noisy streets. Very caring and courteous staff!
Great! Cozy rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, Wi-Fi! The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast, but against the general background it doesn't matter.
