A very nice hotel. We went there with my family 3 times, I really liked it. There is a lot of entertainment for children, especially interesting for children 3-8 years old. My favorite hotel. Very tasty food, a huge buffet. Sooooo friendly and nice staff. They do their job well, when they help, you can even just chat with them sometimes. But the last time we took a family room with a sea view last year, it was sooo dirty. This problem has not been encountered before. The beach is clean, but there are always a lot of people. I rested with my husband from 05/16/24 to 05/25/24. The hotel is nice, with a small but well-maintained territory. We lived in a family room, 2 rooms: bedroom, living room, kitchenette with dishes, kettle, refrigerator. Tea, coffee, sugar, water, everything is there. Air conditioning, wi-fi, everything works. Large bathroom with 2 watering cans, a bench. The soap is liquid, there is no shampoo. Cleaning and changing of towels in the room every day.
The food in the restaurant is very tasty, varied, grilled, fruits, sweets, super!
3 swimming pools, children's, adult 140m, heated and with water mountains.
The beach is 30 minutes on foot or by bus 7 minutes. The schedule is 1p/hour. The beach itself is sandy, the sea is clean, the entrance to the sea is gradual. There are enough sun beds. The bar and food on the beach are for a fee. A change of beach towel costs 1 euro. The vacationers are 90% European. After the evening animation, silence at 23.00.

The level of a student canteen or sanatorium for recovering from bariatric surgery. Why is a mystery to me. An omelet is made from pre-mixed eggs, but fried eggs are not. That is, even the available products are used mysteriously. With children, I do not recommend it at all, there will be an eternal whine.

We had a rest in October 2024. The hotel is average. At first, they checked into a room worse than we had when booking, claiming that there were no rooms available. Which is strange, because our room was paid for. My one-year-old child and I lived in a room with broken glass and dirt on the floor for a day. After the shouting and shouting scandal, we were transferred to our room by reservation.
Food: delicious for the first 3 days, then I want to eat normally. There were only 3 fish in 12 days. Mostly chicken and chicken hearts😂
Sweets and fruits are plentiful, otherwise everything is bad.
Well, for dessert, as they say. The whole family caught the Coxsackie.
Therefore, I strongly advise against this hotel with young children. Many children were ill at the hotel.
Cleaning: 3/10. I cleaned myself after cleaning. This applied to floor cleaning in most cases.
The territory is small, most of it is occupied by a swimming pool. I wish the hotel prosperity and changes for the better on the part of the administration.

The hotel is clean, beautiful, well maintained. 4 swimming pools, one of which is heated, the other with a water park. 2 main ones at the central building. The main contingent of Europeans is 50-80 years old. There are few Russians, mostly married couples with children. The food at the hotel is varied. For every taste. They cook delicious, but sometimes it was spicy for me. Alcohol is good, whiskey Bells, gin, vodka at least 35 °, liqueurs, baileys, wine... They pour a lot of cocktails. I don't drink beer, but the Germans drank with pleasure!))) The staff is excellent. Cleaning 5+. The Internet is fast. On the beach, they give out a code for the Internet, it is changed daily, it also flies. The beach is above all praise, the entrance is flat, sandy. To the beach 3 minutes by shuttle or 20 minutes on foot. The Old Town with the Colosseum of the 2nd century BC. 20 min walk. It's sooo beautiful there. The atmosphere is not forgettable. Of the minuses: a paid bar on the beach. I recommend it for tourists 40+ and for young people who prefer a relaxing holiday...

The location of the hotel is good, the room in the main building is excellent! But the food is very, very modest and monotonous. For almost three weeks of rest, the same dishes were repeated almost every day, there is no choice at all, there are always only semi-finished products from meat, desserts are very modest and tasteless. The staff at the restaurant does not even greet you in return. The cleaners cleaned well, changed the bed linen every 5 days. I won't come back here even for a modest price. Unlike Kemer, in Side in the summer you can get into quite a good three-piece with all inclusive, I was pleasantly surprised. I would like to express my special gratitude to the owner of the hotel and the beautiful girl at the reception, everything is very on the level, with humor and hospitality. The service seemed to me to be even better than in some of the top five!!! Location in the center to the Side amphitheater is 10 minutes on foot, the only minus is the beaches, but if desired you can find .... I definitely recommend it!!!!

