There is a refrigerator almost right next to the drawer, so the drawer heats up noticeably - therefore, it is better not to put sweets, chocolate, medicines, etc. into it. The air conditioner is located very low, blows through the head (perhaps if there were no problems with adjusting this device, it could be left on overnight).

A hotel for non-picky tourists. We
had a vacation in July, we were checked into the last available room, so there was nothing to change it for. The legs on the bed were broken, the staff tried to fix it, nothing happened, in the end they just removed the legs at our request.
The air conditioner blows clearly on the bed, so it's not very comfortable to sleep when it's running. As we understood, all rooms have this arrangement.
There's not a huge variety of food, but you can choose something. The tables are dirty, although the waiters try their best, they clean up quickly enough.
There is a swimming pool with one slide, which is open on schedule (2 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the afternoon). It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach, and there is also a comfortable shuttle during the day, which takes several minutes to drive. The beach is nice, the entrance is gentle, but there are always waves. That's why we went to the beach on the west side, where it was completely calm.
Good location, close to shops, many cafes, an ancient city, a promenade. We mostly only slept at the hotel, so there were no very high demands, the staff tried to solve all the issues as best they could.

We stayed at this hotel from 1.09-8.09. Wonderful hotel. The hotel has 3 stars, but tour operators sell it as 4. The owner of this hotel changed in March, changed beds, did not make much cosmetic repairs and voila. Let's take it in order: we checked in earlier than the scheduled time ( for those who arrived earlier, you can easily leave your things in the utility room, change clothes and walk to the sea 🐙 or swim in the pool, have a snack in the dining room. The room is not large and very clean, the linen is snow-white, there is a hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, water. There is a clothes dryer on the balcony (on the wall) a table, chairs and an ashtray. One large wardrobe (it was enough for us to place all our belongings) There is soap with a dispenser in the bathroom, many were outraged that there is no shampoo and toothbrushes, for example, I do not need it. The food was very good 👍 everything is always fresh, lots of fruits and vegetables, greens, meat and fish, delicious grilled dishes in the evening, and delicious pancakes for breakfast 🥞 Regular coffee from the vending machine (but I didn't count on more) there is always a lot of food, there is enough for everyone🙂(we had all adequate vacationers, so no one grabbed and ate like the last time)

