We rested from January 2 to January 13. The hotel is located on line 2, there is a bus to the beach every 20 minutes.Large area with swimming pools, green,beautiful. I really liked the food. Everything is delicious and varied. We lived in building 6 - I do not recommend it. It is very noisy, in the evening the concert in Soho thunders until night, the planes are also very audible.

A great hotel, a good five. The guys are great, the animators and the dancers are great. Food, cleanliness, everything is fine. A little unlucky with the room, the switch did not work in the shower, well, I had to clean the drain myself)) a beautiful bay, there is something to see with a mask, although not a PDA in charm, but there the pier and piles are overgrown with corals and you can stick for a long time (I attached a few photos, everything was shot in the pyramid bay). I will be happy to recommend it to my friends. I recommend taking an electric car and riding along the beautiful embankment in the evenings. Well, or walk on foot, it's cool there, I even found a shop there where I can buy guava juice (on the embankment). In general, super!

I definitely recommend it. The hotel is just wonderful. Starting from the food, ending with excellent service. There are several swimming pools on the territory, a minibus to the sea every 15 minutes (so as not to bother and not go down by yourself), there is a fitness room. The necessary minimum is available. They entertain every day in different ways: the dancers come, then the singers. In general, the rest is wonderful in this place!)

A wonderful hotel!!! Very close to the airport, no need to travel for hours on the bus. Excellent rooms, top-level infrastructure, delicious food, very helpful staff! And being near the tourist area of Sokha is a wonderful bonus! The vacation turned out great!!!

At the moment 02.07.2024 we are vacationing at Sierra Resort 5*,in 2023 we also rested with my wife at this hotel, we liked it, decided to return with friends and were terribly sorry, it even became uncomfortable in front of friends!
Do not be fooled by the "Ultra all inclusive", it does not work in this hotel, you will not wait for imported alcohol and there are absolutely no additional options and differences from the "All Inclusive", except for a huge surcharge on the tour for this "Ultra" prefix.
If we compare 2 holidays with each other, then 2023 wins in all aspects!
1. The food in 2023 was better than it is now!
2. The attitude of the staff in 2023 was better than in 2024.
3. Animation at the time of rest in 2024, there is no word at all, no entertainment and variety.The only thing they have to offer is SOHO Street.
4. The staff brazenly asks for tips, this is just beyond arrogance!
Bathrobes, slippers, and a fruit plate were brought to our room with my wife the next day after check-in, but NOT to friends who have the same tour.
When the staff asked what the reason was, the answer was simple: They left a tip when cleaning, although they left the same as us!

We had a rest in Siera from August 1 to August 9. I really liked the hotel. Spacious room, cleaning every day. The biggest plus is the food. Grilled, seafood, fruits - everything is insanely delicious. You know how it happens - for breakfast you take a couple of buns or fruit to the beach to have a snack. They never took it, because they were always full. The beach is a 3-minute bus ride from the hotel. It runs according to the schedule. The beach and the reef are gorgeous, it's worth the trip.
The staff is excellent, everyone is very kind and helpful. Many tourists have heard that this is not the first time they come to Sierra. And this is a great sign of quality.
I will be glad to come back again!

We just arrived.The hotel was pleasantly SURPRISED,Clean,cozy, junior staff ,,plows,, around the clock!!A separate RAKHMET in the kitchen-EVERYTHING is delicious, meat is ALWAYS enough -even for us Kazakhs.Sweet Dessert is a separate song (delicious, not cloying, unlike Turkey)🔥🥰.The sea, its own Reef -awesome.
SOHO is a pearl, we walked every evening!!!I already RECOMMEND Sierra to all my friends.We used to be in Charm, but it's a little dirty.Therefore, there is something to compare it with.The only animation is tired, but it didn't spoil anything for us.

Rested November 2023, everything is super, food, sea, Broadway.... The food was better than in other hotels where we were. The room is good, it's clear that it's not new, but we don't pay attention to it, and the sea is just a fairy tale!!! Rest and staff relations depend on tips, we immediately distributed $ 5 in all bars, even in the main restaurant and did not bother all the rest, the table was always booked, drinks were carried, plates of fruit were delivered to the room, we really liked everything in April we are going there too.

