We were on July 24 - positive only food, territory, there are markets nearby, pharmacies are very expensive. The rest: there are a lot of people in the pool, it's not safe, not only people were taken away by ambulance, they fall near the pool, in the toilet; the plates in the restaurant are broken, there aren't enough pieces, the walls of the restaurant are cracked, the elevators are too, some foreigners, apparently the Turks are given free vouchers from the state, there are no hooks in the bathroom and shelves. We lived in a duplex, as they say, only there is a repair, but we moved to another duplex, because we suffered for 3 days- the air conditioner did not work, we fixed it ourselves, the repairman came 2 times and tried to do it, but it did not help, there is no urn on the 2nd floor of the room, run throw it out on the 1st floor, we regretted the buckets, on a double bed 1 single bedspread, they asked to bring a second one, towels were killed, the TV did not work on the second floor at all, they did not bother to figure it out, they did not come to watch TV, Wi-fi on 1 out of 10 is working, it no longer works, the construction site of this hotel is nearby across the path, local sellers say how another one will be built no one will come at all, the hotel will be blocked, all the money will be put into construction, there is no pier on the beach, it is not possible to enter even in swimming slippers, or rather to leave. The room was not checked even at check-out, the hotel is crowded, everyone is swearing at the reception for their service. Let's go to Alaska, have some soup and that's it! They didn't wait for the fish and dessert, the stove allegedly broke, they sat for an hour and a half, ran to a regular dinner 10 minutes before closing. The hotel is dying, the service is 0, I do not recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time, I really liked it. The food is varied and delicious! Premium drinks for every taste.Special thanks to the animators - they are the favorites of all vacationers, they work for 100 points. Everything is clean except the showers in the spa, where repairs are needed. I recommend the hotel!

My family and I liked it. The two-storey room comfortably accommodated two adults and three children. The territory is compact and clear. The food is fine. Gazebos by the children's pool are free, you only need to borrow early. By the sea, paid, without service, reservation is required at the reception.

We were at this hotel from August 15 to 23, 2024, there is something to compare with over the years of travel. We have been to Turkey many times, in a variety of top five - both in expensive online and simpler ones. Siam elegance pulls in 4.
The assessment is given taking into account the high season. So it would be lower.
We went with my daughter for 10 years, took a standard room.
Firstly, when checking in, they tried to give a room on the 1st floor with a view of the hot asphalt, although a side view of the sea was initially stipulated, but this is more likely to the tour operator. After all, after our insistent request, they changed the room to an adequate one, since we refused to settle in the first option. The reception staff is still trying to help you. There's a plus sign here. Advice - demand politely, but persistently, if you speak English, you will be heard.
The room was renovated, clean, the furniture was fresh, but the bed linen had holes in some places.
The shower collapsed in the bathroom at the end of the rest.
I got Internet in the room, but not everywhere.
There is a construction site nearby, but there was no sound in the room with the door closed to the balcony and the air conditioner turned on. It is impossible without air conditioning, we also slept with it. There is one blanket in the room, and they also gave me two thin bedspreads. With kondey on the weakest mode, they even froze in the morning. The air conditioner is quiet. This is also a plus. They covered the child with a blanket.
The Wi-Fi in the hotel is bad, it worked in few places, the room and reception, in some places near the bars on the street. I didn't catch it on the beach. Minus.
The food is not very diverse, the breakfasts are always the same, but the choice is normal, there is no porridge, but few people know how to do this in Turkey.
We dined mainly on the beach at the Darts bar. Pizza, French fries, pasta, thai chicken, grilled meat/fish. We had more than enough.
The dinners are more varied - in general, they are normal, but in August there was a terrible noise everywhere in restaurants, nothing can be done. The waiters rolled carts with a bang, broke the dishes, folded them as if on purpose very loudly, the children screamed, in general - not a romantic))
In the morning, you can still have breakfast in silence, there is no chance at dinner. It is clear that this is a family hotel, of the average price segment, so it's just a fact.
The hotel is full of Eastern European vacationers. They are mostly Turks.
The beach is very dirty, there are bulls everywhere, it's from them, they put out cigarette butts in the sand and throw it like that. This is a big minus.
We took a pavilion on the beach for 20 euros per day for the entire rest period, this saved the situation. We recommend it.
The sun beds on the 1-2 line are all occupied in the morning, but there are no people until 11 ... we concluded that there is a low culture of tourists here.
Fortunately, a lot of foreign holidaymakers spent the whole day by the pool, which looked like a soup of people.
We didn't swim there, the water was 30-33 in the pools. There was no desire to get in there. My daughter liked the slides, worked from 11 to 12 and from 14 to 16.
The sea was beautiful, Pebbles, convenient entrance, clean, warm. You can also wear sneakers, but mostly everyone is barefoot. The river nearby is very dirty, but it is almost dry. I suspect that in the autumn, after the rain, a lot of garbage and dirt will float from this river. In October, this was observed in Belek a couple of times.
Near the hotel there is a large market with souvenirs, sweets and fakes), pharmacies nearby, all with Russian-speaking consultants.
The shows at the hotel are low-grade, we were on two, we finished one, the second did not.
Drinks are like everywhere else, we are not heavy drinkers, the beer is not bad.
Thai restaurant a la carte is sad... tasteless and could have chosen a more interesting menu. The hotel positions itself in the Thai style, but there is little evidence of this.
There is a doctor at the hotel, we did not apply.
There are water activities, we rode in the sea on a red car, we lost 280 dollars in 20 minutes with a photo)))
In general, it's not bad, 4 -, but most likely we won't come here again.

