We rested at the hotel from 08/23/24 to 2.09.24. Germans and Poles mostly rest at the hotel more than 85%. The hotel is small, convenient location. The ancient city is within walking distance. It takes 15-20 minutes on foot. The hotel has good food, you will not be hungry, room cleaning every day with a change of towels and bed linen. The hotel has two beaches, the nearest beach is 600-700 meters and the far beach to which the transfer takes you. The transfer takes you away in the morning and picks you up only in the evening. Therefore, if you want to get to lunch, you need to walk a little more than 2 km on foot. But the far beach is nice and clean. One big minus that disappointed us is Theft!!! On the last day of rest, a new cleaner appeared and the money immediately disappeared. And they disappeared not only in our room, but also in another one. When contacting the reception, nothing was solved. Neither the administrator nor the senior manager solve such problems! Therefore, do not leave money unattended in the room, only in the safe. Even small amounts in beach bags need to be collected when leaving the room, otherwise you will be answered, "if you did not see what was taken from you, then there was nothing." They won't even ask for an apology.

Of the advantages: clean, small and quiet, very microscopic but cozy territory, no frills food (for me a plus), near the old town, the distance to the city beach is small, near a grocery store, mostly Germans, age couples, no animation.
Of the cons: their good beach is far away (but there are transfers), on the nearest city beach they have the most dead sunbeds (it's disgusting to even look at them, let alone lie down), very simple rooms that have lived

A great hotel for 3*. I've been there several times already. Clean rooms, clean linen, towels are changed every day, the restaurant has clean dishes, very attentive staff. The food is simple, but varied and delicious, lots of vegetables. The beach is 5-7 minutes from the hotel, sand, smooth entrance to the sea. The territory of the hotel is small. The location of the hotel is very good, there are many shops nearby, the old town is within walking distance, a good promenade along the embankment. I recommend.

A wonderful hotel. We rested from 25.07 to 1.08.2024. I liked everything: very varied and delicious food, friendly staff, cleanliness in the hotel and rooms. The linen was changed and the rooms were cleaned daily. I would especially like to mention the administrator Dmitry. A friendly, erudite person.

The hotel is excellent, checked in 5 hours earlier + early breakfast. Towels were changed every day. 0.5 liters of water for each person every day. The refrigerator in the room is small, but not a mini-bar. Soap one piece at a time upon check-in. Free air conditioning and wi-fi. The view from the room was amazing. The hotel's beach with free sun beds is a 15-minute walk along the promenade. The reception explains how to get there. LC WAIKIKI store is a 5-minute walk away. Of the cons: breakfast is boring, as an example of a photo of one of the dishes - eggs boiled in water (7 times out of 8 days), for lunch and dinner there is basically a different mix of stewed vegetables with a small amount of meat or chicken. There are a lot of salads made from fresh vegetables. For dessert, watermelon and oranges, sickly sweet pieces of baklava. Tip - come for lunch and dinner 5 minutes before the restaurant opens to take a seat in the hall, as it is very hot outside.

We had a vacation with my son in July, we were satisfied. The hotel is clean, the rooms were cleaned every day, the linen and towels are snow-white. Nutrition : you will not stay hungry. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea. It is very suitable for families with children.

The best 3-star hotel! I travel a lot, there is something to compare it with. In all respects, it surpasses the 5th Thaya, for sure! Excellent location, everything you need is right in front of the hotel - a bank, a large 3-storey store where you can buy souvenirs, there are products, there are clothes, shoes and household items, very good Turkish perfume, all at low prices, no need to puzzle where to buy what. The sea is within walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel, but you won't want to visit them - the cuisine in the hotel is just 10 out of 10! Buffet, portions are unlimited, about 30 items to choose from dishes and salads, hot and drinks, and there are no Turkish sweets at all, the tables are bursting with abundance. I'm hooked on cheeses - 5-7 varieties always.

A very decent three. I liked everything except the air conditioner in the room blowing into my head. There was enough food, there were no queues in the dining room, the pool was clean. In general, everything is very clean, pastel linen and towels were changed every day. I didn't like the nearby beach very much. We found out how to get to the second one (we took a bus from the hotel once, but it runs at an inconvenient time), then we went there ourselves, it took about 20 minutes to walk, but there are few people and a beautiful sea. In general, I recommend it.

A good hotel, everything is clean and tidy.The rooms are cleaned every day.The food is also good, you will not stay hungry.The pool is clean.A quiet family hotel, not for young people.Attractions, shops, cafes, everything is nearby. There are two beaches, one far, and the nearest beach is taken there (I liked the far one more, we walked back for 20 minutes, but it was possible to leave, the delivery was not convenient). In short, I liked everything. I recommend.

We were in September 21 with a six-month-old child. A good three.
Among the advantages: responsive staff, good attitude towards tourists. Clean rooms, timely cleaning, change of towels. Comfortable mattresses. Delicious pastries and desserts. A typical set of fruits and vegetables (grapes of two colors, plums, watermelon, melon, cucumbers and tomatoes), olives, peppers, etc. Nice far beach (sea side Side beach). Good carbonated drinks, good local alcohol (I tried red wine).
Among the disadvantages: a meager but varied diet (you will not stay hungry-the most appropriate expression). A small selection of meat (during the stay it is present for dinner and lunch in different variations, but only one type at a time: nuggets, meatballs, cutlets, semi-finished products, grilled, stewed with vegetables). Very modest breakfasts. The beach near the hotel is very narrow, and it is one for several hotels, with a total number of sun beds of about 50-60 pcs.). There are no beach towels-you need to purchase your own.
Comment: a solid three, suitable for those tourists who want to live close to the entire infrastructure of side, and only sleep and eat at the hotel. Everything is not new, but it works and is sound. There is a TV with Russian channels (NTV, TNT). Wi-fi works intermittently in the rooms, but it catches much better in the lobby. The far beach, as we understood, has nothing to do with the hotel - it is a private beach with free entrance, which organizes a free round-trip transfer, while the bus time is chosen so that you stay for lunch on the beach, since it earns only on food and drinks). The sea on it is definitely cleaner than on the nearby beach, there are enough sun beds for everyone, not bad but often very loud music playing) the average check is average, not democratic but acceptable-they took fresh ice, everything was just a bomb. The road to the beach about 1.5 km goes past the parking lot (bus station) and turns into a dirt road with stones (it is not comfortable to walk with a stroller, but it is possible). The asphalt/primer ratio is approximately 50/50 in length. A brisk walk of 20 minutes from the hotel, with a stroller or a half-hour walk. In the sports mode, it took 17-18 minutes - I couldn't walk faster. Near the hotel there are migros, bk, McDuck, Waikiki and a101 discount market. From the cafe, I can advise you to visit kibrit near the mosque (excellent grill, vaproly, passable burgers), for whom it is essential-take into account there are no alcoholic beverages in it.

A good hotel for a family holiday! Not noisy, no animation, great staff!!! They feed you well, there are many different dishes, you will not stay hungry)))Good bartenders!!! Amir, if you're reading it, it's the best) There are also disadvantages, but not many:
1) It is difficult to adjust the water on 4 floors, the pressure jumps quickly.
2) Buses go to the beach 4 times, unfortunately, back only at 15.30, it's late, but there is a paid bus that picks up at 12.00. Payment is a dollar.
3) On the last day of departure, they saw a cockroach in the room)
Justifies it for their money.

A comfortable hotel in the city center, clean rooms, excellent food and 4-star service. There are a lot of foreign guests, but the attitude towards everyone is good, there are Russian-speaking staff. The only disadvantages are the remoteness of the beach and the inconvenient schedule of the beach bus.