On the beach there is a private area of the Sierra Hotel with its own bar and the opportunity to eat snacks - burgers, hot dogs, French fries, sun loungers, umbrellas and a bar for free. A sandy beach, the entrance to the sea is rocky / corral, in this regard, a convenient pantone has been built, after passing through which you swim immediately at depth. There is always a lifeguard on panton, who constantly monitors the situation, if necessary, will help and prompt. When diving into the water, you can observe the beautiful underwater world, numerous species of fish and beautiful coral reefs, the water in the sea is very warm and clean. As for the hotel itself, there are several swimming pools and one large one in the center, where the bar is located. There are buildings for vacationers' accommodation around the main building of the hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly, everyone is smiling and welcoming. We rested in July 2022, the daytime temperature is +38-42, while the climate is quite comfortable. As for the food, there is a buffet with a huge number of dishes, the waiters are sooo polite, for 2-3 days they will know your favorite drinks and bring them to your table. We had a rest in May 2023.
The Sierra Hotel, part of the Savoy-RoyalSavoy grid as a budget option of this grid, consists entirely of two-storey bungalows overlooking the pools and garden. The music is relatively loud only in the main pool, so if you are soaring, ask for a room with windows NOT facing the main pool upon check-in. A classroom building with the number Link 6 (all rooms overlook the quiet courtyard garden).
The composition of the tourists: 30% Italians, 30% Arabs, 30% Russians / Ukrainians / Kazakhs, 10% the rest.
Advantages of the hotel:
+ good varied food (up to real crabs, there were 2 times in eight days, all kinds of meat, liver). Fruits: watermelons, peaches, melons, tangerines, dates, bananas, grapes. Everything is delicious, mature. There were no strawberries at any time during our stay.
+ a lot of baking (those who like it - get high)
+ staff work (especially with tips from $ 1), there is a Guest Relations manager - they are constantly interested in whether everything is fine, requests are fulfilled
+ alcohol is local, but normal (no headache)
+ a cozy area that is well watched
+ several pools of different depths from 50 cm to 150 cm (disinfection every day!)
+ excellent equipped beach (in fact, Sierra shares the beach with its sister hotel Royal Savoy, whose guests paid 2 times more and the beach level should be appropriate. The sun beds at Sierra and Royal Savoy are 100% the same).
+ there are about a dozen cute cats on the territory of the hotel ))
+ access to the beautiful Soho square with shops (although some fakes are sold for brands with an unreasonable price - a fake T-shirt for a well-known brand of 40-45 dollars! 3,600 rubles for a fake T-shirt?!), various shapes, night lighting, fountains, bars, hookahs, etc. In general, hanging out after dinner will do.

+ no mosquitoes (there are electric fumigators)
+ comfortable beds, snow-white linen
Cons of the hotel:
- the main disadvantage is the old room stock (not all sockets work, the shower cabin leaks, the tiles on the floor are "buggy", the furniture is old, the air conditioner cools, but we did not have a direct freezer as we would like, although it was serviceable)
- the second line is from the beach, but there is an open bus every 20 minutes, you can walk in 5-7 minutes (you walk through the territory of the Savoy hotel, which is just on the first line). In fact, this is not a minus, so it doesn't bother you much to walk around a beautiful place a little bit. If you want the beach closer, overpay for the Savoy.
- there is no animation in the evenings (the level of student amateur activity), I recorded it in the negative with the expectation of those who like high-quality hotel evening shows.
- dear "water sport": flying over the sea with a parachute is 60 bucks for two, and if the third one just wants to be present on the boat that pulls the parachute to take a photo, he will charge another 10 bucks! About the cost of excursions below.
But in general, it is clear that the hotel is in demand: there are a lot of people, but there is enough for everyone. The level of vacationers is not VIP, without show-offs, ordinary average people, closer to the European working class. This is for "dear Russians", this hotel on a package tour with a flight from Moscow (by the way, it takes over 6 hours to fly, and the Rossiya airline was not even fed, there was only water, coffee and tea) began to cost like Rixos in the past.
Verdict: in all critical aspects (food, beach, location, territory, staff), the hotel is appropriate, you can safely go. If animation is not needed and old furniture is not floating (the rooms themselves are clean, they have been redecorated).
According to prices for excursions and shops, Egypt is inadequately more expensive than Turkey by 2 times, the Egyptians turned the wrong way somewhere... I think it was the last trip to Egypt, before that, too. Over the years, excursions and their level have not changed, and the price has increased disproportionately to the pleasure of them. There's nothing else to do here.
P.S. About the excursions. We did not cut it, we took it from our guide at the hotel for the price "as is". We took an excursion * Boat trip* ($40 per person is expensive! In Turkey, the equivalent costs 25). The tour is interesting from the point of view of staying at sea, fins, masks and lunch are included, 3 stops at the reefs. A significant disadvantage is that a lot of boats with vacationers from other hotels, including your boat, stand side by side on the reef in one line, and a lot of people are floundering in one place! The confusion is complete, the water is muddy, the fish are shitting, there are a lot of them, it's uncomfortable to swim in such a crowd. It is better to take the same sea, but more expensive VIP Elite trip, or there is also a stylized Pirate yacht (something like that) - I noticed that these ships went to sea separately from ours, and they did not stand with us in a pile on the reefs.
P.S. Please note that there is a review of a certain "Catherine the Great". This is a fake, the photo is not of the Sierra hotel at all, she was riding on some kind of electric cars along some kind of embankment... there is no such thing there.