The hotel is amazing!!!
The perfect price offer. We had a family vacation (2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 11) from May 30 to June 8. For me, the only hotel (which I came across) where children are not offered to sleep on an extra bed.places.
So, let's go.
Number. We had a duplex family room with a side sea view. It is located on the 4th floor. A full-fledged room with an attic floor. The bed is large for both adults and children. We had a room with two double beds.
It was important to me, because a vacation should be a vacation. There is also a pull-out sofa in the room. Air conditioning and TVs in every room. There is also a mini fridge, which is replenished every day (water, gas water, mirinda, pepsi, juice) and a safe.
The bathroom is quite comfortable. Shower room, toilet, sink, hair dryer. Shampoos, soaps, and gels were not replenished regularly, but still. We didn't care about that, because they brought their own.
A huge and gorgeous balcony. Not everyone had one, but we were lucky. The side view of the sea was gorgeous from our balcony.
Cleaning was done every day.
I read reviews that the walls are "cardboard" and you can hear everything, and the construction site opposite prevents you from sleeping. I had prepared earplugs, but they were still in the suitcase. Construction is underway, but not critically. The walls are concrete - you can hear them if they scream. We got into a period when adults were next to us and did not make noise, a couple of days before departure, a family with 3 small children settled in. And then, of course, I realized what was written in the reviews.
Also our room was next to the elevator. It is not as audible on the first floor of the room as on the second. But if someone sleeps so that the tank won't wake up, then it's not a problem. My children were exactly like that.
Meal. There is plenty of everything in the buffet restaurant every day. In the morning, a sea of buns, yoghurts, fruits in syrup, several cereals, cheeses, sausages, scrambled eggs for every taste, fresh fruits, various vegetables, milk and various dry flakes and a bunch more. For lunch, soups, different types of vegetables, both fresh and cooked, pickles, cheeses, meat / fish in any form and for every taste.
Supper. It tastes even better here. Chops, fish steaks / whole, chicken, turkey, side dishes of all kinds for every taste were constantly grilled outside. There were fish days, where they served from ordinary fish to crayfish, a number of squid. The local rolls did not come to us.
I want to say separately about the cakes... A paradise for sweet tooths. We tried everything we could, and the assortment was replenished and changed every day.
Drinks. There are many machines with coffee, juice, you can ask the bartender to pour any soda, beer, wine and make any cocktails from non-alcoholic to delicious with alcohol.
The hotel also offers to book a place in the restaurant with a menu. But we never got to it.
There are more on site:
- Several bars where they will pour everything you ask for.
- snack bar. He works from 12 to 18. There the children had fun on freshly made pizza from the oven, burgers, hot dogs.
- pastry shop. In it, you can ask for any kind of milkshake, cakes, cookies, cakes and yes, there is the most delicious coffee, because it is not particularly in the dining room. Waffles are also baked and they can be poured with chocolate, honey, fruit mixture or just powdered sugar.
- the ice cream house. On the first day (or rather half of the day), the son ate 8 pieces of different ice cream. The ice cream is delicious. We had such a company in the 90s.. Algida.
At the end of our vacation, flies appeared, which is just sad. They are everywhere where the food is ((( I read reviews in which they swore at dirty dishes. We also got into this on the last day of our vacation (mostly coffee cups). I would not say that they are dirty, they just have traces of tea on them, but it is unpleasant.
Pools. There are 5 of them on the territory. Two for more adults and two for small children, one with children's water slides and a fifth pool with large slides for adults. There are a lot of sun beds, but still there may not be enough. We got up at 8:30, took beach towels and alas, the sun beds were already all booked. When they realized this, they began to book themselves (2 sun beds for 4 people). Once, the Germans threw our towels off the sun beds and made a brick face "these are our places and everything! "and the fact that 2 of the 4 towels were lying next to them does not matter and can not be proved in any way. We didn't spoil our mood and eventually found a place for ourselves, but the sediment remained. Then we met with one Russian family and they had the same story with ill-mannered and arrogant German women.
When they write that the hotel is not Russian-speaking, it is so. Mostly foreigners, but with each day of stay, Russian vacationers were added. At the reception, at the spa and even in the shops, they can understand Russian. Mostly either by gestures or in English.
Animation. Every day there were games for adults in the large pool. From water polo to funny tasks. Every evening there was a disco for children, then some kind of performance in the amphitheater (always different and, as a rule, fun), followed by a snack bar (there is already a disco for adults). Moreover, all animation is in 4 languages at once (the presenter speaks one phrase in several languages at once) - Turkish, German, English and Russian.
The territory of the hotel and the lobby. Well-maintained territory, many different flowering shrubs, palm trees. It's small, but you can take a walk. There are sooo many different sofas, armchairs, tables in the lobby and on the ground floor. One evening we met a man on the path. There was a cat with kittens in the hotel. That's how all the kids messed with these kittens.
Sea. Everything is sad with him. It was still cold when we arrived. Then the heat came at (and beyond) +40, the sea warmed up, but it was kind of cloudy. The pebbles spoil everything when entering the sea. Moreover, they write that this was done on purpose and this is not the sharp pebble that we have at the resorts, but smooth, but not. It's still inconvenient to enter. There are a lot of sunbeds on the beach and sand in their area. Entertainments in the form of rides on buns at sea, on a boat, on jet skis, on parachutes behind the boat...
There are shops nearby. There is a large "market" within walking distance, where almost everything is sold. Everyone speaks Russian there))) pharmacies are available.
ATMs are also nearby, where you can safely withdraw lira by inserting a card and choosing a language. From the beginning, we tried to pay pass with an ATM, but no, it is necessary to insert the card. The card of the Union pay of the Russian Agricultural Bank. I gave the ATM money, I gave it to the store to pay.
Result. We liked it. Will we come back here - definitely YES!

