From the very beginning of his work with us, Evgeny was constantly in touch, offered the most affordable price for a package of services (travel by a comfortable bus, tickets to castle complexes, a set lunch), bus options by capacity (for a group of children from 20 to 50 people). We would like to note that any questions we have received a quick and clear answer from Eugene. The bus arrived on time for boarding, without delay. The interior of the vehicle was clean, with a pleasant smell, the attendant took care of disposable garbage bags for each of the passengers. The trip was long (as it was necessary to come from Gomel region to Grodno region), but pleasant. The driver Sergey drove the bus carefully and comfortably. Evgeny gave instructions for children and took care of the optimal microclimate in the bus cabin. For a while, while the children decided to sleep, the lights in the bus were dimmed. Upon arrival at the tour sites, our tour group had time to visit not only the castles, but also to walk around the surrounding area and other attractions of the cities. While we were leisurely enjoying our vacation, Eugene was busy with entrance tickets for the group, arrangements with the guide, and escorted the children to the restrooms. We were unlucky enough to stand at the border in Upper Lars for 5 hours and so much, or maybe more, we moved in a "track" to the checkpoint of Georgia. The first precipitation appeared here, the border guard drove everyone into the bus and had to wait in the stuffy heat for passage. Until people began to grumble, and only then turned on the air conditioner. I'd rather pay extra if it's about saving money, so that during such a long transition the air conditioner would work and some kind of movie/TV series would be on. It would help 100%. Then everything was normal. Now about the Estonia Hotel (6 floors):

The largest one is the first floor. Our whole group got him, and after we left, so did he. The floor is a walk-through and all the upper 5 floors pass through ours. All the squeals, conversations, entrances and exits with suitcases will be heard. Doors made of "foil"-you can hear absolutely everything. The rooms are small. Shower/toilet - 2x1m. The floor is on the same level, it flows everywhere. And you carry this water further throughout the room. Humidity in the room "mama do not grieve." And most importantly, there is no balcony, there is a 1.5m rope outside the window. And that's it, dry yourself as you want. Room cleaning 1 time in 4 days, attention on demand! You can't say what your problems are. The linen was changed once in 10 days. Washing - GEL 5. The washing machine is very so-so. The administrator is Anya and Sergey. That they are that there is no difference. The attitude is consumer. Anya never said hello at the meeting. Sergey is interested in you only as clients on excursions, which he provides. After them, all interest in you disappears. Take your time for excursions, choose, prices vary very seriously. Last, the check-out was before 11.00, and the departure was at 16.20. All this time, like poor relatives on suitcases in the heat. You are already fragrant by the bus. The summer shower is open by the pool, there is no way to take it. The return trip was in 3.5 days. The bus broke down (neoplan), we got there in pain, I won't even tell you ...

The pool is large and the adjacent recreation area is also. The bar is also decent. Cafes with complex lunches are also excellent.

It is worth thinking 10 times before taking the bus, especially with this company. Personally, I strongly advise against it!
When we arrived at 7 a.m. for departure, the drivers were already picking at the engine. We strained the whole bus, and for good reason: before we had traveled 100 km, we stood at some kind of stop under the scorching sun, where there was neither shade nor a place where we could simply sit down. So we stood for more than 2 hours, after which we were taken to the nearest gas station, where we waited for another 5 hours.. There were simply no words, it is not clear why we left on a deliberately faulty transport.
At this point, it is worth noting the fundamentally incorrect behavior of the maintainer: instead of calming people down somehow, she just hid behind the bus and sat there so that they wouldn't touch her, and when they still managed to "catch" her and try to ask something, we only heard in response "she's coming, she's coming", and the clock kept going, and "now" still did not come…
Further adventures did not end, the air conditioner did not work from the word "at all", people were sitting all red in a semi-fainting state, they no longer wanted any rest. But that's not all: less than a few hours later, we almost drove into a moving car, miraculously avoiding an accident. As a result, people drove on even in full tension.
We arrived with grief in half, we arrived at night, the people who should sit down after us waited under the hotel sitting on chairs all day in absolute heat, and all as one said that the rest was already ruined, and they still had two (at best) days of driving ahead, since they had to wait for us right away, and then also while the drivers and the escort rest. As a result, they left in the dead of night. We felt very sorry for them, but it was even more painful for us, especially since we no longer felt any taste of rest, there was only a countdown to the bus in my head.
As a result, after more than two days of driving back: there is not a trace of rest. (Especially since we arrived at night and left in the morning, that is, minus the rest day we have)
Bottom line: The bus is used, tired with practically no air conditioning, an escort who absolutely does not care about your problems (it's bad, it hurts, you want to go to the toilet or you feel sick - she just doesn't care, no one will stop for you) - consider this if you still decide to go.
Personally, I will never use the services of this company again, my life and health (mental and mental as well) are more expensive to me.
P.S. Your answer is that the bus is undergoing technical inspection and all the staff is qualified - I don't need it, don't bother :)

Blagoveshchenskaya 2024: boiled there, stewed back.
We drove there for 40 hours, mainly because of traffic jams in the Krasnodar Territory, but also because of a breakdown at night, which was repaired for 2 hours.
