Excuse me, this is an expectation and a reality. The slippers are in terrible shape, the sheet stinks.
There's hair everywhere, the floor is dirty, it's terrible guys.
But I'm not talking about the service, there's a girl sitting at the reception with a laptop like I'm not sure who she is, but she's definitely an employee, she's sitting and she's playing music through the TV and she's slurping gum and she's turned up the volume, it's just awful. At the reception, the boy doesn't answer my questions because I can't hear the music. And this lady is sitting quietly. Damn, it's a pity the management does everything, and the staff controls everything.
