It's not a bad hotel.
Located on the first line, access to a private beach is practically from the hotel, just cross the promenade line that runs along the shore of Side. The beach is not very big. Therefore, sun beds have to be occupied early in the morning, despite the widespread calls (prohibitions) for "booking" sun beds - if you come later, it will be problematic. The beach is well maintained, gently sloping, and the entrance to the sea is very comfortable.
The territory of the hotel itself is also compact, there is no special space, the "green" zone is very small, i.e. you cannot walk around the territory.
But this is not necessary, there is a place to walk in the area, it is a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the ancient Side, we went there almost every day.
The territory is well maintained, everything is neat, cleanliness is constantly monitored.
The food is excellent and plentiful, the food is varied and very tasty! They are fed almost without breaks: breakfast, brunch, lunch, ice cream, gozleme tortillas, afternoon tea (tea and coffee with snacks), dinner and late dinner. Themed holiday dinners are held on Fridays. You can submit an allergy sufferer's card to the restaurant so that it is taken into account when you eat (they ask about this when checking in, I was impressed). Several bars: pool, beach, lobby. There are plenty of local drinks in the bars, but as far as I understand, there are no foreign ones. But the available assortment was enough for us.
The hotel's guests are overwhelmingly Europeans, the age group is mostly 50+, and 10 percent of Russian-speaking guests.
The service is excellent in all areas of the hotel: at the reception, in the restaurant, in the bar, and on the beach. When we arrived, we were checked in a few hours earlier. All the staff are very friendly and attentive, with very few exceptions.
Some of them speak Russian well, some don't, but they always manage to explain themselves.
The animation is there, unobtrusive and age-oriented.
According to the number, there are no complaints either. They are cleaned well, everything is clean. The room has a safe, refrigerator, kettle. Drinking water is replenished every day. And it's freely available in bars all day long.
Another positive point is that the hotel adheres to an environmental policy, which also makes a positive impression.
We had a good rest. The staff is polite and friendly. A cozy hotel. In the evening, you can play board games. A varied menu. The food is delicious.
Residents of Germany mostly stay at the hotel.
First coastline, private sandy beach.
Very good hotel: location, service, food. The contingent consists of foreign pensioners. Accordingly, entertainment for the age of 75+. Special thanks to Daria, who helps with questions and problem solving
