I am very pleased with the clinic's branch at 9 Uznadze St. in Tbilisi. My wife went to the doctors there twice. Gynecologist Elena Chania was very helpful in solving the issue. Anastasia Zhuravleva, a urologist, is a wonderful specialist. Everyone at the reception speaks Russian, and the girls are very nice. After the appointment, the doctors are in touch via whatsapp for any questions and there is no need for repeat visits. A doctor's appointment costs GEL 125. Ultrasound prices vary by direction. The queue can wait for 1 day maximum. A very good, decent clinic. Thanks to all the staff.

I do not recommend this clinic. They will assign you a bunch of examinations, but they will not give you a transcript and a complete conclusion on them. Each appointment with the same doctor is paid separately. That is, if you need to visit a cardiologist (or any other doctor) twice during the week, for example, to get information on the examination that he appointed, then you pay the full cost of the appointment each time, even if the first appointment lasted 5 minutes and was two days ago. I conclude that examinations are prescribed not for the patient, but to receive his money. I recommend other, more loyal clinics to visit

We were with the child at Silk Medical at the pediatrician Anastasia Perminova. I really liked the doctor! She treated the child carefully, conducted a thorough examination, and prescribed competent treatment. Anastasia is a wonderful doctor who aims to cure, help, she feels responsible for the patient, and this is really a rarity! He does not prescribe unnecessary tests and medications. She was treated 2 times, the last time was acute otitis media, we quickly coped and recovered. I recommend Dr. Perminov! Thank her very much!

I was with two-month-old twins at an ophthalmologist's appointment. Just a planned checkup by age. It lasted for both kids for 5 minutes. One of the appointments is to rinse the eye with chamomile tea. The doctor spoke Russian poorly, barely found the words (there are no questions about this, but the clinic positions itself as a clinic for Russian-speaking expats). And the cherry on the cake was 360 GEL paid for these 5 minutes! It's tinny. They shone a flashlight and that was it. Several times at the reception I asked if they were sure that this was a reasonable payment. No one offered a discount. I could have carried out such an inspection at home and I would have appointed chamomile myself too

We contacted Silk Medical for an emergency, relying on positive reviews on the Internet, and we were not mistaken. We had an appointment with a therapist on the same day. Dr. Nikita Vizzhachy listened very kindly and attentively to the patient, conducted an examination, gave an understandable comment about her condition and recommendations on what to do next. After moving to Georgia, after some time, severe allergies began during flowering in spring. I decided to go to this clinic because my friends recommended the therapist Alexander Nazarchuk. He really helped me a lot. No more itchy eyes, no asthma attacks, and you don't have to be afraid to go outside during the flowering season.

I ended up in intensive care. On March 4, 2024 , I had an ultrasound of the veins in my legs . The reception lasted 2 hours and cost 180 GEL. After the ultrasound, he said that everything was fine with my veins and I didn't need to go anywhere else and examine anything. I did not print the conclusion, because there was no printer in the office. He didn't prescribe any medications for me.
A day later, a blood clot broke off from my leg and entered my lungs. I ended up in intensive care. Thank God she's alive.
They did an ultrasound at the hospital and my whole leg is covered in blood clots, hip and shin.
When the "doctor" from this clinic found out that I was in the hospital, he called me supposedly to find out how I was and what happened. But in fact, he found out my diagnosis and forged an ultrasound report. He allegedly discovered a thrombosis and prescribed treatment for me. But that's a lie. He didn't see that my leg was covered in blood clots and that my life was in danger.
The management of the clinic did not take any measures. I do not recommend anyone to do an ultrasound in this place.