This hotel tears my heart out, we rested for 21 days this year🔥We always fly with the family, either I'm always lucky, or I'm always on a positive note, but we always get a room upgrade.
The management always listens to the requests of the guest and tries to resolve issues immediately.

We have been vacationing since October 20th. The hotel is very good. Cozy, lots of pools, bars. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All requests were resolved in 10 to 15 minutes, which is very rare for Egyptians. The rooms are small. In the bathroom, there is simply no way to get into the shower cabin because the cabin door opens inward, and there are no shelves for clothes and linen in the room at all. Even in the bedside table there is no shelf. Well, perhaps that's all the inconveniences we've encountered. The bus takes you to the sea every 20 minutes, the pontoon is covered with comfortable wooden shields, the sea is wonderful, the coral is not bad, the service on the beach, animation- everything is very decent and not intrusive. The food is not bad, although earlier in Savoy there were always fresh mango and strawberry juices for breakfast..... We recommend it to everyone. The hotel is very good.

1. Be prepared that after your paid stay at the hotels is over, you will hand over the key to the room - your bracelets will be cut off. And you won't be able to eat anymore!
In the restaurant, the managers stand like Cerberus and look at everyone's bracelets!
2. You can extend the room at an exorbitant price, I have never seen this anywhere.
from 12-15:00 - $ 20, until 18:00 - $ 35 - without dinner, dinner is not included, so if you have a night flight, then alas, you will remain hungry.
It cannot be extended until 21:00.
They also refused to provide a lunch box, referring to the fact that I would not have paid for it, and I was with a two-year-old child!
(Although we checked in with a big delay, we have to 12.01 in the afternoon, we checked in on 13.01 at 00:30)
3. The bed was made dirty for me, I was shocked (when changing the linen)
4. The playground leaves much to be desired, it is not suitable for small children at all, a swing without backs. There is no sandbox.
5. There were very few toys in the children's club, I came with a child, it was enough for 15 minutes, then there was nothing to just do there. We didn't go any more.
6. Children's animation is the same in the evening.
7. There are no water slides, too, a big minus, if I hadn't brought children's water toys with me, it turns out that there would simply be nothing to occupy the child there.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of December 2023. The end of the season, calmly. The food is monotonous for breakfast, lunch and dinner. No one was left hungry. There were no shrimps even once. There are few fruits. They gave us strawberries for breakfast once, but we didn't have time. You can walk downhill to the sea normally. Back to the tuk tuk according to the schedule. The heated pool is very useful. The pool bar is also a plus for me. Alcohol is normal, except beer - it seemed to us diluted. Very clean and all the staff are friendly! It's nice. We walked on Soho Street, our own free bar, this is a plus! The street is not big but beautiful. A tent, a stage, invited and local artists.
One minus for me is panton at sea. Flimsy, swinging. It is not convenient to walk.

The main indicator of a good hotel is a few Russians ((25% or less)- the rest are foreigners.
Everything is at a high level! Cool Mina employee, works at the bar. Also go to the spa, for a massage, I highly recommend it. There's a cool guy there too - Badr - speaks perfect Russian.

A gorgeous hotel. For me, the perfect combination of price and quality. It wasn't the first time I was in it. And I don't want to experiment in search of other hotels on this coast. Surely there is a better one. But if I come to Sierra or Savoy, I know what to expect.
The staff is polite and helpful. They work ALL THE TIME!!
The kitchen is a separate episode. Chicken, beef, kebab, grilled, fish... sometimes the sea is food. Pastries, desserts and fruits are generally amazing. Cottage cheese, cheeses, greens... - Please!!! I saw some comments from people who were not very happy with the kitchen!! I do not know how and what they eat at home and what they expected, but for me the cuisine and its variety are impeccable!! The hotel is family run, but I flew alone this time. However, I understand how delighted my children would be with breakfasts, lunches and dinners !!
Cleanliness and lots of greenery everywhere. There are several pools, but I haven't swum in them. The sea is more relevant to me!!
Very advantageous location of the beach. But there is one "but". Of course, it is more convenient and more comfortable for children to swim on the shore itself. Here the coast begins with coral reefs that you can't walk on!!! You need to walk along the pontoon to the depth and swim there. And there's nothing to do without a swimming mask. Such beauties are opening up !! A huge variety of flora and fauna!!