We visited this hotel last year. It was declared as 4 stars, guys, that's for sure....three at most. Three, but solid. The territory is not large, there is no Russian-speaking staff, sign language is your friend if you do not know languages. I didn't like the attitude of the staff. a buffet, but you can't put food on yourself, you practically have to beg for it, they don't make you a cocktail willingly and it feels like from what is there, and not what is stated in the composition. 1. Check-in + room. From the airport to the hotel 1 hour 15 min. (if you are the first). We arrived late, so we checked in right away. Room 155, as a "compliment from the hotel" is two-room, but with a view of the fence (but quiet)))) We don't like to sit on the balcony, so the view from the window/balcony is not important to us. Who cares: rooms 153, 155, 157 with a view of the fence. The room itself is excellent, orthopedic mattresses, snow-white linen and towels, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, tea, coffee, sugar. Two showers, two air conditioners, two TVs, a sofa, a coffee table. Disadvantages: instead of shampoo and shower gel, there is something mixed, it says shampoo + gel; it is not very convenient to use a hair dryer.
2. Nutrition. A lot and varied and all day long. In the restaurant, you take the hot stuff yourself, all the cuts, fruits, vegetables, sweets are served by the chefs (it's the pandemic's fault), there are no restrictions on quantity. I was pleased with the "evening soup" at 23.00, because we arrived at the hotel at 22.00 and dinner had already passed. Drinks: tea, coffee, Turkish coffee, cola, fanta, sprite; drinking water in each bar / restaurant in bottles of 0.5 liters. without restrictions, constantly costs. Alcohol: beer, white/red wine, 11 types of cocktails, vodka, gin. Disadvantages: not found)
3. Service + hotel. The hotel is not very big, there are slides in the next building, a lot of greenery, very clean. One day it started to rain and an umbrella was brought to our room (we haven't seen this yet). Wi-Fi confidently catches throughout the territory. There are very few Russian-speaking staff, but it is clear that they are learning Russian. I read in one of the reviews that the attitude towards Russians is worse than towards Europeans, we did not notice this. There is no animation at all, darts 2 times a day and aqua aerobics once, in the evening a mini disco is exactly 15! min. The evening shows are mostly guest artists, there are no merits of the animators. There is a spa complex on site, the prices are reasonable. 4. The sea. Beach towels can be taken at the hotel for a deposit of $ 5, replacement of 5 lira. The bus to the sea runs every hour, the beach is sandy, the approach is very smooth - 30 meters to the depth, the sea is very clean and warm. For those who cannot swim and children, this is an ideal place. We did not walk, because we walked for about 20 minutes along a dirt road into the field (we talked to those who walked). There is no hotel bar on the beach, there is an existing bar with space prices (beer 450 rubles) There are enough sun beds, old mattresses, a lot of torn ones. Disadvantages: there is no beach bar
There are chain stores of clothing (LC Waikiki, DSB), food (Migros, McDonald's) and souvenirs near the hotel. NovaMoll shopping center is 5 minutes away. by taxi ($5) or by minibus No. 1 ($1 per person). We had a rest with my husband on 09/10/2021-09/21/2021. The flight by Royal flight is 3.5 hours. The planes are normal, the only thing, be prepared that the only thing you will be offered on the plane is water. That's it! Nothing else! And no, THERE WILL BE NO tea, coffee, juice or soda! Only water without gas. Take food with you on the plane from home or hotel. Especially if with children.
The weather is great. In the afternoon, when the sun is at its zenith, the temperature reaches 38 °, so we recommend sunbathing in the morning before 11.00 and in the evening after 16.00, so as not to burn out.
It takes 1.5 hours to drive from the airport. The hotel has been renovated in 2020, so everything is clean and new.
It is located almost opposite the old antique Side. You can walk, but take a 1.5-hour round trip for a walk. To the right from the hotel McDonald's, Burger King, Waikiki, supermarket A101 and Migros (you can pay for purchases with a card without commission in these supermarkets, but in other small tents it is better to start).
It is better to change money without commission in Western Union.
The staff speaks mostly English, but they understand Russian a little and everything can be easily explained. The hotel's contingent is mainly Germans, Poles, Belgians and Russians.
Our room had a Family land view, but in fact the view from room A 317 overlooked the pool of the neighboring Oz hotels hotel. There is no animation as such in the neighboring hotel, so a small background of music did not bother us.
The room consists of a mini-kitchen (tea station, coffee maker, sink, refrigerator, there is a corkscrew).
The shower is large with 2 watering cans. There is a hairdryer and a toilet.
The living room consists of a sofa, TV and a table. The living room has a closet with shelves and air conditioning.
The bedroom has 2 double beds, but in fact it is 2 beds pushed together. There is a closet with shelves, air conditioning, TV and a safe (for a fee of 35 lira per day, but we did not take it, but hid everything in suitcases and everything is OK). There is a wide balcony: a table, 4 chairs and a clothes dryer. They can clean the room every day, but you need to press the button near the door in the room with a request for cleaning.
Wi-Fi is free on site and works everywhere with excellent speed. Not on the beach.