We stayed at this hotel from 06/01/2024 to 06/15/2024.
One of the advantages is the location, proximity to the old town.
Despite the fact that the Side Resort Annex is one of three hotels under a common sign (Side Resort, aka Calimera and Side Resort Aqua) and they are located on the same territory, there is no way to get to other hotels in the network, as tour operators promise, since security immediately runs after you and almost sends you back from the hotel. And this is not when you go to their pool or eat, but when you just want to walk through their territory to your hotel, in the shade and cool.
The room is small, the closet has no shelves, there is no iron, and the iron in the hotel costs bad money. The cleaning is of an average level, there are stains on the furniture, the drawers of the table and cabinets are cracked, there are no chairs, the bed linen has not been changed once during the two weeks of stay. The shower cabin is extremely uncomfortable, since the shower head itself is mounted in the wall.
Wi-Fi in the hotel is only paid, at pretty decent prices and only for ONE DEVICE, not for a room.
There were periodic problems with hot water.
The ventilation in the room was not working well.
Only one room key card was issued, which, given the steady heat, was a big problem, since the hotel itself was stuffy, and the room faced southwest and warmed up very well.
There are almost no air conditioners in the hotel outside the rooms. In the lobby and at the reception, too, this causes the problem of waiting for a transfer in the heat, if you have it in the evening. There is no shower either (only by the pool, on the street), so checking out of the room before leaving, and then hanging out at the sea is also not an option.
The restaurant is probably the coolest public place due to the presence of two outdoor air conditioners in it.
There was always plenty of food, no one was hungry, but:
- in the period from 02.06 to 08.06, the food was more varied, apparently it was not yet the season and there were few tourists)
- in the period from 09.06 to 15.06, the food became absolutely monotonous and more "economical".
Tablecloths on the tables are rarely changed, only in case of extreme contamination.
With a large number of guests, there are not enough places to eat, and it is not always possible to quickly remove used dishes because of this.
There is no proper coffee in the hotel.
The same situation is with the transfer to the beach. Considering that the service is provided by two hotels, from 02.06 to 08.06 there were no problems to go to the beach and back, then from 09.06 to 15.06 there were constant problems with travel. Despite the availability of a transfer schedule, it was periodically not from the word at all, especially for extreme evening flights. If everyone did not leave on a particular flight, despite the statement of the staff that the bus was returning for the remaining ones, I did not notice this.
With small children, and even more so with a stroller or with problems of the musculoskeletal system, I do not advise going to this hotel, since in the heat you will need to make a very large circle, in the sun and a dirty dusty road to get to the beach.
There is no bar on the beach from the hotel. There is from another hotel, but you can only buy everything there. There are not enough stationary deck chairs for everyone, they put temporary beds when needed.
There are only a couple of people who speak Russian well in the entire hotel: a tall, large girl who is not a receptionist (Uzbek or Kazakh) and one of the waiters (Murat, from Uzbekistan, special thanks to him).
At the hotel, in case of late check-out, you can extend the time of use of the room, but only until 17.00 and for 10 euros per HOUR. I had to pay 50 euros, respectively, for a shower in the room and the opportunity to get some sleep due to the overnight flight.
There is no children's animation from the word at all.
Adult animation is not common, but it was, took 30-40 minutes at best.
Considering that the tour cost 3120 euros for two adult children of 10 years old, with departure from Minsk, the price does not correspond to the quality of the rest.
A separate point is the work of the host party, Fit Holidays, and specifically its employee Rasim Memis.
This employee did not show up for the scheduled meeting upon arrival, they waited for him at the reception for 40 minutes, while trying to convince us that he came, but this one is so small.
Just the little things that answered the questions with a very good delay.
But the main joke was that his incompetence spoiled the last night at the hotel and the last day of rest, as he could not provide specific and reliable information about the return transfer to the airport. At 21:30 on 06/14/2024, we were informed that we had a departure on 06/15/2024 at 02:30 at night and, accordingly, a transfer at 22.10-22.20 on 05/14/2024.
After a long conversation and another presentation of my tickets and transfer documents to him, the Fit Holidays employee admitted his mistake and said that he would provide new information the next day.
But the information was not provided either verbally or in writing. I had to contact the organization itself, but they didn't answer the phone on Saturday. After that, they were sent a video message about the legal consequences of their actions, as well as the same information was sent to the travel agency that provided us with this tour.
Together, they were still able to provide us with information about the transfer and we left on it.
At the time of our departure, she had not appeared at the corresponding stand of the hotel.
We had a rest in July-August 2022. The hotel is quite cozy, the staff is friendly, a wonderful pool, excellent cuisine. The room stock is old. It's nice that the ancient city is very close, within walking distance. The shuttle service to the beach runs regularly, although the schedule is not always convenient. We sometimes returned on foot, enjoying the views of the old town. As for the cleanliness of the room, the cleaning was daily. The beds are just pushed together, and the air conditioner blows on them - it's not pleasant. We also once had some kind of unpleasant smell in the room and a water bottle was missing. It was put on only once - at the race. Next, they collected water in a cooler on the bar. Wi-Fi is paid. It was not possible to work. Although the hotel is declared a 4* hotel, but no... Of the detergents, only soap. There were good events on the territory of the hotel: concerts of dance groups and a cocktail party. Thanks to the hotel staff for a wonderful stay! Great hotel, we liked everything without exception! Daily cleaning, polite staff, lots of delicious and varied food, bus to the beach regularly, the pool is warm +25, entertainment in the evenings, cocktails, alcohol, whatever your heart desires at the bar from 10 am to 22:00!
We stayed at the Oz Side Hotel in July 2022. We really liked this small but clean and cozy hotel in the city center. The hotel has a fairly large swimming pool with an aqua park, a bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, tea, coffee. The food at the hotel was varied (meat, fish, chicken, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, sweets, pastries every day).We would like to note that the hotel has a very friendly staff. Many thanks to the administrator Ksenia and all the staff of the hotel.
The beach is a 15-minute walk from the hotel, but you can also take a free bus that runs to the beach 3 times a day. The white sand beach is very clean, the entrance to the sea is smooth, umbrellas and rods are free for hotel guests.There are also ruins of an ancient ancient city of the II century BC near the hotel, so there is a place to go and see in the evening. There are many shops and markets within walking distance from the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel for a vacation!

