An excellent hotel, located right in the city center, near Amir Timur Park and the pedestrian zone. Everything is within walking distance, we walked and enjoyed the views of the city.
They do not move in earlier than it is written in the rules. I mean, it's free, you need to get used to it, it's the way it's done in Uzbekistan. There was no desire to pay a third of the room rate for early check-in, so we went for a walk.
The corridors of the hotel are like a small museum. Antique utensils are collected on one floor, there is even a cart. On the other, there are mannequins in national costumes.
The staff is friendly and helpful. On December 31, they helped us find a herring under a fur coat for the New Year's table, called and agreed. Every evening they brought a couple of glasses of wine, as they have established.
The rooms are great, we took a suite, the three of us lived with our daughter. The room is spacious, cozy, and bright. There was enough space and even a New Year's table was set in the room.
The breakfasts are good, the selection is large, there are many different sweets, nuts, dried fruits. I really liked the local sweet pomegranates. December - there are not many fresh fruits.
The experience of the stay is the best. Thanks!

The hotel is simply amazing in every way: good location, authentic atmosphere, great breakfasts - for every taste and appetite. The rooms are all new, comfortable and cozy, and each room is dedicated to a historical character. There are no problems with hot water in the hotel, in Bukhara, for example, we encountered this. And of course, these are the hotel staff, they deserve the highest praise, they are ready to help in solving any issue, they will not forget about the compliment from the hotel: they will treat you with wine and fruits. The hotel has a cozy veranda, you can spend a pleasant evening. We were satisfied and glad that we made the right choice. We will come to the fruit market in the fall and we will definitely stay here.

A new beautiful small, cozy historical boutique hotel. They are greeted with a mini-tour and wine as a compliment. They see us off like family, well, in general, special thanks to all the guys for their care, our flight was delayed for a long time and we felt like guests despite the fact that the rooms had been vacated for a long time. The hotel itself is a work of art. Perhaps the only thing to note is the windows to the courtyard, and there are some very fast-moving farm yards, the windows should not be opened, spoiling the impression. Excellent boutique hotel close to the center. Everything is new and beautiful. Attentive, helpful staff. Good breakfasts. Spacious, elegant rooms. High ceilings. Each room is named after a historical celebrity.
A decent price/quality combination.
It should be understood that there is no view from most rooms. Some rooms overlook a beautiful foyer. It didn't bother us.

The best hotel where we stayed in Samarkand for 5 days. We regretted a little later that we did not take this hotel for the whole time 🙂
The hotel itself is new, everything is clean and fresh. There are carpets on the floors, even in the corridors. They greeted us very cordially, treated us to wine, raised the room level, gave us a parting souvenir and paid for a taxi to the airport. Fabulous hospitality 🙂 the rooms are large, the bed is comfortable and the pillows are also important. The breakfast is very good and rich. Porridges, sausages, cheeses, sausages, pastries. We had fried eggs in two minutes. The coffee is very tasty. A rich selection of sweets, nuts, snacks. We were very pleased. 🙂
If we manage to go to Uzbekistan again, we will try to settle here

We were at the hotel with a friend from Korea and her man from Colombia.
It was nice that the staff speaks excellent English, gave us a tour of the hotel, and warmly welcomed us.
They told us about the rooms we will live in, they are themed there. Of course, I wanted to live in Roxana's apartment, but they were occupied, they settled in Maniax, upgraded the room class for free.
The hotel has an excellent location, Registan is a 25-minute walk away, and after the evening show I was waiting for another surprise from the hotel. They brought me sweet strawberries and wine.
Maybe it's because we're in high season, or they treat everyone like this in May.
In the morning they offered a transfer to the train, but we already had everything booked. And the cherry on the cake was national dishes with beautiful paintings in the form of Registan.
It was a pleasure. Thanks a lot, guys.
It feels like you're putting your heart and soul into making your visitors happy.

P.S. The only point is that you can slightly reduce the intensity of oriental aromatization.

