This is the 3rd time I chose this hotel for a vacation. It's a great place, a small area, but very cozy. The hotel has been renovated: the rooms have been updated, the restaurant has been renovated, sun beds and umbrellas by the pool, as well as new ones on the beach, a beautiful rather large pool with a children's area, cool slides on the pool. The staff is very friendly, will help with any question, Russian-speaking (which is important). There is a hammam on site: I visited and was very satisfied (2 hours of complete relaxation, including a sauna, a hammam and an hour-long massage). A fine coffee is brewed in the paid bar. If you want to buy jackets, sheepskin coats, and generally some good things, they will comfortably take you to a large center, help you pick up, adjust to your size on the spot, and bargain sooo well. They will help you pay with a ruble card or arrange an installment plan) A wonderful person, Marina, will help you with this. A 20-30-minute walk from the hotel is the old town, where you will plunge into the European atmosphere: narrow and bright streets with charming low-rise buildings, and lots of boutiques and restaurants. An embankment with yachts, and of course ancient monuments, centuries-old history. All this is simply fascinating and cannot fail to delight the eye)))

I liked the hotel. The food is like the usual frugal five, delicious, no frills. The rooms are clean, we had cleaning every day or every other day. The animation is top-notch. From 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., this guy was constantly there. I'm not a big fan of the pool, but whenever we walked by or went out onto the balcony, he was always there. Contests, performances by additional animators, entertained as much as they could. I've never seen such animation in other five hotels. Those who like to move around the pool and in the evenings on the playground - this hotel is definitely for them. One disadvantage is that the sea is far away, but the bus runs from the hotel according to the schedule.

For me, this hotel turned out to be especially comfortable!
The atmosphere of absolute friendliness and warmth is located from the first minute.
Excellent service, excellent cuisine, decent bar,cleanliness and order on the territory, a good swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers.
There is a spa: hammam, sauna, massage.
There is interesting animation throughout the day: aqua aerobics, yoga, water slides, water polo, various contests and invited artists, incendiary parties and children's events - they are organized and conducted by the wonderful Maya and Ismail.
The excellent location of the hotel makes it possible to walk not only around the city, but also to walk to the Antique Side and the embankment, to the promenade, the city beach.
Near the hotel there are shops, Migros, pharmacies, a mosque, a market, various cafes, within walking distance of the Waikiki mall and much more.
There is a regular bus service to the beach of the hotel, the travel time is 6-8 minutes.
There are many sun beds on the beach, there are awnings.

The room (413) is comfortable, everything you need is there, beautiful and stylish interior, cleaning was daily. The territory is well maintained, large, lots of greenery. A large pool with slides, the depth varies. Excellent restaurant, the food is very tasty and plentiful. The staff is friendly and smiling, everyone speaks Russian. We had a rest in July 2024. I liked the hotel very much, the rooms are different (there are newer ones, there are worse ones), but everything works in the rooms. The sea is pleasant, the beach is sandy, the entrance is good. Animation is good, entertainment for children and adults. Original, fun. I really liked the food (fish, chicken, beef liver, grilled). And I would especially like to mention desserts (cakes, sheker pare, bahlava) fruits (grapes, cherries, watermelons, peaches, apricots, bananas, oranges). We had a rest with a friend from 25.09 to 4.10.24 at this hotel. The hotel is family-run, there are many people of age, there were Turks, Poles, Russians. The beach is great, the sea is gorgeous, the entrance to the sea is smooth, sand, there were always enough sun beds, although the beach is far from the hotel -there is a bus, there were no problems. I didn't like the wine very much, we took it a couple of times, the beer is excellent.A little boring animation, I would like something like a disco, at least for 1-1.5 hours, I think there would be a lot of people who would like to dance. Another disadvantage is that breakfast starts at 08:00, and the first bus to the beach at 08:30, because there are a lot of vacationers at the hotel, there was a long queue at the restaurant. We are in a period when Turks have a holiday. And as a result, the hotel was populated by 80% of Turks (mostly all the old ones). It was a quiet horror, there was a queue for food, they took all the food in plates. You're standing in line for the same tortillas, and the three of them are sorting them out, the THREE of THEM THE WHOLE TRAY. I was in shock. We also had windows facing the street bar, and they sat there until 1-2 nights. We tried to resolve this issue at the reception, but they shrugged their shoulders. The animator spoke only Turkish during this period and the whole program was for them (although I'm sure the Russians paid more for the rest here).
In general, I won't go on Turkish holidays anymore, because we didn't get a tour as cheap as others here.