We stayed at this hotel in early August. This is our first trip to Egypt. The territory is large and logically clear. There are many different pools with bars and both strictly for adults and children. A very cool and modern gym. A very large and spacious restaurant: the appliances are only in sealed envelopes, all the staff of the San epid service check, the food is very tasty, adapted to European, there were no problems with the intestines!, very polite and friendly staff as well as throughout the hotel. The hotel is not on the first line, but this is not a problem - you can walk for 10 minutes or take a comfortable bus that runs every 15-20 minutes. There were always empty seats on the beach, friendly staff, sooooo clean, well, just a very clean toilet (not sarcasm). And of course the SEA is beautiful and magnificent. There are several pools, and a "water" bar. The pools themselves are shallow, 140 cm deep. The rooms are quite small, but the beds are very comfortable :) You can enter the sea (jump) only from the pier. There are a lot of beautiful fish in the sea! But we also saw sea urchins and winglets. (right by the pier) There is also a bar on the beach where you can order drinks or food. You can also ride a cheesecake or a banana, as well as dive. The beach is pretty clean, but still there are cigar butts and other debris in some places.

The kitchen is very meager and always very monotonous, in addition, it is also not tasty, you hardly find anything to eat, not for pleasure, but just to eat. Alcohol is traditionally "non-alcoholic" from plastic bottles, traditionally for these places, of poor quality, the only thing that caused pleasant emotions is wine, which is white and which is red tasty enough. The bar itself is the only one who pleased, the positive staff, always with a smile. The restaurant on the beach is like being in the 80th year in the gastronomy of the USSR, there is even less choice of alcohol. Lunch is prepared on the beach in the form of burgers and fries, if it is impossible to spoil the fries, then looking at the burger you want to cry!) The beach itself is nice, well-groomed, the only thing is far from the hotel, but every 20 minutes there is a shuttle service, well, for those who like to walk like us, that's the thing. The sea is beautiful, but this is definitely not the merit of this hotel!) And it all crowns the day of departure, departure late in the evening, at the reception they say take off your bracelets at 12:00 and then everything is paid for you, food, bar and everything else!) We have visited many countries, but this is the first time we have met such an attitude and it is certainly disgusting. I didn't get tired of it at all in a week. Everything is so beautiful around! There is also a huge tent where shows are held until 1 a.m. in my opinion. It's like I've been to a cabaret! There is also a bar. Right next to the tent, it's called Soho bar)) (no wine only: (went to the lobby for it) do everything else)) cocktails, beer and so on. The room was given a cool one. The room has everything. Slippers and bathrobes were brought. There was a ground floor ) there was an exit to the saltwater pool ) But I didn't swim. It was not heated)) The territory is beautiful, heated pools. There is a cafe where the pool menu orders (we took pizza and salads super) for free. We went to Hakuna matata. Only the soup is delicious)) I do not recommend it (Ala Kar). There is a free bus to the Old Town in the evening. Ohhh, that was great! We walked for a very long time)). And he took it back. First time in this hotel. There is always an experience, will you like it here?
And so, right from the doorstep you are greeted as a friend! We were treated to drinks from the road, a trifle, but it's nice!. And such an appeal throughout the rest: they will always ask how are you? What do you like? Are there any problems? Everyone is friendly, smiling, for real, without pretense. It's captivating!

IT's VERY nice to have such an attitude, the feeling that you were just waiting for :)

We rested at the end of March at the hotel, my husband and I really liked everything, upon arrival we were immediately presented with 2 tickets to the hammam and Jacuzzi, 2 tickets to bowling, although the water did not quite warm up at sea, we swam more in the pool. The food is varied and very tasty, everything is in the room. I will advise all my friends to the Sierra hotel, the rest here is just wonderful, near the square where music and a singing fountain and shopping malls are playing, I bought Arabic perfumes as a gift to my family, The service is at a high level, the guys at the reception are literate, special thanks to a guy named Army, he quickly solved my questions, special thanks to the guy who cleaned our room, I don't know the name, we lived in room 4501, I want to come back again in the fall✈️

It was my first time in Egypt. The hotel is 5 stars and it fully justifies them. A great room where everything works (light, water, TV, refrigerator, air conditioner). The staff is neat and allegorically polite! The buffet is super! Towels and bars on the beach by the sea, as well as by the pools, work without reproach. I recommend it to everyone!!!
