My daughter (5 years old) refused to go anywhere for a long time (including gymnastics) until they got into the Sylph. Now the question of whether you want to go to class or not is not even worth it. The child's eyes are burning, he runs to classes in hail and rain, tasks are performed at home without reminding his mother, and the coach accidentally tries to bring a bouquet of flowers or beautiful leaves picked on the way. Today our coach Elizaveta Petrovna won the hearts of our daughters with a non-standard approach and as a result: no one is crying in class! And it's worth a lot!
The coach constantly maintains feedback with his mother: what to pay attention to, what to work on.
My Alesya stands out noticeably among the girls in the kindergarten group with her beautiful posture, the ability to present herself beautifully and all thanks to classes at Sylphide.

We went to this gymnastics this year and "Oh my God" did not lose. My daughter walks with great pleasure, asks every day when she goes to gymnastics. The most important thing is that the training takes place in a light form, no one forcibly stretches the child or forces him. And a variety of themed workouts for the holidays further increase interest in training. It's been a little less than two months and I see the development shifts in my daughter, and she still goes to training the same way as on the first day with burning eyes. Many thanks to our coach, Elizaveta Petrovna, for such a professional approach to the pupils and the capital investment of her work in my daughter.
