We had a rest in Silichi on 23-25.12.24. We arrived at 11:00 and were immediately settled (weekdays, sparsely populated). The room is beautiful, comfortable and well-cleaned. In general, the hotel has a modern renovation, cozy and clean. We ate at the restaurant next to the hotel, the menu is interesting, but some dishes are for an amateur, the interior is very good, it is clear that everything is new, the staff is friendly. Breakfast was included in the room rate: a choice of porridge, omelette, pancakes, casserole, more cheese + butter sandwiches, tea/ coffee drink - for breakfast, I think it is quite enough and delicious. In the evening we visited the aqua zone, and thanks a lot for it, great baths, a hammam, a Jacuzzi bowl and a swimming pool. Everything is clean, beautiful, and very pleasant. We were skiing and snowboarding for the first time, so we hired instructors. Thanks to the guys, in less than an hour they taught the basics, gave introductory information, patiently repeated, explained. There were no queues at the equipment delivery-weekdays were lucky, the staff was just as responsive, prompt, smiling. In short, we had a pleasant stay, for which we thank your entire team, well done. We'll do it again sometime.
Beautiful picturesque place, very helpful, courteous staff. A lovely room with all the amenities. Quick problem solving and answers to questions. A wonderful SPA area with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, an experience shower and a Kneipp path)))
Everything is great at this resort!!!
But I was a little upset by the breakfast, not a buffet, but three monotonous dishes to choose from every day...either porridge, or omelet, or casserole. And so it was for 7 days (Tea or coffee and that's it. The rest is paid.
They forgot toothbrushes and toothpaste, and that's all you can buy for money.
These little things did not spoil our vacation and the overall impression, but we paid attention to it.
We are already used to the service and level))))
A great place for downhill skiers. We lived in a two-story room, comfortable with its own access to the street, not far from the ski lift, there is a place to store your equipment. You can have a good rest and go skiing, there is a restaurant, a spa, an indoor skating rink, a tubing slide nearby. The slopes are well prepared, although the length is not great)) a comfortable chairlift, there is a rental of ski equipment and cheesecakes. The prices are affordable. We were at the beginning of March, there were practically no queues.