Silk Road Empire is the best hotel in Samarkand!
This is beauty and care from the very first minutes of your stay. A family business in the best sense. When service for a team is not just a job, but an attitude towards guests!
The interior is as beautiful as in a palace, with the concept of the Silk Road. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail - mattresses of different stiffness levels, to choose from. Aroma climate. All these nuances create a wonderful space where you want to return after busy tourist days :)
The location is very convenient, we quickly got to the main attractions of Samarkand.
The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. We were captivated by the veranda of the restaurant on the top floor, where we had breakfast and dinner.
The hotel team is super! I have never met such an attitude towards guests, They help with every request, make pleasant surprises and compliments. You have become a significant part of our stay in Samarkand! We wish you prosperity

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Very friendly staff. The hotel is nice. There are many authentic finds. The breakfast is varied. I'm a moody eater, but I've found many ways to satisfy my whims. I can't say anything about the location - there was a transfer. Everything is gorgeous. The hotel is a museum. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need: kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer, dishes. There is a restaurant on the third floor, Turkish and European cuisine. Breakfast is included- buffet. The staff is Russian-speaking, very polite, and executive. One of the disadvantages is the view from the window. Some rooms overlook the inner corridor.

The historical concept of the hotel, its design, location, delicious breakfasts and a beautiful terrace make the hotel an ideal place to relax in Samarkand.
But the most important thing is the atmosphere of real Oriental hospitality, which you immerse yourself in thanks to the sincere care of the staff.
Transfer arrangements, location recommendations, assistance with minor issues and various compliments from the hotel are just a small fraction of what they do. Globally, they are involved in shaping the image of Uzbekistan and, in my opinion, they are doing an excellent job with this mission. We had a rest in Uzbekistan for the May holidays.

A wonderful hotel!
We stayed in Tashkent 5*, in Bukhara 5*, but this hotel is the best! Wonderful staff! They are very attentive and caring! And what kind of soft carpets are there? That's something. The hotel is like a museum. They complimented us on March 8 with a bottle of Samarkand wine and fruit. We ordered a taxi there and back at our own expense. It was very pleasant. The rooms are spacious. Terrace. I recommend.

We spent three days at this hotel, including New Year's Eve, and it was amazing! In honor of the New Year, the hotel presented us with a bottle of champagne, which made the holiday even more memorable. A transfer to the train station was also arranged, which turned out to be very convenient.
The hotel itself is new and incredibly beautiful, with a good location, as well as a unique feature – the presence of its own museum. It added a special flavor to our stay.
The breakfasts at the hotel were excellent – hearty and cooked heartily, which created a warm and cozy atmosphere in the morning.
We were absolutely delighted with our stay and will be happy to come back here again!

Overall, everything is great! Beautiful, comfortable, and sincere! The staff is very attentive, the interior is original and colorful. The location is convenient.
There are no disadvantages, only wishes to get better (as I already mentioned at the reception).
It would not be superfluous to have a coat hanger at the entrance, there is a place for this (so as not to hang jackets in the closet on hangers).
Russians are still used to eating pancakes and cheesecakes hot, cold, well, it doesn't fit at all (but this is the problem of all Uzbek hotels, we were in 4, and cold dishes are everywhere)
It was very nice that the hotel gives guests a plate as a keepsake, but it is better, of course, to provide another souvenir, not so voluminous and fragile. After all, tourists then travel by plane trains around the country and beyond, it seems to be a good thing, but it causes discomfort)
In general, thank you very much, the memories are the most pleasant!

