Excellent hotel and service. The staff is very attentive and always ready to help. Breakfast can be slightly improved. The hotel has its own garden. I recommend.

The service is at the highest level! The receptionist is very polite. We were in March, the download was incomplete, we were kindly moved from the standard to an improved room (they offered it themselves). Nice beds, bed linen and just the perfect bathroom! There is parking, a garden behind the hotel with gazebos. The buffet breakfast is standard, the choice is large, everything is delicious. Not far from the central attractions. As of March, the standard cost 600,000 soums/day.

One of the best hotels in Kokand. The rooms are cozy, the service is excellent. The restaurant serves delicious food. The rooms are warm in winter and comfortable in summer. Wifi is working fine.

A very cozy hotel, perhaps the best in Kokand. We had a huge room on the top floor. Everything is very comfortable, friendly attentive staff and incredible cleanliness. A beautiful well-maintained garden with gazebos, in which a table is served at your request for dinner.

The hotel looks good, but there was a terrible supply of oil in the room, since their kitchen/ restaurant is on the same level with the room.
There is no ventilation in the room((
The staff is so-so, not responsive, they seem to be trying to fix the problem but without going into the essence (((.
We tried to fix the problem with the fan))
There is no toothpaste and a brush (they probably forgot).
It's not worth the money, it's a pity....

Ohhh. My favorite place. Whenever I visit Kokand with friends, we stay here. I can safely say that the hotel N1 in Kokand. Polite staff. The manager, Ulugbek aka, is generally a professional in his field, a diplomat. So we often cook pilaf ourselves in the summer kitchen there. All amenities are at the highest level. Thanks to the staff of the Sılk Road Hotel for always such a rosy welcome.
