Great hotel. Polite staff. The breakfasts are great. The swimming pool, sauna, hammam, gym are all at the highest level.

A large beautiful hotel with a high level of service. The view from above is especially pleasant and inspiring. There is a panorama of the entire city of Samarkand and the rowing canal. A very beautiful place!

Not enough staff for such a big hotel. The architecture is not bad, there is not enough explication of the premises for general acquaintance. In general, the impressions are not bad, but it does not reach 5 stars, you need to raise the qualifications of the staff and improve the functionality of the reception desk in particular.

Excellent SPA complex: swimming pool 15-20 meters, Jacuzzi area. Sauna and hammam in the changing rooms (separately in the men's, separately in the women's). A bathrobe, slippers, and towel are provided. Locker room with lockers on electronic bracelets. One day there were not enough lockers for everyone, we had to undress together in one locker.

I sat down after a long trip to the toilet, but the toilet seat is warm and blows everywhere. That's the beauty of it. I don't even want to get up. And so it is in every room)