We had a rest in the middle of March.
There is absolutely nothing to do in this hotel out of season: a
very modest buffet for an amateur (for example, fried potatoes for them are overcooked fries),
There could be inscriptions of dishes and an empty metal container, and the dishes themselves had to be asked by the chefs if they did not leave.
The sushi bar is not working,
there are few sun loungers both by the pool and on the beach, and there are no changing rooms,
the territory is very small. I don't know what it looks like in the season - apparently people walk along small paths on wet tiles, stepping over sun beds to get anywhere, be it to the sea or to the bar.
Maintenance is a separate point.
Topping up your daily minibar?- only when you ask the cleaner yourself.
For a week's stay, the room was cleaned 1 time after I tipped when I asked for a minibar (I thought that they would remember me that way and replenish themselves without asking).
The waiters served normally only when their manager was in the hall. They often took their own forks and knives, went to the bar themselves, and cleaned up the dishes themselves.
The audibility in the rooms is strong.
One elevator per building. Those with strollers or things will have to wait a really long time.
Although the hotel is only three years old, it is already shabby. And everywhere it stinks of cat waste products.
Bars. In the lobby, where the bar was supposed to be open 24 hours even out of season, the bartender could only be met after dinner. Unless he went to the sushi bar. It was most realistic to meet the bartender only in the sushi bar, because foreigners sat there from morning to evening and simply did not let the staff go)
there is more or less delicious coffee only in the bars opposite the reception and in the "round-the-clock".
The sand on the beach is not cleaned, full of debris, branches and stones.
There was a strange burning smell at night, like airplane fuel. The air conditioners didn't do much to keep out the stuffiness and stench. The windows faced the neighboring hotel (by the way, the renovation in their rooms is also excellent), so maybe they burned something.
The indoor pool is from 9 to 18. The spa, where towels were received and deposited, was supposed to be open until 19, but they closed earlier.
One of the advantages: a really good repair in the room. That's all.
There is a bazaar to the left of the hotel, but there were mostly separate markets a little further away (like our little five). There were no exchange offices or banks, and they changed money from a beauty salon employee.
But there are pharmacies! They work until the evening.
The hotel is a 5-7-minute walk from the bus stop at the mosque, where minibuses run every 20 minutes to Antalya and the land of legends.
To finish off: when I told my tour agent everything listed above, he said that this was a well-known fact, especially the problems with the service, and that this hotel was not particularly designed for off-season vacations.
The hotel also goes to hell with the tour agent. As well as the March cold winds and +12 in the mornings and evenings.

