An amazing studio! Every visit is a real pleasure. The atmosphere here is incredibly pleasant and relaxing. The coach is always attentive and caring. This is a place where you can not only work out the body qualitatively, but also find harmony for the soul. I look forward to every lesson and recommend it to anyone who wants to achieve internal and external balance. 💕

I have been looking for a cozy and comfortable REAL Pilates studio for a very long time and hooray! I found a super cool place with a real professional coach. I was at Mariami's training, a very cool, positive coach, it feels like I already have a lot of experience gained over the years. I liked everything and would focus on the fact that this is a real Pilates, and not an ordinary fitness like in most other studios. I will definitely go to both group and personal training sessions🫶🏻

A great place, the coaches are attentive and cheerful) the atmosphere during training is very warm, even in group classes, the coaches manage to pay attention to everyone and follow the technique of performing exercises 🔥 I definitely recommend it to everyone, I have already brought many of my friends there 🥰

I was at a stretching training session, I liked that the coach treated everyone carefully. The group is small, it makes it very comfortable to practice. I would note that there are interesting exercises and combinations in the class, there are few of these now I will definitely be back, thank you.

The most cozy and atmospheric studio! I go to several directions and each lesson is very comfortable, but at the same time intense Girls teachers are simply the best, I highly recommend it to everyone! 🤍
