I want to recommend this store, we came from far away for sewing equipment. Customer-oriented location , detailed consultation, discount program. She arrived with the intention of spending 3,000 rubles, but left with nothing. I pre-selected models on the Internet, but decided that I would be better advised by the official janome service. What was my surprise when the consultant said that the specified model does not make a flat seam with a top cover: "There is no looper on top, it does not make a chain on top." Well, OK, if this is a "chain" for a specialist, then so be it.
The model is not new, every first video on the Internet demonstrates this seam, only the official store is not aware, did you not have time to familiarize yourself?
I was ready to buy an industrial one, too, if it's better, the house allows it, but according to the consultant, none of their machines make the top cover. After these words, there was no desire to explain anything.
Yes, I don't sew to order, I'm not an expert in sewing, but I need this seam, isn't that why there is an offline store to help with the choice?
If you complain about the lack of sales, think about the qualifications of your employees and their desire to communicate with the customer.
