Review dated 07/10/2023 . Please read it to everyone!!! I've been smoking e-mails since about 2015 (in general, I've seen a lot), but I haven't seen such a terrible "stall" for a long time!
1) The prices are too bad ( for the entire range at least 25% )
2) The sales consultant ( a tall girl) is so annoying that she is ready to sit on her neck . He's always trying to snort a second cartridge or liquid. Girlfriend, if I need 2 katridges, I'll tell you!
3) Do not provide a wide range of products. They gave me 3 jars to smell and that 's it . I said I didn't like these and they say I want to try more, to which the answer followed: so we have a lot of them . And what is that a lot ? I DIDN'T LIKE THE PREVIOUS ONES, I want to choose what I like!
4) Next to the sales consultant ( once upon a time is not necessary) some woman is sitting ( maybe the owner , maybe the point manager ) , always telling the seller how to cheat the customer better !
In general, summing up my advice to you: there are MANY points in Minsk where you can save money, get a satisfactory attitude to the customer and leave the store in a good mood. I 'm from Serebryanka myself , but I 'm not going there anymore ! I'd rather spend +25 minutes on the road and visit another store.