My family stayed at this hotel in May, we liked everything except the road to the sea...you can't walk in the heat, but the transport can accommodate 6 people and does not run every hour...it is problematic with a small child...Special thanks to Ksenia at the reception, this is a godsend for the hotel, solves all problems easily and quickly, not a drop of irritation.

I liked the hotel, everything is as described by the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is small, but cozy. Guests from Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, France rested with us. The food was delicious and varied, the room was cleaned every other day, the pool was clean.
A bad transfer to the sea (there 9, 10, 11 back 15, 17, 18) vostochny beach can be walked, but under the scorching sun along Turkish trails through a buffer (non-residential) zone of 1.5 km.
It is good to walk to the Ancient city from the hotel and the stop in Manavgat is nearby, and the bus station is nearby in general, you can go anywhere.
Paid Wi-Fi was connected to one smartphone, but everyone used it, most importantly taking turns entering a name and password.
The hotel is on solid 4 both in terms of food and service. I was a little surprised by the lack of glasses and bottle openers in the rooms, as well as some minimalism in the furniture (it would be more convenient to add shelves / hangers to the room), but not stressful. Great hotel.
I won't write much. I will say one thing, the perfect hotel.
I was there with my wife in July 2021.
Everything is at the highest level. We have something to compare it with. The hotel is consistently worthy of 4 stars. But I would give all 5 stars.
We took "All inclusive", so the kitchen was appreciated in full. It is very tasty and beautiful. A huge selection of dishes, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
There is a free bus ride to the hotel's beach, but you can easily walk 25 minutes on foot.
A separate advantage of the hotel is the location, the ancient city of SIDE is within walking distance.
I would like to thank the bartender Yasha separately. Solves any issues without problems. He knows Russian perfectly well. Yasha, greetings from Penza! We hope to come back soon.

Pros: nearby shops (A-101, you can buy sweets as a gift on the cheap), banks (where to withdraw money), McDuck, Waikiki. There is a bus stop near Makdaka - buses go to the city of Manavgavt, where there are more Waikiki and you can walk.
If you go towards the mosque, there is a large market.
But we have to bargain there, because the Turks are cashing in on us and calling big prices.
Minuses: 1. The small territory of the hotel. Only the pool and a small bar.
2. The beach is 2km from the hotel. It is quite possible to walk, we walked 5 times during the entire rest period, but now it is not so hot (+37 in the sun during the day)
3. If you are traveling out of season, as we are (we stopped by on April 4, and the hotel started its operation only at the end of March)- then be prepared for the fact that there will be no buffet.
For the first 2 days, we were served food ourselves - soup, salad, second course and dessert. Of course, we ate too much, but again there was no choice - what we brought was what we ate.
And only then, on April 6, the buffet began, but again very modest. Apparently, the photos that are walking on the Internet are from the hot season - June-July-August.
4. The attitude of the staff.
They pour tea into an ordinary glass mug for their Turks, and bring it to us Russians in a paper cup if we ask for tea.
5. Water is only from the cooler and of poor quality. Bottled water only upon check-in (2 to 0.5)
6. There is no bathroom, the shower is equipped directly on the tile. The toilet is tightly placed - on the right there is a wall separating the shower, on the left there is a sink. It's very cramped in the toilet.
7. The room has dirty furniture- the table is divorced from previous tenants, which are not cleaned.
8. There are no normal blankets. It's cold in the evenings, and there are only bedspreads in the room. There is a battered plaid in the closet - they had to hide.
9. There is no animation.
10. You stay late at the bar - the employees at the end cause their dissatisfaction, apparently they want to go home.
11. There is a bad coffee machine in the hall. If you want "hot chocolate", go to the pool bar - the device is much better there.
12. The tour operator's guide was very intrusive, offered his services. They're expensive, don't take them.
13. About the shuttles that take you to the beach. We were told they would not be there yet, as there are few people, so walk. We had to look for this beach ourselves.
Overall, it's not bad. But we need to go later, when the hotel will be fully operational.
Opposite Waikiki there is a Denizbank booth - withdraw money there - the commission is 18-25 rubles in total.
Do not change money at the airport upon arrival - there was a commission of as much as 1000 rubles from 6000 rubles. And in Denizbank, they took a commission of 18 rubles from 2500 rubles.

