I bought new rims and wheels, asked to assemble and rebalance, brought home a new set, lay down for a couple of days and all the weights were returned

I brought the wheel to be patched up. They did not patch it by pointing to a crack in the disk. I took it away without repair, and already at home I noticed that both the cap and the spool were removed...