We had a vacation there with our family back in 2013. Great hotel. The buffet is beyond praise. Meat, fish, sausages, side dishes, desserts, for every taste and in huge quantities. There is a separate bar on the beach, which is open almost around the clock. Wine from the restaurant, you can take it to the room, well, I personally did that. We had a vacation in June 2023, 3 adults and a 2-year-old child. We took a duplex room with a sea/pool view (very noisy and loud in the evenings). We were kindly moved to a similar room with a side view of the shopping street (but quiet and peaceful).

The food, the food is great. There is a lot of it, it is free and very tasty, always fresh. There are Pizzas by the beach and other fast food. There is also a cafe on the 2nd floor of this beach cafe. We really haven't been there. Pools: Well, if you like to swim in 32-37 degrees in warm conditions, the pool will suit you. It was not comfortable for people like us. It's nice to swim in the pool with shade. There is a small water park. However, it is not clear why he works from 11-12 and from 14-16. Excellent service, always ready to help and respond to any request of the staff. Cleaning the room was done every day was nice. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, the sea is within walking distance, several pools for any age, water slides, hammam. I would also like to mention the work of animators who, starting with charging, created a very cheerful atmosphere for the whole day.
The food is great, a large selection of dishes, there was a lot of meat, fish, salads, all kinds of cheeses, sweets and fruits. There were several themed evenings, we were shocked by the design of the tables. We will definitely come back here!