The hotel is not bad, but I did not really like the attitude of some employees, the lack of care is noticeable, as well as the unfounded restrictions in the service.
There is no Wi-Fi only for a fee, the pool is open until 18 o'clock, transfer from the sea after 15 o'clock, and lunch from 12 to 14 to make it you have to walk 1.5 km approximately. The food is spiced, there are no porridges, the soups are peculiar. I was pleased with the fish once in 7 days and the mushroom soup, the rest of the time there was meat that I don't eat and can't say anything. If you arrive late or leave early, order a lunch box, otherwise you can stay without dinner, as it turned out with us, but this is more a question for the tour operator and not for the hotel. After everyone was taken to the hotels, we were the last and the bus brought us 15 minutes later than the end of dinner and we had to look for a place to eat with a child at night in an unfamiliar place! Keep in mind who wants to stay at this hotel when buying a tour from a tour operator, that it takes more than an hour to get people to hotels, not counting the travel time from Antalya to side, I hope my review will be useful😀
We lived from September 24 to October 2. We read a lot of good reviews and took a ticket. If room 1116 is offered upon check-in, refuse, it is located above the kitchen and all the flavors will be in the room. About the room: everything is comfortable enough, the bed is comfortable, but there are no slippers, shampoo, toothpaste/brush, these things should definitely be in a 4* hotel. The rooms are cleaned strangely, for the first 3 days they did not even come in, and then almost every day. The hotel has a cooler with cold water and a coffee machine. The food is quite monotonous, but you can eat, the guys you know went to Pamukale, lived in a 5* hotel for one night, so the food was exactly the same. The bar is very meager, Tuborg beer is like water, my wife drank dry white wine. Strangely, the pool is open until 18 o'clock. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach, the sun beds are free, but if you take the bus after 9.30, then there will be no free places. On other beaches, 2 sun loungers cost at least 25 liras. To be honest, for the money that was spent, it would be better to take a 3* hotel, but closer to the sea. WiFi costs 70 liras for a week, the speed is not great, but it is stable throughout the territory. Friends took a SIM card from a local operator for 22 bucks, which includes 10GB of Internet, very convenient if you travel on the navigator. We left at 2 a.m., gave us a lunch box with us, opened it already at the airport, there was a cucumber, a tomato and a plum in it, if you put the other two products at the base of the cucumber, then the attitude of the Turks towards you will turn out. Excursions to the waterfall, the green canyon, the city in the mountains do not take, it costs 50 bucks for two, but you can take a scooter for 15 and travel the whole area in a day.
Bottom line: plan your vacation in advance so that you can choose a good hotel, I do not recommend this one.
The sea is about 2 km away, everything would be fine, but the description of the hotel is clearly a hoax - it says 800 m. There is a shuttle, but only one way, back by taxi, or on foot. There are big problems with food.
