I booked a room a week in advance. The receptionist asked to call back and confirm the reservation 1 day in advance. During the second call, I found out that I would need to call again in the morning, on the day of check-in, to find out if there are numbers. The reservation is in armor, but if someone checks in earlier, and for a few days (and I for 1 day), then we will check him in!!! And they themselves offered to look for rooms in other hotels.
I will never turn to them again and I do not advise others!
