I was in the Russian Drama Theater for a performance once. I really liked the production, the performances of the artists. I have known this theater since childhood, as I often went there. It's all good. As they say, the theater begins with a hanger. Renovation of the building, decoration around it, alleys, benches. But when I went inside the hall to take my seat.... It was terrible. My place was on the edge, place number 32 on the edge of the wall, row 23-24 I do not remember. I am a disabled person of the 2nd group, an age person, I am 60 years old. I walk with a cane, for health reasons. To get to my seat, I had to lift all 7 or 8 people from their seats, but one man who was sitting on the edge of the aisle realized that it would be difficult for me to get to my seat. And he gave up his seat, went to my place, raising everyone sitting anyway. It was narrow between the rows, the knees rested on the previous row, it was not possible to stretch the legs while sitting. Previously, as long as I remember, the incoming person calmly passed between the sitting person and the next one next to him. And here, it was necessary to lift all those sitting from their seats so that they would go out into the aisle. It was a horror, a great inconvenience for the audience. The rows are INCORRECTLY built, it is not convenient for the audience. My knees hit the next row and it still hurt. I am a full man, but it was not comfortable for a hollow man to sit either.
The performance was a great success!!! The artists played well. but... a big BUT .
When the builders were making repairs, how could they calculate the distance between the rows incorrectly.
I understand that after my indignation, they will not change the distance between the rows, but the fact is, there is no revision, and it is not convenient for the audience. The hall was full of spectators, FULL HOUSE!!! Flowers, avations. It was interesting, but not CONVENIENT!!!
HOW ELSE DID THE ADMINISTRATION ACCEPT SUCH A JOB AFTER THE REPAIR.
GREED DESTROYS A PERSON!!!
Now they are not thinking about convenience, but about selling more tickets. The more narrow rows there are, the more money there is. You won't make all the money.
Russian artists have now begun to come to us in Shymkent. I want to see the naive in person. There are so many advertisements for performances, I was so happy... I thought after this performance, I would buy tickets for other performances. It wasn't like that... There is a lot of RESPECT for advertising, performance delivery, access and ticket purchases while sitting at home.
I really want to go to the theater for performances, but probably with my own chair, so that I can sit and watch performances with comfort.

The Russian drama theater is simply incomparable, a wonderful production, the artists just give their best on stage, I really like it, I definitely advise.