We lived at the end of September, among the majority of Russians there were a few Poles and a couple of Germans. The menu is not very diverse, but we ate with appetite. The room was spacious for a family with two children, and there were two of us. The windows overlooked a side alley and the noise did not interfere. At the end of 12 days, of which 2 days were completely lost due to inconvenient flights, I got a little tired of going to the beach in a crowded bus. Those who did not arrive on the first flights might not have enough sun beds. And in the dining room, if you didn't sit touching your neighbor's elbows, sometimes you had to look for a place.
The embankment is not far away, but there are very steep stairs to climb and a passage among the hotels still needs to be found.
The evening bar should be made more comfortable - there are not enough tables in a huge room and it is uncomfortable.
The animator tried very hard, but he doesn't know Russian well. The contests were uncomplicated, but fun. The safe is funny, it can be brought in if desired, but it was not taken away. The wifi worked well and on the beach for sure.
I recommend the hotel to non-spoiled tourists.

Wonderful hotel 4. Small area, but very beautiful and cozy. A wonderful water park with slides and attractions for children, wonderful animators (Diana and a guy from Tunisia). The rooms are large and comfortable. Good bed linen and orthopedic mattresses. Cleaning and linen change daily (the cleaners are girls from Kyrgyzstan, speak Russian well) any wish is fulfilled instantly. We changed rooms twice without any problems (the first time the balcony overlooked the pool and it was noisy, and the second time there were problems in the bathroom). Our vacation was 14 days and we really liked everything. Alcohol until 22:00 then for a fee. The food is good (not like in the top five, but there is a choice, no one was hungry), a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits. Very close to the vegetable base and there we bought very cheap fruits (mashlelows, peaches, nectarines, oranges, tangerines, cherries, strawberries, grapes, pomegranates and a bunch of all kinds of exotics), everything is about 1.5 dollars per kg (if you leave the hotel and turn left, walk to the end of the street and turn left again, walk 200 meters, cross the road and here it is, a fruit paradise). The hotel is located almost in the city center, it takes 20-30 minutes to walk to everything mono. A bus with a wonderful driver takes you to the beach, a bus without windows, it's comfortable to drive, with a breeze (there is no dust in the Side from the word at all), it takes about 5-7 minutes to drive. The beach is equipped, sun beds with mats under awnings, the shore is sandy, clean, the entrance is gentle, the sea is clean.
Daily entertainment programs in the evenings, young people are taken by transfer at 23 o'clock, accompanied to a cool disco and returned to the hotel at 1-2 (but you can also walk, but then there is a paid entrance). I really liked Side itself, a city with a history. You can walk along the beach to the old ruins of the fort (we went there every other day, you can climb everywhere, take pictures; there are a lot of turtles, lizards), it's just interesting to walk around the city. I recommend visiting the ancient city of Side, everything is within walking distance. Be sure to take a walk to the Temple of Apollo and the Side port. The first night they settled in a basement room, economy room N351, a window into the corridor, everything is clean in the room, but it smells damp. The next day, at 12 o'clock, the room was changed to the main building (209 standard room) with a huge balcony and views of the pool and the entire hotel territory. I liked the room itself, cleaned and changed towels every day. There is liquid hand soap and shower gel in the stall. Refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, etc.

The sea is far away on foot, the bus delivers on time, there are a lot of people, parents with children and strollers, inflatable circles, etc. The coastal strip is good but not well-groomed, there is a dusty road with dusty vegetation to the beach of the HOTEL, there were always enough sun beds, there is a cooler with water and a vending machine with powdered juices, from which lips and tongue turned yellow
Animators work on the territory of the hotel, every day there is some kind of program: foam parties, miss hotel, water polo, etc.
There are huge queues for food in the restaurant, everything is delicious, there are fruits, sweets, pastries, red and white wine, beer, whiskey, etc. The bar closes at 22:00.
In the evening we walked on the Side embankment, it takes about 25 minutes to walk to it, everything is clean, well-groomed, full of shops, beautiful sunsets 🌅, if you walk to the end of the embankment (3-3.5 km), then there is an Old town, very beautiful, full of restaurants overlooking Sunset, shops, a marina with boats 🚢 even further away is an ancient city with ruins and columns, great places for photos.
In general, I liked the rest at the hotel, but I would like the beach to be nearby, in order to be independent of the bus, next time we will choose a hotel near the Side embankment.

