The best in town. A large selection of clothes and other goods. There is a supermarket of household appliances Sulpak on the ground floor. There is a good dining room upstairs, with very affordable prices and delicious food. Parking lots are surrounded from all sides, it's impossible to just fill them so that there is no space. They always do some kind of reconstruction, and I still remember how it gradually turned from a street flea market into such a modern shopping center.

The staff, that is, the sellers, are great guys, which cannot be said about the administration. The building is built chaotically, randomly, you can get lost, the appetite for money is huge. Despite the huge amount of money that they collect from merchants, they also charge for parking. Parking can also be made free, because people come to shop and not leave the car for the whole day.
