Terrible hotel. Dirty floor in the hair and dirt in the corners. Broken furniture, mold everywhere, a sucked toilet, torn bed linen in her hair. There are traces of cigarette extinguishing on the furniture, ashes. A terrible smell of dampness and mustiness. When filing a complaint about all of the above, the receptionist began to pretend that she did not understand any languages even through a translator and refused to refund the money. The rest is ruined.
