About two years ago, we purchased vinyl flooring from Moduleo for the entire apartment (70 square meters). And from that time on, my suffering began. The product turned out to be of poor quality, which was revealed after laying the entire floor covering (the end locks do not close), which leads to their scuffing and wear during operation. We repeatedly contacted the seller, but there were no solutions other than to give a discount on the purchase of a new product (I would like to note that after analyzing the flooring market at that time, the discount was also offered by stores of other chains for this type of product). I was VERY dissatisfied with the QUALITY of the product and the attitude of the store management and representatives of Moduleo. I bought a Qickstep laminate about 6 years ago and then regularly got it for redevelopment, where they did not immediately put it (under the wardrobe, etc.). Very hardy laminate came out when used in hellish conditions with an incredible amount of animals, water and load. We helped to choose a laminate for repair compatible with old collections. Good day. We read the reviews and decided to buy laminate flooring in this store . We bought laminate flooring in this network. We were very disappointed , we bought a 33-class laminate , it holds moisture poorly , although Alina assured us that the laminate holds moisture for 48 hours , it is very durable . We didn't even have time to move, we were transporting furniture on wheels, the whole floor was scratched. In one place in the center of the kitchen, laminate flooring has swollen . The ends of the laminate stick out . The complaint department arrived and began to convince us that the MOST PERFECT screed was needed for the laminate . This is the first time we 've seen this . Laminate flooring was of much worse quality on uneven floors, and nothing had ever happened to it cheaper in price , but here it deteriorated in 2 weeks , we did not even have time to live in the apartment . We are afraid to imagine what will happen when we start living fully in the apartment . After communicating with the Complaint Department , we were convinced that Alina had to tell us a lot , which she did not do .
Disappointed. We 'll have to change everything in a year .

A strong floor , they have their own production of parquet boards , the quality of the oil coating is very low quality , after 5 months of careful operation , the floor is covered with stains . When buying the board, the manager did not tell us anything about the quality of the oil, of course you need to sell it). So do not buy a parquet board in a STRONG FLOOR!
