Pleasant interior
I was pleased with the menu , it's not big and the eyes don't run away and at the same time everything is there, but not all the items were on the menu when I visited it
What I liked was the service and the attitude towards the guests. A friend asked for a very hot coffee, they brought it, but it was barely warm, and without any questions they went and replaced it.
I took the pasta, I liked it. Nothing supernaturally delicious
I've seen in the reviews that the prices are above average, I can't say that. standard pricing, I paid 500 rubles for pasta, as for me this is a normal cost, sometimes pasta is just more expensive in coffee shops

It is very cozy and peaceful even during the lunch break, the atmosphere allows you to enjoy first-class dishes that make a Caucasian wedding in your mouth. For new visitors, I advise you to try medium-well roast Chateaubriand and wash it down with a wonderful red drink.

The menu does not contain a multi-page guide. The set of dishes, as for my taste and opinion, corresponds to the theme of the institution. European cuisine is balanced and presented with main dishes. I recommend fish soup, pike cutlets. Actually, I just recommend fish dishes - here they are on the "five".
Desserts are good.
The output of the dishes is above average. That is, it is satisfying and quite.
The staff is attentive and friendly.
If you asked a question - where to go for dinner - definitely - I recommend it. And lunch too…

After the renovation, the restaurant was transformed into a stylish cozy place with delicious cuisine and a price tag slightly above average. Everything I ate was delicious (the whole range of first courses, a couple of salads, grilled dorado was over-dried, the chocolate fondue inside was not liquid enough, a separate gastronomic pleasure - dumplings with cherries - the finest dough, juicy and sooo delicious 😋👌

For work, I often visit Donetsk in the DPR, I am from Rostov-on-Don. I can only say good things about the cafe, the cuisine is excellent, the food is delicious. The female staff is very polite and attentive. Girls, thank you if you see a review. Thanks to the chefs too and a solid 5! Very clean and tidy, pleasant music! Even in the toilet! On Friday and Saturday evenings, it is better to book the table in advance, full boarding.

The most favorite place in the city! Kitchen, service, interior - everything is perfect, without exception. The summer terrace deserves special attention, it is definitely the most beautiful in Donetsk.
I am very pleased with the friendly attitude towards animals, they are no less welcome there than people.

From the author: "What is "Stahlman"? Before the opening of the restaurant, its authors became aware of one of the meanings of this word - "Stalman" in Odessa slang means "Fartsman". And since the idea of the restaurant was inspired by Odessa, this meaningful name was chosen.
Without intending to claim a small Odessa in the center of Donetsk, I still want to reproduce in "Stalman" the atmosphere of the Odessa subculture, so diverse, cheerful, noisy, and, of course, satisfying.
So, I will say for myself: if the restaurant positions itself as the "Odessa courtyard", then the last thing you want to hear there is "numa-numa-ne", but I would like more thematics.
At the expense of the kitchen: an inexpensive business lunch for 200 rubles, very home-cooked and served: cabbage soup on sauerkraut, delicious porridge with grilled mackerel, salads.
In general, I liked it: a calm and pleasant atmosphere, without pathos and show-offs - I will be happy to stop by again.
