We rested from 01.07.2024 +clean (the staff is trying) +the staff is polite +3 pools, one of them for children with slides +delicious food and drinks + everything is calm in the evening and at night +bar and food on the beach +lots of sun beds and canopies +nearby market +air conditioning in the rooms +balconies +children's room, playground, mini zoo - a few staff members know Russian and even a few phrases -most of the vacationers are Germans (and this is not a minus, there are just very few Russian speakers) - audibility in the rooms, you can hear the neighbors talking and going to the toilet) -do not listen to the guide Ismail from ANEX, the tour pulls everything into a trip, he told us that there is nothing in the area except hotels and took us to the fur and leather store where a spoiled mood is guaranteed for you for the whole day (well, if you do not want to buy yourself sherpotrap for 3 cents and you like the boorish attitude of the sellers))) and right at the hotel there are markets And SO if the animation, the staff and many tourists were Russian-speaking, we could return and generally have a good rest, but next time we will look for another hotel

Pros - friendly staff, clean, 10 minutes walk to the sea, there are enough sun beds. The food is not very diverse, but it is quite acceptable. There are many shops, bars, travel agencies nearby - it will not be boring

The hotel is not bad, solid 4, food and alcohol are fine, there is always ice cream or other dishes. The staff tries their best: in the restaurant, on the beach, by the pool, and when cleaning the room. The reception always tries to resolve any issues that arise. A larger percentage of vacationers at the hotel are Germans. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach. But there is a minus in the hotel guide Anextur Ismail, he cannot answer questions, does not solve problems, sells services and excursions at very inflated prices, tries to cash in on everything, even what the hotel does for free photo attached. Other Anext Tour agents came to the rescue and answered questions, thanks a lot to them.

We had a rest with a child from September 10 to 17, 2021. We arrived at 6 am, for $ 20 we immediately checked in) the room is nice, clean, overlooking the pool. The food at the hotel is a separate pleasure, very diverse, thanks a lot to the chefs! Of the minuses, children's animation, it's a disco for 40 minutes in the evening and that's it. And if there is a view of the pool, it is noisy until 23:30, it is impossible to fall asleep) But the child was waiting for adult animation more than for children's animation. T k animators are invited, each time there are different shows and performances. It took 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, it didn't bother at all. There are always free sun beds, the beach is excellent, the sand is good.

We stayed at the hotel from October 15 to 22 with my husband. Overall, the hotel is good. Cleaning every day, bed linen is changed every other day. The room, when we first moved in, was cleaned cleanly. But when they came with the cleaning, they messed up and it was obvious that they were cleaning for show. Everything in the room was in good condition: air conditioning, TV, hair dryer. Everything is in good working order. There is also a mini-bar with mirinda, pepsi and sprite. It is replenished only once, but it is enough. A bottle of 1.5 liters of water was left every day. The room is cozy, bright, with a balcony. We lived on the attic floor. There was a view of the mountain river and the shopping center. The food was delicious! Abroad for the 3rd time and compared to previous hotels, this hotel had the most delicious food.😋 The staff is generally polite. But there are no Russian speakers at all. Even at the reception. The hotel is purely German. 80 percent of the guests are Germans. The attitude of the staff towards the Germans is much better than towards the Russians. There were several nuances where there was some kind of neglect.. It was a shame for the Russian kids vacationing at the hotel. The Germans were entertained, ours were not..😔 ! An unpleasant impression was left by the "bleating" seller of men's T-shirts on the ground floor of the hotel. We went to his department to see a T-shirt for my husband. We took a look at the assortment and left. No one was touched or offended. They didn't do or say anything wrong. They just probably didn't buy anything...When they started coming out, the seller began to mimic us and bleat!!!)))) An adult male, 40-45 years old! He started behaving like this! We stayed, it's not enough to say that we were shocked.. This has never been seen before!!😲 Overall, the hotel is nice, clean, and cozy. The hotel is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. I recommend the hotel.😊💚

I had a rest in October for 7 days. The hotel has a nice, attentive staff. Everything is clean, the food is delicious. But the contingent is 80% Germans who get drunk and scream all night at the pool bar. They shout and sing songs, behave disgustingly, as if they are alone in the hotel. I don't envy those who have windows on the pool, especially with young children. It is impossible to sleep. Otherwise, there are no complaints about the hotel. We rested from 08/28 to 09/24/2021. There is no limit to the delight!!! The room is just great!!!The cuisine is very tasty and varied!!!The staff are real professionals in their field. The feeling of celebration did not leave while we were there. Service for all 5001000. Overall not bad! The sea is super, the area is well maintained, the cuisine is varied, but spices are almost everywhere. Poor sound insulation... there is no promised children's table with soups, porridges, etc. Cleaning is not always high-quality and timely.

We had a rest from September 1 to September 13, 2021. Initially, they were placed in the Femeli room, where there was a strong smell of sewage, although they were quickly transferred to another room, where the air conditioners were buzzing strongly outside the window of the first room (probably from the kitchen), especially at night. But nothing else was offered. There are practically no Russian-speaking staff, as there were some problems, I had to use a translator on my smartphone. But the problems were solved. I really liked the beach, a lot of awnings and free sun beds, very good access to the sea, beautiful warm water. A beautiful alley on the embankment and a river with sea turtles. I didn't like that many people smoked both on the beach and by the pools. The food is usual for a hotel of this level - monotonous and very spicy. We can say that the price corresponds to the quality. The second time, most likely, I will not come to this hotel.