To begin with, don't believe the positive reviews! Especially on travelogue. I had a rest all May, there were no such people who left reviews)))I'm talking about May 2025.
There is no animation at all, of course there is a rotten mini disco, children are very bored, and adults are bored, at 19 o'clock you can go to bed, not a hotel, but a pension for 60+ pensioners!
And yet, wi-fi is paid, even in the lobby, the day is 3 dollars.
The pros are clean and that's it.

We drove a little apprehensively, as there were many negative reviews and were pleasantly surprised when the hotel exceeded expectations.
We arrived at the hotel late at night, after a long flight we were very tired, we were invited to a restaurant and fed! This was already the beginning of a successful vacation)
Then we were settled into a wonderful room with an updated renovation (except for the bath). When they saw him, they exhaled a lot! The room was really nice and clean) Recommendation! Book a room not lower than the standard category
The food at the hotel is not very varied, but you will definitely not stay hungry. Every day they give fruits, baklava, everything is fine! The only thing is, often people line up for hot, but this is absurd) You can just go to a specific hot dish and apply it, you don't have to stand in a single queue)
There are slides on site that work by the hour. They are not for children, so it is interesting for adults to take a ride, the bar is open all day, children's and adult animation is held in the evening. Water polo and water aerobics in the afternoon. Every day, the animators organize trips to the club: they will take you there, dance, and take you back. They will always look after you and take care of your safety. We recommend visiting the Karma club!
There were no problems with the transfer to the sea, everything was on schedule. The only thing is, the bus is often full, but it takes only 7-10 minutes to drive.
We were very satisfied with the rest! The hotel is worth the money. So come and relax with pleasure!

I don't understand the rave reviews. The hotel is like a grandmother's cottage in 4 acres. There is no territory. Hundredth line to the sea. The food is very average. Atatürk Boulevard and Migros are nearby, and all the advantages are there. The cost is not small....

The hotel offered a room that did not match the one paid for. Overbooking. Upon arrival, a room was also offered with accommodation with an outsider couple. I'm not going to this hotel anymore. Biblio-Globus did not even attempt to resolve the issue, ignored the written complaint. I do not plan to interact with this tour operator when choosing the next tour.

Great place, great staff. The rooms were cleaned every day. There is a lot of food, different and for every taste. The animators are wonderful, they entertained us all the time. The beach is not bad, sandy, the sea is like a baby's tear. They left with sadness and longing. I definitely recommend it

The hotel is good. The food is really monotonous, but everything is fresh, there were no problems with the stomach.The hotel staff is top five, well done, especially the organization in the dining room. We got a slightly sloppy room with an old bathroom. But the water was always hot and cold. The air conditioner is weak. The animation is good and varied. I recommend the hotel for an inexpensive family vacation.

I had a rest from 15/10/23, in this wonderful place, the hotel is small, cozy, beautiful, lots of greenery, everything is neat, clean. Standard room( 103 ) 1st floor,there is a balcony,a view of the courtyard to the pool,the room is clean and bright,renovated. On the territory there are slides, a swimming pool, for adults and children.The food is delicious, the service is excellent, the guys are doing their best, they always smile, the friendly staff, you can immediately see that the right work of the employees is organized by the head.There is a hammam on the territory, massage is done,there are shops where they sell textiles,souvenirs, bags and much more, sellers speak Russian, which is very important, do not impose their goods, also if you need to get to a large store with furs and leather, charming Marina will help you with the trip, she helped me Bargain 😉Today I went to work in a new jacket, thanks Marina💐Omar and his son, a huge thank you from colleagues for souvenirs 🙂In general, I am happy with everything, and even the lack of animation did not upset me, I even found advantages in this - relaxation and the opportunity to sleep. 😍The weather pampered us, the warm sea caressed us, the sun was so soft and very gentle 🤗 We were taken to the beach by bus, thanks to our cheerful driver, always in a good mood, well done!The beach itself is sandy, the entrance to the sea is excellent even for children, there are sun beds, mattresses, umbrellas, everything for comfort and relaxation.