I give 4 stars for the great food and very helpful staff. The review below was written under the influence of emotions from the first impression. Yes, the rooms are old, the furniture is tired. But the staff really try - and they brought the kettle, if they didn't solve any request, then at least they tried to solve it, they were very involved. After the request, they were converted into another room without any questions - it is in a different building, and newer.
So, a review of the original room: Room 1415. The air conditioner does not cool the room. The room is stuffy and very hot. The child of 9 months sleeps poorly, is moody because of the stuffiness. The furniture is in terrible condition. Towels with holes. The blankets are old and dilapidated. There is no kettle in the FAMILY room for two children. There are no bathrobes, toothbrushes.

A wonderful hotel, I recommend it to everyone, but without children because of the deep sea. The price-quality is super, the contingent is Russian Germans, Swiss, the whole of Yugoslavia, a little from Russia.

Now this hotel is 5*, but it feels like 3-4 stars. We will not return to the hotel. The food is monotonous, all the cheeses, pickles are like chewing live salt. There is no seafood from the word at all. The staff practically does not speak Russian at all. They asked for a warm blanket in the room for 5 days, hallelujah, they brought it on the 5th. The cleaners do not consider it necessary to bring new toothpaste, etc., but they clean quickly and well. Discos day after day, while there is music in the neighboring hotel every day, we sit envious. The rooms are excellent, freshly renovated. Attention, a joke! There are restaurants in the hotel area, separate from the buffet. But you can sign up for them only after 7 nights of accommodation, or 20€ before. Just a laugh! There was no such thing in any hotels, if you always want to sign up, come! We did not see the Italian restaurant at all, although it was declared, it was only a marine one, where after such an attitude we did not even want to go. The territory is well maintained, garbage is cleaned, the sea is clean. There are bars on site, but the cocktails there are terrible from the word at all. It is impossible to drink any juices, the chemistry is clean. The beer is delicious, vodka, huntsman and good strong, take champagne at your own risk, it burns your throat)) there is no food for children at all, although almost every family has children. While waiting for the elevator, you can lose consciousness from the heat, because there are air conditioners only in the rooms and on the buffet. In elevators, condensate flows directly onto the heads, elevators are in trouble, they have suffered a lot, everything is dirty and broken. There is a taxi station and a large bazaar 50 meters from the hotel. I advise you to buy teas, oils, wine, towels and sweets. Everything else, such as clothes, bags and shoes, you will buy cheaper in Russia, and the quality is the same. Turkey has ceased to be a country of good trades. The tour operators asked us to move into a room with a sea view, as well as at the reception we said that we were newlyweds, in response : EU, EU, OF KORS, EU. We come, a view of the roof. That's the attitude) I'm writing on the 6th day of rest, completely objectively without exaggeration :) in addition, do not leave things on the sun beds, even mattresses. A mattress was stolen from us on our territory, the staff found nothing and no one, there are almost no cameras. It's up to you)

The autumn hotel is good. We had a rest for the second year in a row. Compact and beautiful territory, great food. Nlmer repairs were made this year. There are wild beaches and kilometers of deserted territories next to the hotel, you can walk along the coast. But the animation IS TERRIBLE. During the year, they did not bother to update the repertoire of numbers, the same contests, jokes as last year. Only more vulgarity was added. The animators sat more with the guests at the table. Disco generally sucks. We ran to a nearby hotel to dance.

Let's be honest - this is one of those Turkish hotels that, under the sign of 5 stars, is actually a 4-star hotel... and by world standards, a 3-star hotel… This one is fake 5 stars.
It is quite obvious that this is one of the worst hotels in Belek…
The hotel is really dirty, the food is very cheap (100 variants of the same thing on different plates) there is simply no sauna and hammam... what they call a hammam is just a warm room. The fitness equipment in the fitness club is not working… Very mossy, not stylish, not a cozy hotel ... we gave 340 tr. We flew at the end of September ... I do not recommend it!