The territory of the hotel is not large, but everything is there.
Palm trees, green grass and flowers are everywhere. Everything is cleaned and watered in the morning. There are 4 swimming pools: 1 large and 1 children's pool on the main territory. There is a transfer cabin and a shower. There is also a miniclub, but because of the pandemic it does not work.
There is a pool for 1 adult and 1 with 4 water slides in the 2nd building of Resort Aqua, but many do not even know about it🤣
Main restaurant: breakfast, lunch, dinner and night soup are served. Everything is delicious, plentiful and fresh. The breakfasts are the same everywhere, but everything is for every taste. Of course, without baby food, and without a vegan table, for this you need a class 3 hotel above and an appropriate price tag. Lunch and dinner are always different main course menus. Meat, lula and fish are grilled outside. Grilled fish is delicious, not the tasteless cheap buttery fish served in other hotels, which is a huge plus. In the morning, fried eggs and omelets are made outside, bread, toast, cheese, sausage, croissants, baked potatoes, cereals, vegetables and fruits. Take, do not regret, figs and dried apricots for breakfast, fresh and delicious. This is not to be found in Russia.
The waiters are actively cleaning everything up. The appliances are usually on the tables or it is fashionable to ask the waiter to bring Only a line of cold salads, snacks and desserts during the pandemic imposed by the hotel staff, but it does not bother at all. The dishes are normal, not ordinary plastic cups. During the main meal, the main restaurant has a bar where you can get drinks, except cocktails and Turkish coffee.
There is a bar with soft drinks and coffee, including Turkish coffee. It is open from 9.00 to 22.00.
Delicious Turkish tortillas or donuts are prepared near the coffee bar from 13.30-16.00.
The main pool bar makes all drinks except coffee. Cocktails are mostly vodka-based, but in principle, quite nothing. It's a pity they don't make frappes.
Coffee and cookies in the bistro near the reception 16.00-17.00.
In the 2nd building of Resort Aqua 12.00-16.00 burgers, French fries, grilled fish or turkey, rice, tortillas, cucumbers, tomatoes, watermelon, melon and sweets. There is a bar, but it is open from 12.00-16.00.
Everywhere, the usual drinking water is bottled in abundance at all beverage distribution points, which is undoubtedly a plus, because there is usually a cooler in hotels.
If you need a lunch box for an excursion, then contact the reception. You will be given a sandwich and an apple.
The animation is not intrusive. There is water aerobics and darts. In the evening at 20.00 there is a children's disco, and then at 20.30 there is an evening show. In the evening, good shows are sometimes with guest artists, for example, live music, acrobats or Turkish night. During the evening animation, the bar is open until 23.00.
Ice cream (strawberries, chocolate and vanilla) is served in bars in the afternoon and evening.
There is a hammam on the territory of the hotel, but for a fee, as well as a massage, but we did not take anything. There is no indoor pool. A good gym, open from 6.00-22.00, the equipment is new and actively used. No one goes to the gym, so there are no people.
Beach. A bus takes you to the beach on time. It takes 7-10 minutes to drive. Sun beds are free of charge. Drinks and food are paid. There are good toilets, changing rooms and showers. You can walk back along the road through the field for 20 minutes. Beach towels can be taken at the hotel for a $5 deposit per person. The payment is refunded upon departure.
What was pleasantly impressed at the hotel?
1. Rain was forecast one day. The maids left a good umbrella and a walking stick in each room while cleaning the room. Even if we didn't ask us to do the cleaning, we still left an umbrella on the door handle of the room. I have never met such a concern for hotel guests. The maximum that was seen in other countries in hotels, in Europe - 3 shabby umbrellas at the reception.
2. When leaving the pool by the stairs in the main building, they noticed that the 2nd step was wobbling and the foot was about to slip off. We reported this to the lifeguard in the pool. In 5 minutes, Carl!!!! engineers came, checked the ladder and completely replaced it. Very quickly! Respect for such a service!
Conclusion: the hotel is worth the money (service, food, cleanliness, animation, location), BUT if you want to go with children, it is better to choose a hotel within walking distance to the sea than to take the bus.

We had a vacation with our son in June 18. The standard rooms are large, 2 rooms, kitchen. The kitchen is monotonous. There are a lot of Germans, of whom there is an eternal queue to the bar for beer. Not the first line, shops, pharmacies are sooo far away. Now on 4x, the price for it is 164,000, seriously? For this money, you can fly to an excellent 5, or to a steeper barut in the same side, but not here. He's not worth the money.

The hotel is very nice , lots of greenery , good location , there is a place to walk and see the embankment nearby . The food in the dining room is varied for all tastes , a lot of vegetables , fruits were not many times out of season , but the main ones were apples , bananas , watermelon , cherries , peaches . Not the first line, this is probably the only disadvantage of this hotel, but every hour a bus takes you to the beach and back, the beach from the hotel is very good, the shower is changing rooms , the toilet is all on the level. We had a family vacation for 14 days , there will not be a single negative review from us for this hotel. We recommend it!
