It is open from 9.00, but in fact it is always closed until 10.00. Only once was it open at that time. Where do they get such sellers? - A market hub from the time of perestroika! Maybe there's a time machine somewhere? If you hate people so much, maybe you shouldn't work with them. I left without buying, although I had planned as much as possible.