Vacation in July 2023.
The hotel is very dirty. Plates, elevators, mirrors, the dining room, there's no other way to call it, everything is dirty. Even the staff themselves cook in dirty robes. They smoke everywhere. Drinks from 10 days for dinner were brought twice, only dirty plates are quickly taken away. The ala carte restaurant has no Italian menu, no names of dishes. Whatever you bring, eat it. And they brought salad, soup and ravioli. I had to get up and go to the dining room for dinner. When we were there, three tables got up without waiting for a hot one. I didn't like it.
I also don't like the fact that the staff does not make a remark to vacationers, many drink algogol on the beach and at the basseg in glass glasses, of course, beat them and then everyone is forced to swim in the fragments.
I didn't like the hotel. At the height of the season, there are not enough staff or places by the pool.

To say that my vacation was a fairy tale is to say nothing!
We rested at the Siam Elegance Hotel from 28.09. to 5.10. 2022. 6 people came with their family. We had a standard room and a family room. We arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m. and after filling out all the documents, we were given a family room, the standard room was given a little later. The hotel reception is very friendly guys who helped with all questions. Russian is almost not spoken, but there are a few people who speak English well. They helped around the clock, even turned in late at night, because blankets were needed.
The rooms are very spacious and fresh. As far as I know, the hotel has been renovated. Cleaning is daily, cleaned efficiently and cleanly. There are no bathrobes in the room, but slippers are provided.
What made a great pleasant impression was the kitchen! This hotel has a very wide variety of everything that you can only wish for. And very tasty! Lots of fruits, sweets (delicious baklava), several types of meat, side dishes and vegetables. For those who are interested in alcohol, I can say that everything is there, there is only champagne. They make great cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. You will definitely not stay hungry here! In addition to the usual restaurant, there is a cafeteria on site where you can drink coffee, eat ice cream in the afternoon, as well as many sweets that you previously saw at breakfast or lunch! Also, delicious waffles are prepared there, and you can get ice cream nearby.
There are several bars in the hotel: lobby, sushi, by the pool and on the beach. Our favorite was the pool bar. There is a large recreation area, many vacationers did not go to the main restaurant for lunch, because a lot of different dishes were prepared here.
The hotel staff is wonderful, everything is very clean and the attitude towards vacationers is friendly.
The animators of the hotel are very cool guys! In the evenings, shows were held, as is usually the case in Turkish hotels, after a mini-disco. The amphitheater has always been full, the show program is wonderful and varied!
I would like to note the fact that there is excellent infrastructure outside the hotel. A pharmacy is a 5-minute walk away, and if you walk further away, you can find migros and carrefur. And of course a large number of shops with clothes, household goods and sweets. For those who want to buy bed linen, towels, bathrobes and other household goods, I can recommend a store called "Crystal Market". If you go to the pharmacy, he will meet on your way. All the products in the store are very high quality (there is something to compare, because this is not the first time we have been to Turkey).
We had a rest at the end of September and the weather was excellent. The water in the sea is very warm, even the pool seemed cold against its background. The beach is clean, there are a lot of sunbeds, they are by the way with mattresses, which is not always found. The entry into the sea is almost immediately very deep. This should be taken into account if you are with young children.
And finally, I'll tell you about how we went to the ala kart restaurant. One visit is free of charge if you stay at the hotel for at least 7 nights. The restaurant entry is very tight, so the desired date (my birthday) was unavailable. We got to the restaurant the day after. Our verdict will be this: at a regular dinner, the food is tastier and more diverse than in this “restaurant”.
I highly recommend this hotel for a vacation! I hope this review will help you, because when I chose a hotel, I did not have enough adequate reviews. Have a nice stay!

We booked a room with a sea view from the operator, as a result, we were brought to some kind of w ** y, with a view of residential buildings 3 meters from the windows of the room. When they refused to check into this room, interest in us immediately disappeared. Always, upon arrival at various hotels in the world, including Turkey, they offered a reward for a good room. And here they ask for huge sums at once, and even for a day in the room. This is the first time we have encountered this. All Germans and Americans were allowed to go ahead and settled by numbers.