We really liked the hotel. Pleasant and polite guys meet, they will always help, upon arrival they conducted a tour of their mini museum (beautiful photos turn out), treated them to a glass of wine and fruit (a trifle, but nice). The rooms are clean and fresh. The room has super beds, a kettle, glasses, tea and coffee, daily replenishment, as well as water. By the way, water is everywhere - you can always take it, which is important in the heat. Daily maintenance. The bathroom has modern equipment, there are all the necessary bathroom accessories, even shaving ones, which I met for the first time all the time. A very decent breakfast buffet: porridge of 3 types, while delicious, pancakes of 4 types, boiled egg and scrambled eggs, sausage and cheese cuts, sausages (delicious), dried fruits, fresh fruits and vegetables, dry breakfast, nutella, yogurt, oriental sweets, tea bags of a bunch of types, but you can brew and I put the coffee in the kettle myself, my girls liked it. Cute girls will make coffee and bring it, help you figure it out. It is very convenient and mentally possible to have breakfast, relax, chat. There is a cool terrace where in the evenings we sat, talked, took tea from the room, oriental sweets, this is all that adds to the vacation of super impressions. In general, it is not far from the railway station and tourist spots. The guys will always tell you where you can go for a walk and have a delicious meal in the evening, while not super expensive, but you need to book places in the restaurant in advance. It was very nice that when we were evicted, they did not immediately forget about us))), but left our things at the reception, after the tour they gave us a rest, took water to the toilet, and the cherry on the cake ordered a transfer at the expense of the hotel to the train station. My wife and I stayed at this hotel in August 2024 for three nights. We were very satisfied. The staff is very polite and helpful. A transfer from/to the airport was arranged upon request (it was free to return). The room is very clean, new, cleaning every day. The breakfasts are hearty and varied. The staff will always help, prompt, and organize upon request. It was always a pleasure to return from excursions to the hotel - pleasant coolness and super aromatization of the air) Very comfortable bed and mattress. The location of the hotel is good, all the sights are within walking distance and most importantly, the very delicious Samarkand restaurant (portions / price and quality) were very pleasing (there were also Emirates in the restaurant - portions are less / the price is 1.5-2 times higher and I would not say that it tastes better, you pay for the view and the roof veranda). I sincerely recommend this hotel. You will definitely be satisfied!

We recently stayed at the Silk Road Empire Hotel in Samarkand, and our stay exceeded all expectations! The hotel is brand new and it is immediately noticeable: the rooms are modern, stylish and very comfortable. The breakfasts here are simply great – a wide selection of dishes for every taste, ranging from fresh fruits to hot dishes.
We were especially pleasantly surprised by the evening surprises – a choice of red or white wine. And upon departure, the hotel gave us small but very pleasant keepsake gifts. I would also like to mention the free return transfer that the hotel organized for us – it really takes care of the guests at the highest level.
We recommend Silk Road Empire to anyone who is planning a trip to Samarkand. Here you will find not only comfort and coziness, but also real hospitality!

We stayed at the Silk Road Empire Hotel in April 2024. We chose the hotel based on reviews on the Booking website and did not regret our choice at all. Excellent rooms with everything you need, new furniture, very comfortable mattresses. The plumbing is new, the water pressure is excellent, no foreign odors. Delicious and varied breakfasts in the restaurant, excellent morning coffee. I would like to note the cordiality, responsiveness and hospitality of the entire hotel staff, as well as such pleasant things as a glass of excellent local wine as an evening compliment, a souvenir and a free transfer to the airport.

Samarkand is a beautiful city, but the hotel or rather the Silk Road Empire hotel-museum is something!
I tell you in order:
The check-in took place in the lobby of the hotel and we were personally handed the keys to the famous apartments, we got the presidential one for our family of three!
Very beautiful and equipped (photo attached)
The room has everything: bathrobes, slippers, shower products, a towel, everything is clean and new.
Breakfast is just great!!!
There is a coffee machine, coffee lovers will understand, there are so many types of tea for any gourmet, you can order an omelet, cook a lot of delicious, sweet and fruits.
For two nights we received a compliment from the hotel, fruit and a glass of wine.
The hotel is like a museum , I want to take pictures of everything!
One thing is, there is only Wi-Fi Internet, weak, we need to work on it, but for me it's not scary, we had a local SIM card!
Therefore, thanks for our stay at this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was very cool!

A great hotel almost in the center of the city.Excellent service, good-natured and helpful staff.
The breakfasts are very tasty (homemade cheesecakes and pancakes especially).
Nice new rooms, cool mattresses. Every evening when visiting the restaurant on the terrace, there was a compliment of fresh fruits!
Perhaps for someone it will be a minus that there was no window in the room, they slept with a working air conditioner, but it did not bother us, we did not come to sleep, but to walk around beautiful, bright and hot Samarkand!
