1. Never answer the phone. 2. During a personal visit, you have to wait until the ladies from the archive finish drinking tea 3. The information in the archive is not complete, they suggest contacting "another place", and do not say where. I was able to get advice only from the head of the archive. This is digitalization and the fight against bureaucracy.
